I think, the change of the owner of Chelsea is were the challenges is coming from in this season because when the formal Chelsea president was still controlling Chelsea, I don't think he will allow this current coach to spend long time with the team before he will replace him with a talented coach. West ham stands a chance of not being relegated from the premier league this season, I see Bournemouth climbing down in the next couple of weeks and i think Southampton won’t make it to the premier league next season, they will go and try in Championship.

The bottom 3 is still open to talk of relegation at this stage. Westham United is in a very bad place, With them already sitting 18th in the table, defeat by Nottingham Forest would leave them in an even more perilous position. I also feel one of the reasons why David Moyes is yet to be sacked is because of the lack of an overwhelming favourite to succeed Moyes is a major factor as the club ponder the future. Southampton might stay up, if they can replicate that kind of performance against Chelsea in their next games. Bournemouth will surely join the championship.

I think if management of Chelsea do not want to fire or sack Graham then this is a good decision,the bad results for a team come almost always when the coach of the team is often changed.They would be smart to let him finish this season and why letting him by doing so to evaluate his job in the 14 games that remain,if they see an increase in performance and that finally pieces are stuck together and that Chelsea does not screw up anymore in the worse possible way which was their lost game last week against Southampton at home,then they can evaluate if to renew his contract or to let him go.Meanwhile they should start looking for his successor if results are not good from these 14 remaining games.

Yes, I see that Kante is training again with the Chelsea first team which makes him very happy after the injury that has been holding him up for quite a while. Kante's contract ends this season, I think Chelsea will extend his contract for at least another 1 or 2 seasons. But indeed, if the player says he wants to leave Chelsea, talks about extending the contract will never happen. At least Potter has to give Kante minutes to play in the next Chelsea match, even though he is not 100% fit I'm sure he will adapt quite well to the new Chelsea recruits last winter.

but it won't be as easy as one might imagine, Kante is indeed a player who has very good quality and no one doubts that but of course he has to be able to adapt to the new Potter coach scheme and not all players who have been injured will immediately be able to put out their best game , I don't think this can be an exaggerated expectation for Chelsea fans.
Chelsea is currently in a very bad slump and they have tried various ways to get up by bringing in several players in the transfer market but have not been successful, so I think this season is over for them and Potter has failed.

The only problem I'm having is that chelsea already has all it needs to get a good result but potter doesn't border about losing a match, from his choices of words,  he is not serious to win,  and that's unhealthy to the team.

I don't know why management didn't fired him?. We know Chelsea have 27x match but only have 9 wins and 7 draw during Potter was a coach. He should not be defended when we look how Chelsea management on the past, Chelsea have habbit to treats the team to be better by pressing the squad including the coach. Chelsea at spot 10 on the EPL table is nothing I did not envisage, but it's not the coach that is really the problem, they have psychological issues right now, and they need to restructure their players. I do not fault coaches as such in this circumstance as no one might get things done right unless they reform.

Do they have money to buy needed players? Is all of the suggestions of the coach that the management agrees to? Forget the fact that they have some key players, the morale and the feats are not there, they need new challengers, a new set of stars to change this, and at least 5 players that will be redistributed to front, middle and back, not a new coach.

All of the teams that placed at the bottom are so hard to predict. These clubs like everton, southampton, westham, etc have small gaps of points. Those clubs are still competing one to the each other until the end of season. It's very hard to believe if southampton will not make it but you shall wait until the end of season. It's caused by southampton may give you a surprise like when it was against chelsea. There will be so many things to happen until the end of season.

Everton was in the relegation before but it was climbing slowly. Southampton can also do the same thing like already done by everton. I  think that leeds is having biggest chance to be relegated into the championship. Leeds is still consistent with its bad achievements in EPL.

I hope that kante will be dealing a new contract with chelsea. It's better for chelsea to keep him rather than try to buy new player. Kante is having a very good talent and it must not be missed by chelsea. Kante is fully experienced player.

we can all think of something, both Man City and Arsenal are teams that are at a very high level, I admire both technical directors because they have a lot of technique in how to direct their players, of course, since everything has mistakes, no team plays perfect , at some point they have to draw, they have to lose, that's something common, and it's normal, however we can draw the conclusion that these two teams are also doing very well, but we cannot forget the work that Man United has done , and that is a sleeping lion, I would be very careful when considering that team, although I have never agreed that Ten Hag is there, I cannot deny that they are doing well.

This is definitely regarding the penalty they are waiting as well. Ilkay would be an expensive signing for an old player, whereas they may end up in a bad situation so they should be paying players that they definitely need and could sell later on. Like keeping Haaland should be the most important thing, along with De Bruyne for example, not Ilkay, they can replace him if anything happens.

I am not expecting a punishment of relegating them, that would be way too much, but anything else will of course be causing them to lose some money and in order to save off some money they will have to let some players go, so anyone on the edge will be gone.

