Maybe I wasn't surprised by Chelsea's draw against West Ham because I didn't fully believe in the performance of coach Graham Potter and his players, this kept Chelsea in 9th place in the standings. Meanwhile, the result that I think is very surprising is that Arsenal again failed to get a win after being held to a draw by Brentford at the Emirates Stadium. This result made Mikel Arteta have to keep working hard in the next match because he again failed to widen the distance from Manchester City in the standings.

Not a bad result for Chelsea. Their performance is already poor. As usual, they performed poorly in this match as well. I'm not sure what kind of match strategy Graham Potter is trying to implement. In the last few matches, I have seen Chelsea giving more importance to ball possession. In a competitive league like the Premier League, is it possible to get better results with less attacking and possession the ball more? I don't think so. Because the gameplay of the Premier League is very fast compared to other leagues. To survive here, you must attack and counterattack. Personally, I think Graham Potter should expect a change in match strategy.

It must be frustrating for Blue fans to watch their team perform poorly, including me. Nonetheless, I think Graham Potter has a strategy for this squad and is working to implement it gradually. A win is not guaranteed when playing football based on possession, but a more controlled game and greater opportunities are. Fast, effective attacks are essential in the Premier League. However, teams may also achieve success by being patient, keeping the ball, and waiting for an opportunity to attack. Keep in mind that these things don't happen overnight and demand a huge commitment from the coach and the players. With some time and effort, I believe Chelsea will go back to winning ways, even if it might take many seasons

Chelsea is the team that has spent the most money on transfers in recent years, and despite this, these failures are very bad. The patience of the fans has now run out. They rightfully want the team to win. Faith in Potter is shaken when there is no win for spending so much money. Money isn't everything, Chelsea show us that. Normally they should be in the league leadership race right now. However, they are in the ranking that will not even be able to go to the European cups.

Look at how long it took Arteta at Arsenal to start winning, they've been through tougher times even than Chelsea are at the moment. Arsenal were at the bottom of the table, but after that they are leading the league, I know that this will not work for everyone, but still you yourself said that money is not the most important thing. You can't just spend a lot of money buying new players and expect teams to start winning.

So what do you think of Graham Potter? In my opinion, he is not a good enough manager for a big team like Chelsea and he feels the lack of it. The coach should ensure that the players are guided correctly not only on the field, but also at every moment. Could it be that Potter just can't get it right? If he can't prove something for Chelsea, I think he might be kicked out at the end of the year. At the end of the year, we may see a different name as a coach after Graham Potter. So if Graham wants to stay in the team, he must be able to prove things in no time.

In my opinion Chelsea needs a new qualified coach. Because the condition of the party is not very good, if it continues like this, the party will almost collapse. Now the Chelsea authorities need to find a new coach and give the team responsibility, so that a new strategy can take the team forward.

Many parties were disappointed with the results of the match between Chelsea and Arsenal because both of them drew in their respective matches against Brentford and West Ham. I think it makes a lot of sense because all the teams hope to stay points competitive in the standings. Meanwhile, Arsenal's unsatisfactory results in the last 2 matches will likely be put to good use by their competitors even though all the other top 4 teams failed to take advantage of them in the previous matches.

Now I can expect Manchester City to take advantage of Arsenal's draw to reduce the difference in points between the two at Aston Villa today. Manchester City lost to Tottenham in the previous match, while today they will be very motivated to make the most of this home match to win 3 points. Meanwhile, Tottenham surprisingly lost 4-1 to Leicester after previously Antonio Conte's troops managed to thwart Manchester City's mission to reduce the gap with Arsenal.

Disappointment was clearly felt by their respective supporters, Chelsea, who had spent large amounts of money to bring in new players, had not been able to give their best performance. Chelsea failed to get full points even though they had fielded their best squad, the draw they got at West Ham headquarters made Chelsea only able to win 3 consecutive draws.

Arsenal have yet to find their best form in the Premier League after last being beaten by Manchester City in the FA CUP. After losing to Everton last week, Arsenal were again held to a draw by Brentford at the Emirates Stadium. Next week Arsenal will face a tough challenge from its toughest rival this season. If Arsenal get a negative result when hosting Manchester City at the Emirates stadium, the distance between the two is getting closer and this will be a big threat for Arsenal in winning the EPL trophy this season.

It is true that Arsenal are not at their best ahead of the match against Manchester City in the middle of this month. But before that match, Manchester City still have one match left today against Aston Villa. Of course it would be great if Manchester City won this match, and that would make the match against Arsenal tougher.

I expect Manchester City to win today so that the two points are close again. Not because I don't support Arsenal's efforts to win titles, but because the competition is getting tougher for both of them. It will be very interesting to look forward to Manchester City's match today, and they should have reacted better after Arsenal's draw against Brentford.

It's good news for Southampton fans, but it's also bad news because the players will do their best to adapt to a new coach's style of football, and their next game is against Chelsea. Chelsea used to be the only inpatient club in England but now Chelsea seems to be the most patient with coaches.    Graham Potter has just 2 wins in the last 13 matches but is still given time,  Jones has played just 14 matches after taking charge since November 10 and has recorded a win in 8 league matches which in turn can change with time but he's parted ways with Southampton. Even with the poor streak, I don't think it's a fair decision to have sacked Nathan Jones.

The manner in which some Premier League teams are sacking coaches is becoming excessive, and I expect more to follow because Chelsea cannot be patient again if they fail to win their next match after all the money they spent in the January transfer window just to ensure they strengthened the team, but the coach tactics have yet to divert Chelsea into a winning mentality.

Moreover, Man City must win this match so that they will get closer to Arsenal's points, which previously drew against Brentford.

It's easier to fire the manger than blaming the players at this point. Management can only hope that the new boss can inspire these players to do better.

Southampton and Chelsea experiencing difficult moment in the premier league with not meeting up expectations from the fans and also targets set by the board. This is football, and it's totally understandable because it's not everytime a team would be in their best form, there are times these clubs crashed. Blaming the players would be entirely pointless because most of the players finds it really hard to adapts to Nathan Jones pattern of football. It's only considerably if some of the players are doing excellently good on the pitch, but in this case, it's worsen.
