Five points is quite crucial for the remaining twelve games. But I think Arsenal are currently still the Favourites for the championship. The long wait certainly made Arteta even more excited for the champion. Arsenal have had a pretty good start to the season. This is what makes them take the lead. Even though in some games Man City had chances but Man City couldn't make good use of that.   Arteta also managed to change a lot of predictions, because I didn't choose Arsenal as potential champions at the beginning of the season either.

If I could change my choice in the polls, then I would find Arsenal this season as a potential champion because previously I chose Manchester City. LOL

But I'm kidding because I think Manchester City is still very likely to win the title this season even though Arsenal lead the standings with 5 points advantage. Nothing is impossible, while some of the tough matches that await are opportunities for anyone who can take advantage of them.

Everyone's doubts about Chelsea and their coach Graham Potter will probably dissipate or at least lessen. even now Chelsea also qualify for the next stage in the Champions League. so Graham Potter had plenty of opportunities to show how he was making progress for Chelsea. but first Chelsea also have to focus on moving up their ranking in the current standings in the Premier league. because currently Chelsea is still ranked 10th. and of course the blues fans at least want to see Chelsea in the top 5 or 6 this season.

Chelsea are on a good track. The Blues' ambition is very clear, they are again targeting a win against Everton and little by little they will improve their position in the standings. Chelsea coach, Graham Potter was of course very relieved by the performance shown by his team, the series of wins made him feel a little safe over the issue of dismissal that had been directed at him. It looks like that and I have bet on both the favorites to win.I don't have that much belief in such happening though as every time there have been left games and this is even more emphasized when the games not only from Premier League but from any league of England when they play the same day that there are Champions League games,usually we see a lot of surprise results.

I think though that Brentford if they will win,will win to nil so Brentford clean sheet is a good bet on this game while I think Brighton will be much more motivated to win their game which they have the capacity to do so especially after the recent really bad results of Crystal Palace which would put Brighton in the fight for the last European spot.

The matches of the day started 2 minutes ago and I expect some good games. Brighton host Crystal Palace at home. A point for Brighton is very important. If they want to keep their 7th place or even finish in a better position, they must not lose points from this match. The points difference between them and their rivals is small and they need to avoid dropping points in games like this to make up the difference.These games are important for them as they are here with a game in hand.
The other match is between Southampton and Brentford.It should be noted that both teams need points.The home team needs to win this match if they do not want to be relegated.A win will move them 3-4 places up as there is no point difference between them and their rivals.

I can't call it unlucky for Liverpool about their match to be postponed due to FA Cup. Because they are going to play that match sooner or later eventually. Their problem is not related to luck right now. They are just too bad that's all. I don't remember the last time I saw them performing this much badly before this season. Something changed and Klopp is still struggling to make this team more consistent. They have become a quite awkward team on one hand as well.

I mean they aren't playing consistently but still they can win against a team like Manchester United by an absurd score. They can do it even though their opponent is in much better condition in the league. But this still doesn't change anything for them and they just go back to their bad look again quickly.

Basically Liverpool are a strong team and have players who are just as strong. it's just that sometimes it seems like they lose their power in one game and then they surprise us with an amazing performance in another. if Liverpool can be more consistent, of course no one will doubt Liverpool. but they have been really bad at keeping their best form this season. I don't know if this is due to wrong strategy. or indeed because the mentality of the players who are also not strong enough can be caused by a lack of motivation or whatever. but I'm pretty sure Liverpool will sooner or later get back to their best and will be more consistent going forward.

There's no reason they shouldn't be the best for the rest of the season. There was suspicion for a time, after losing a couple of games in a row, but they have only won for the last five games. After the World Cup, Jesus' injury did not affect the team deeply. As you said, there are difficult matches in the weeks ahead until the end of the season, I think they can collect a few points from these matches, the remaining matches are easier matches.

I do not know what for you easy match, but at least they still have games against Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal, the last is especially intriguing, because most likely it will decide who will be the champion. A lot of football fans have given their reasons to why Arsenal will lose their top position to Manchester city but tbh, looking at the moment, with their players mindsets, their mentality, determination and desire. They plays as if they fear no team, just come and plays with focus mindsets. February was the time they expected Arsenal to drop form and lose the position but to recover from that early February slump is a sign of maturity and mental strength. Brick by brick we can see that they’re building towards that title.

From what I see, Arsenal are focusing on every game one after the other. They know that they still have tough games to play and any distractions or lose of focus right now will make them loose their chances after not winning this league for so long and having their best shot at this moment. Manchester City still look like they can somehow win it as they don't look to have settled for that second position. In the next couple of weeks, with how the teams in top perform, we will have a better idea who will win this title between Arsenal and Manchester City.

What Manchester City did in the Champions League yesterday terrified me; the opponent team, Leizbeig, is not that horrible given their place in Spain, but they trashed them and recorded similar things that happened between Manchester United and Liverpool. You won't know how serious a team is until they get stuck and really need points. I feel that if the matches are coming to an end, they would want to win this league at all costs, hopefully, Arsenal doesn't make any mistake of conceding goals to any of their rivals.
Manchester United is another team that is trying hard to stay in the top four, now that Casemiro is out for the next 3 matches, perhaps they will perform as well as they have in the past when he received the first red card.

