The problem with the current conditions for Chelsea to take advantage of the Champions League is also like a mission impossible in this regard. Sure if Ten Hag can see their player's opportunities, because not only Rushford, as we can see on how McTominay playing great after creating 2 goals on the national team, which I think Ten Haq must see him put as a starter version New Castle next. I just surprise when seeing him create the wining goal even as a substitute, I think he is enough capable to filling up the MU squad on beginning.

As far as I know, Casemiro is one of Manchester United top players this season, despite playing as a CDM at times. The ratings don't lie. You can't bench such a player for Scott McTominay because they play in the same positions.

Well beside the facts that you mentioned above regarding who have the biggest impact at united especially at the midfield this season , casemiro is the greatest among the list in midfield , but giving a chance to mc tominay after outstanding performance is a great option as well to boost his confidence and who knows he going to pass casemiro performance after that?

He's young enough 26 y.o now and plenty time to develop to be at the same level as casemiro in the next few years.

I don't understand what exactly is the problem with Graham Potter, he has good players, also actually he has a lot of time to make Chelsea even better. But until now still can not show what is needed by the team. Several times he showed a good game, but it was not accompanied by good consistency so it seemed that they were not developing at all. Naturally, many are demanding that Chelsea fire their current coach.

What I think is, what is affecting Chelsea is beyond the coach or players' availability because the club spent quiet a good amount of money in the last transfer windows that should have helped to place Chelsea in the top 3 clubs in the premier league this season.

A club that already have quality players it is expected that their should be good result in their games but if the club still struggles with having this good players the coach should be hold responsible for the weak performance. It is disappointing that Graham has not done  well as coach for Chelsea.

On paper Tottenham are quite favourite team to beat Everton in that away game. However it might not be that simple anyway. Everton are still having big difficulties in the league actually. But playing a home game might change some things for them maybe. They beat even Arsenal in Goodison Park somehow as you can remember. They might be able to steal some points from Tottenham as well.

But I still want to give Tottenham win a chance here. They really need to win this kind of games to continue fighting for top 4.

A change of coach might actually help Chelsea because I wonder why Potter can't please there fans because this season they started well but right after the world cup their performance was no longer good and all the strategies were buying players was not working. Graham Potter is an average coach with zero idea dealing with top clubs. Chelsea is his first top professional club, handling it is not easy for Potter but I think he has surpassed the given time aided by the fans, they even started ranting about his job and sending mail threatening his life and family. Chelsea not in their best position this season with back to back loss of points, the players are very stable but wrong formation is spoiling the whole game for the blues, they need a new coach. Let's take for instance, Bayern Munich was in their best form, Julian Nagelsmann was doing a great job over there, but with a little mistake he failed to lift the Bavarians to top the table against Borrusia Dortmund, the board sack him with immediate effect. That strategy should be applied to england clubs, because the situation over here is the evolvement of the board with giving more time to the coaches who are messing the entire club.

Since changing ownership and changing coaches, Chelsea has lost its soul since then. Even if Boehly keeps Tuchel or at least replaces him with an experienced coach, I'm sure the Blues won't slump like this. I saw that Chelsea officials were very patient with this tense situation and in the end they made an ultimatum for Potter after receiving scorn from the fans.

I agree that Chelsea must dare to act like Bayern Munich without fear of compensation in order to maintain the reputation of the club. I'm sure if Chelsea don't dare to make a policy for the team, then there will be quite a lot of other losses that they will have to accept in the following season.

I think it is too late to change the coach. Unless Chelsea can replace him with a reputable + experienced coach like Zidane or Pochettino, it is better to keep Potter until the season ends. I think Chelse only targets to finish in the top 10 this season, it is not a hard goal for Potter.

Changing a coach isn't always an instant solution, a new coach may experience the same as Potter. With only less than 10 remaining matches, I assume a new coach can't bring a significant impact. If Chelsea thinks a new coach can make them return to the top 5, I think it is impossible for this season. It is better to focus on the current coach and trust all players.

They won't even do that because they clearly know the consequences if they change coaches again.
btw Poche? Good reputation? In fact, his performance will be the same as what Potter did if Poche coached Chelsea because his conditions are the same regardless of anything. Poche is still on the same level as the current Chelsea coach.

Actually, Chelsea should be in a better position considering the top tier players who play for them, but I think their problem is bigger than a coach as they have financial troubles due to the penalties imposed on them because of their previous owner Roman Abramovich, whereas they recently announced a net losses that estimates to 121.3 Million GBP in the 2021-2022 season. However, when it comes to possibilities, they still have a slight chance to qualify for a European competition next season. Liverpool have already made it and came from the middle of the standings table to compete for an ECL position.

Potter is not a coach is able to do this as in Chelsea, they have many star players who work with many great coaches in their career. With last 10 matches in Premier League and their current position, I don't think they will want to fight hard for a position that is enough for them to play in Conference League next season. The problem is potter is still confused about which strategy that suits the club. He has found it but he was also doing another stupid thing like changing the strategy in the middle of the game and that was also making players even more confused with his decision.

O guess Todd is being soft on Potter due to the five years contract he signed with Chelsea. If Todd should fire him,he have to pay him off with a huge amount of money. Maybe this is why Todd is finding it difficult to sack him.

By the end of the season if Chelsea are slacking behind,the only option to revive the club back to its normal state is to sack Potter. I don't know if this would be possible but it will help the club to be back on their good performance. There are so many good coaches that can replace him.

I think, Chelsea coach is planning to increase that confidence by helping the team to stand on a solid ground to maintain winning in a way people will start predicting for their favour. It was a great celebration for the last match Chelsea won to defeated Leicester city that made many people to believed that Chelsea players can still improve higher before the end of the season which is possible. Since their coach is trying to know some players that are good in the first half and the one that are not good in the second half, so that he can use the players that know how to score early goals  to start the first half.

Chelsea will think twice before trying to sack him. Chelsea signed him and used lots of money and the club was waiting for a good result from the potter. It will be a shame for him if he will not able to give good results. Chelsea was also making mistake by picking him instead a popular coach which has lower fees compared with him. Chelsea looks so stupid caused by it was being fooled by a garbage club like brighton. Chelsea can sign mourinho back easily with such money.
