Manchester City will win games that you expect, but drop points in some games that you do not expect them to. Their fixtures from now till the end of the season looks easy, but we may be surprised that they can still drop points in some unexpected games. For Erling Haaland, he is on fire this season for sure, with how he has started his career in England, there will be bigger expectation from him next season to keep up with this brilliance.

When you talk about fluctuation and inconsistency, it's more of the attributes of Liverpool in this season than that of Manchester City.
On a very good day Manchester City will win all their features if they don't meet any big team. But this cannot be said about Liverpool who will win Big teams and later fall prey to smaller teams.

In the five past season, Liverpool and Manchester City has been great and top premier league rivals. They've produced scintillating and entertaining football for the joy of football lovers all the world and their fixtures has been very unpredictable because any of them can beat the other on their own day.
The only difference between the two clubs this season is that Manchester City has performed better and are still very much in competition to win a treble this season while Liverpool performance this season has been very short of what we've been seeing from them in recent seasons.