That's the reason why football is unpredictable, a few days we had a 7-0 manchester united and Liverpool match in the premier league and now we saw another 7-0 result in the champions league but again from an English team, Haaland is the best player in Manchester City and now after this game, I guess more teams will try to hire him like before we saw the news about it.

Scoring 5 goals in one Champions League match is a huge achievement for any player. And perhaps this is a new Champions League record. No player has scored 5 goals in a match before Haaland. We saw a great performance from Haaland in this match. Leipzig's defenders felt completely helpless in this match. Manchester City won an incredible 7-0. Many teams will try to get Haaland in the team. However, Manchester City management or Guardiola will not be interested in letting Haaland go so quickly.

This few years,,  it is proven that Haaland and Kylian Mbappe is the next ample duo the world of Football has produced. But with little Expceptions differentiating them from the previous ones (Lionel Messi and Ronaldo) . Mbappe and Haalnd football era will not have spicy as that of Messi and Ronaldo if they continue with the trillion goals one assist syndrome they currently have. Haalnad with over 30 goals this season jas just 5 epl assist.  Recently scored 5 goal in a single champion league game but no assist yet from champion league. It is not a good record.

It's fact a team cannot perform at its best if important players are injured. However, in the case of Arsenal, they were fortunate enough to have quality replacements who stepped up. Despite the absence of Jesus, Arsenal managed to hold their own position and perform well. The good news is that Jesus is set to make a comeback before the end of March. With his return, hopefully there's no way Arsenal will lose the title to Man City. At the moment, Arsenal are in a really good place with a lot of confidence. I still think Man City will chase them until the very last day of the Premier League. However, I am confident that Arsenal will ultimately succeed in winning the league title this season.

For now I think Potter is save anyway as they have won both of their last two Premier League games and they qualified for the next round in the Champions League. If you don't fire the coach before those three games, why would you fire him when suddenly he starts to win the games with his team? That doesn't add up right now. I only think that he shouldn't lose and he will still be fine. If he can extend this little series of winning then I am sure he will be the manager next season as well, but things can change quickly. Losing in the next round of the Champions League and not reaching the upper ranks in the Premier League is probably going to cost him the job.

Tottenham were close to taking a deep breath after Liverpool lost to Bournemouth last week. But they are still feeling Newcastle's presence right behind them as the gap is only four points. But at least they are more than one win away from Newcastle in the standings now. It is really important for Tottenham to qualify for the Champions League at the end of the season. They can at least do this as a "success". It isn't even a success for a team like Tottenham of course considering the quality of their squad.

They have a great manager like Conte as well but still they are unable to win a title. This would be a big reason for Kane to rethink of his departure from the team this summer. Tottenham wouldn't be willing to let him go easy of course. But if he becomes insistent then things can get interesting.

Don't be so sure they will end the season in a good position, they have lots of game still to play and from my perspective of their performance, well I would say am still not convinced of their performance but like you said they are still wounded with lots of injuries to their squad and hopefully they would improve more if most of the injury return back to the and involved themselves in the premier league actions.

That is why a club must have a balanced squad between main players and second-tier players, so that if their main players cannot appear due to injury or other things they will not be confused about who will replace them. Arteta is doing a good job, the balance in Arsenal's squad is still very good in my opinion so when they lose a player they still have the same performance without the difficulties of being left out. The key is when he buys players, and indeed this season is the season for buying good players that Arsenal have done.

Yes, there is no goal pursued by Tottenham other than being in the top 4 to be able to get a ticket to go to the Champions League next season. Actually they are capable of doing more than that, but indeed their quality seems very difficult to improve to be able to compete with other clubs to become champions from season to season.
Regarding Harry Kane, if he wants to win titles in his career then his choice is that he has to move from Tottenham. In fact, many clubs are interested in him, it's just that the decision is in his own hands, whether he chooses "loyalty" without a title, or accepts proposals from clubs that now want him.

Brentford has won South Hampton this evening and the match ended 1-0. This is a good result for Brentford who have won two straight match and might fight their way out of relegation. South Hampton is just on league and not playing well at all,I don't know why man united found it difficult to win them and get a three point. South Hampton has so many challenges this season and will not be showing up next season due to their poor performance that is taking them to relegation. Wissa has just scored the second goal with an assist from Toney,this shows that Brentford is now 8th on the league with 41 points,this was a club that last three weeks was struggling not to go on relegation.

Seriously it won't be easy a easy match for the two clubs, and am not expecting Chelsea to beat Everton, but the match might endup to be draw, am sure Chelsea will do everything possible to win the match just to climb the table, but it will be difficult for them to win, I know even if Chelsea wins it won't really have much impact on them.
It's not all about Chelsea winning their last two matches alone, I noticed their is improvement in Chelsea pattern of playing. It's already late for Chelsea to fight for the top of the table, even if they win most of their matches it will be difficult because the people at the top will also win,
