The reason for most people say Manchester City got a better situation than Arsenal is because of the last games we saw from Manchester City especially the matches they had against Bayern Munich but if they compare these two teams in the premier league Arsenal had a better performance, especially in the beginning of the season and they were stable in the league.

I agree about this with the draw against Liverpool things completely change for the Arsenal chances of title win now difference is just 6 points with Manchester City having one match in hand and Citizens also having one match at home against Arsenal which will be game changer for them and Arsenal here if Citizens have full three points then surely they will be going to defend their title and Arsenal are going to blame themselves for the losing title after having one of the best season in last few years.

Even right now, nothing is predictable because Manchester City is also having one foot in semifinal of Champions League which is their dream destination for years and if they want to do better than surely they need to prefer this and with this most chances they can lose few points here which can change the things hopefully we will have one of the best end of this season.

Manchester City are having a really incredible period of time recently. They are amazing in not only the Premier League but also the Champions League. Their performance against Bayern Munich was also incredible I mean. They pretended like they were facing a comfortable opponent especially in the second half. This result have increased their motivation level much more for certain. I don't think they would run the risk of caring less about the Premier League in my opinion.

It is of course more important for them to win a Champions League championship for the first time in their history. Guardiola wants to be a part of this historical moment for them too. But making double must also be looking really nice for them. I would love to see them winning the CL title but for the PL one I hope it will be Arsenal. 

After watching the performance of Manchester City now I am changing my mindset for them before this match I was having feeling they are not going to win this match and again having another exit but now after watching first leg match things completely under their control and most chances they will be ended this season with the double like we have for Real Madrid in last season even it's still too early, but their performance is amazing, and they can turn the table into their favor with this performance.

I agreed about this their preference is Champions League but with current form and quality they can go through into both events and now after draw match between Liverpool vs Arsenal is already given them big opportunity for having better end in Premier League right now no one can predict about any result but for me now Manchester City is strong enough for the double.

Against Newcastle of course that is bad news for Aston Villa, but at least I quite agree with you that this match must at least end in a draw, otherwise they will be replaced and must start a winning trend again. Newcastle has a bigger chance of winning in this match later because they will continue to be stuck by Manchester United and Spurs.

Opportunities are open for both teams who are in their best condition during the last few matches. I hope Aston Villa is able to surprise Newcastle and apart from that it seems Aston Villa will try to extend the positive trend in order to take 5th place in the standings. The EPL title and table are not really stable at the moment, the whole thing is just shaking, when Man City go head to head against a struggling Leicester City who's sitting at 19th on the log will be a game City would wish they'd win that easy.
In this fixture I don't see Pep Guardiola applying much pressure to win, it would be very hard because City have a Champions league game they need to win in other to move to the next round and Leicester would take advantage of that and play their best in that game on Saturday to enable them get at least a point or if possible all 3pts.
IMO, a possible draw could play out in that game or a win for the Foxes to motivate them in moving out of the relegation zone.

I agreed about this right now after 30 rounds of this season still we have big mess-up in league table at the top we have two strong contenders for the title and at the bottom still nothing is clear who is going down for the next season but still I have feeling Manchester City will be play strongly against Leicester City in their home game because currently they are having just 6 points difference with one game in hand, and they will take good advantage of this match as well because their first leg result is clearly favoring them, and they can feel relax and now try to have their best chance for the EPL title as well.

For me, there is no chance for Foxes to have any positive new from Etihad Stadium at this crucial time but in soccer any result can happen, and any team can give surprise in any game we have history of things like these here in EPL.

btw i don't see Arsenal getting worse now. The draw in their meeting with Liverpool is a little disturbing but with the statistics they have now, especially with 7 consecutive wins and 1 draw last week, it doesn't show them getting worse and it would be very wrong to say that this is bad for Arsenal.
They last lost in the EPL when they faced Manchester City in February and until now they have never lost again, which cannot be said to be bad.

yes i agree. in terms of consistency in the Premier League, Arsenal are certainly more consistent this season in the Premier League. Arsenal have only suffered 3 defeats since the season started. while Man City has suffered 4 defeats since the season started. a slight difference but still Arsenal did start well. but so is Man city. so I understand that at this time Arsenal is not in a safe position. Arsenal cannot lose in the remaining matches. because the difference in points is thin, it makes Man City have a very big chance to overtake Arsenal.

So I was in the mall today and I get talking with one of the security guys on duty about football and the guy openly declared that both the premier league and the champions league have been given to manchester city and I kind of wondered what gave him that confidence to declare such even though he should know the level of both Arsenal in the premier league and also Real Madrid in the championship.
But I think the guy may have a point if you look critically at the recent happenings in both leagues...

It's quite possible, but you have to consider that Arsenal can do the same, win all the remaining matches and take the title. I'm more inclined to the fact that the last matches of these teams will be victorious, but in the near future they will have a match between them, I think everything will be decided there... The title will depend on the outcome of this derby

Sometimes they don't have a good start and they start to perform well after weeks, but regarding Newcastle, they had a bad start this season that's why they had many points difference with other teams on top of the table otherwise if they could show this performance in the start of this season we could see this team racing for the first position of the table, but right now they are fighting to be in the next champions league.

Chelsea vs Brighton: I never thought that a time will come when as a fan I'll be scared of playing Brighton in the premier league. Frank Lampard has to make a statement with this match so the players have some motivation going into the second leg of the champions league against Real Madrid. If Frank Lampard was to lose this game then he should be sacked immediately because he doesn't know what he's doing. This is his third game incharge of Chelsea and have already lost two, losing this one means he doesn't understand what coaching is all about.

I think Chelsea will win though, we can't lose three straight games, that'll be disastrous. We'll win this game with a narrow win because the players don't know how to score goals so winning with 1 - 0 is my prediction. I saw Mason mount have some minutes against Real Madrid, I hope he gets more minutes in the game against Brighton because we need some fresh legs into the team that could start something that'll lift the spirit of the whole team. Looking at the head to head history, we have lots of draw in this feature but hoping Saturday games doesn't end in a draw because we need both the points and motivation this game is meant to give to the team.