Keeping Kante at Chelsea will be extremely beneficial because he is an experienced and important player in the squad capable of leading the young players to victory.

Chelsea made a mistake by letting Jorginho leave simply because they signed Enzo Fernandes, but I believe it is because they have Kante that they let Jorginho leave. There has been speculation in the past that Kante has been linked to Barcelona and will leave as a free agent at the end of the season; if this is true, Chelsea management must do everything possible to convince Kante to sign a contract extension in order to keep him in the team because the team needs him.

I'm not a Chelsea fan, but I now support Potter's dismissal. He has received all of the opportunities and support he requires from the management because they signed enough players for him; therefore, even though we know it will take the players some time to blend into the Premier League style of play, I believe that as an experienced manager, Potter should have done something to prevent Chelsea from losing matches in a row; but the management is still patient enough to give him more time; I hope he can start winning matches soon to clear all of these concerns.

Great to see Javi Garcia back in the Premier league. He is a better option than Steven Gerrard and Lampard at the moment. He had vast experience in fighting relegation, I could remember when he was watford head coach during 2017/2018 season after they sack Marco Silva. I remember he help them stay up in the league and the following season watford were a force to reckon, I hope he replicate same success again.

As usual, Bournemouth shouldn't be a big problem for Man City to win. But when Man City faced weaker clubs, their games always didn't go well. Sometimes their performance apart from being unbalanced is also easier to penetrate. It's different when the opponent is a big club and has balanced aspects of the quality of the game, then Man City is able to provide more resistance and excel. Even though on paper Man City clearly came out victorious, we don't know what Bournemouth has prepared to make their game even more difficult to penetrate.

It is only a win win situation if you look at two different things: for Ronaldo the money is a win, and for Manchester United the title would be a win. But Ronaldo's behavior is a little bit of a dark shadow on his career. There is no doubt he is among the GOAT and the numbers speak for themselves. But behavior does play a role when it comes to how a player is remembered. It depends on whether you constantly behave arrogant or just had some bad moment like Zidane knocking out Materazzi with his head But still Zidane is remembered like a sophisticated player and a gentleman. Zidane is another type of person.

When Manchester United wins a title, much of what Ronaldo said speaks actually against him. so true. Actually positive things approached both parties, namely Ronaldo and Manchester United. Ronaldo's departure from Manchester United and joining the Al-Nassr club has indeed caused a lot of uproar in the news. But it seems the move did have a good impact on both parties. Ronaldo can now play comfortably at Al-nassr. even I saw Ronaldo perform amazingly in Al-nassr. in the last game al-nassr Ronaldo made a great Assist. and in the previous match he also scored 4 goals in one match. And the young players at Manchester United are now looking much better after Ronaldo's departure. because they seem to be free from pressure and can show their potential more freely. I don't think that Chelsea would be as bad with Tuchel as they now are with Potter.

I think Chelsea needs a experience  coach, I don't think Potter has anything to offer Chelsea, I think Chelsea made a great mistake by sacking Tuchel, they should have just given him more time, Chelsea is getting worst daily under Potter, I think the best think that Chelsea can do now is to sack Potter and get a new coach but my question is which coach will Chelsea get to solve their current problem? They shouldn't sack Potter and get a coach that's worst than their current coach, it's not just about getting a new coach but Chelsea needs a experienced coach.

The least Chelsea could have done is to undertake a thorough evaluation of Potter and a reasonable comparison between him and a coach like Tuchel. The differences between the two were blatantly obvious. You can of course always choose to risk an experiment, but is this the right situation for an experiment when you become the new owner of a club and plan to invest half a billion into the squad anyway? Why not invest another 50 million and buy a coach from another club? Why not offer someone like Zidane 40 million salary? If you talk to one of the best coaches and tell him about your plans and an exorbitant salary for him as well, who would decline such an offer? To me that is a lit of misjudgment and mismanagement at Chelsea.

Tottenham have been impressive although not consistent but I give them some credit for struggling to win games especially in this rough times when the head coach Antonio Conte is absent due to illness. The way the team managed to face games and still give their all is amazing. The fact that Tottenham are now in top four position is remarkable.

The main problem is that Tottenham's performance has been erratic. They beat strong teams like Manchester City. And in the very next match, they lost 4-1 against Leicester. Playing like this makes it very difficult to stay in the top four of the table. They are going to face Chelsea in the next match. The Chelsea team is relatively weak. If Tottenham manage to put in some consistent performances they will win. However, Tottenham's attack needs to play well in this match. I expect a good performance from Harry Kane.

Yes, it is their inconsistency that makes it difficult for them to be able to compete in the standings. Like you said, they beat Manchester City but they lost against a weaker club. It's like a joke, but indeed in football it will always happen that way. We cannot predict the outcome of the match with 100% accuracy, it depends on the playing club. Sometimes luck will also determine the outcome of the game.
The distance between their points is very tight, so they can't make mistakes that will make them lose points, it will be able to shift their position at any time.
