Potter was always changing rotating the club. I don't even know how potter was thinking about that but potter was picking the wrong way about how to manage chelsea. It needs to think about the most suitable strategy that used by chelsae. Potter shall try to take a look at the history of chelsea. Chelsea mostly used counter attack strategy which has been used since jose mourinho. I hope that if potter will be replaced by jose mourinho.
Jose mounrinho is the only coach that can bring chelsea to the right track again. I doubt if chelsea will able to go up if it's stiill under chelsea.

Maybe because Chelsea has a lot of player material so Potter is confused about the starting XI but an experienced manager should be able to determine which players are suitable for the starting XI, because Potter doesn't have as much experience as Mourinho so it will be difficult to compare the two, but seeing as Potter is still at Chelsea quite confusing because the results achieved are very bad

The owner Todd Boely has done his best in giving Potter time even when Fans started yelling for his sack but he choosed to keep him, have also done well in providing him with the needed funds in order to boost the team.

Graham Potter is not a suitable coach for Chelsea, with that much financial support and the number of players he has managed to bring to Stamford Bridge, he should be able to work more optimally to bring Chelsea to a better position in the standings, but fact until now Potter is still have not been able to make any contribution to Chelsea, so can be concluded that Potter's ability to train Chelsea needs to be questioned.

In the last match, Chelsea had to lose against Southampton at home, it should be an easy match because Southampton is currently on the relegation path and is a bottom-tier club that Chelsea is mathematically easier to beat. If Todd Boely does not take any action, then for next season Chelsea will most likely not qualify for the European league.

Even though they still lose their second tie against Manchester city, Arsenal will always win their next game and fight to gain more points. Manchester city is a big team with a poor coordination in the defense, they’re bound to drop more points against this smaller team because these smaller side would always want to perform well when they play this Manchester city side hence it’ll be hard for Manchester city to get a maximum result in games like that. have said it several times that until Chelsea management sack Potter Graham Chelsea will remain in the worse situation. For over a month now Chelsea hasn't won any game then draw, it's obvious Chelsea will not qualify for next year champions league with these performance. They should hire new brain for team.

Why Potter? Why did he disappoint? Chelsea's league struggles are distressing. The team's poor performances highlight their potential, which frustrates fans.

I still can't forget what Pope did that made him getting direct red card, and the bigger effect is, he will miss his first final game with Newcastle in the upcoming Carabao Cup this weekend. They have Dubravka but he has played for Man Utd in the tournament so he can't play either. The only option is Newcastle likely will get Karius^[1] play! The name I haven't read for a long time since his 2018 UCL final, and I even didn't know he joins Newcastle. They actually still have Mark Gillespie but this young goal keeper has less chance and experience.

It might be a right moment for Karius to turn the table despite of the bad memories people have toward him, but if he makes some errors again, we might not see him play in any big leagues any more.

I don't think Chelsea will change their coach at the end of this season. Potter should be given more time. At the same time, Chelsea management should create a big fund and add the talented players needed by the team. Chelsea's poor performance should not be solely blamed on their coach. Chelsea's squad is not strong enough. If Potter had been able to build his squad according to his needs and preferences, we might have had a better performance than Chelsea. I have talking about this before that when Todd Boehly choosing Potters i was very doubt he can make Chelsea performing good again and now it just happend that Chelsea performance is similar such as mediocre team and for every matches i can see some of players looks frustrate because they cannot able to win and Chelsea most likely will not playing at european competitions considering they still cannot find their shape

There are quality players on the team, and it's Potter's job to properly coordinate these players and give them the tactics. If it can't do this job, you shouldn't look for the problem elsewhere. It could have been different if Ancelotti or Guardiola had this squad. These coaches could have used the Chelsea squad better. That's why I don't think Graham Potter can manage more teams.

I don't think Chelsea will change their coach at the end of this season. Potter should be given more time. Everyone should expect less from Graham Potter.  he is just gathering new crop of footballers and with this young talented footballers we don't expect Porter to have results this season.The result of Chelsea by next season you will understand how beautiful they will do and they will likely be the title contenders. This season is already gone and the more you try to fix Chelsea in a haste that is the more problems you have. Todd should better allow Potter to settle down with this group of players and Chelsea will be great again from next season
