I think it's really different between Liverpool and Chelsea, I know how the club's performance is but only Chelsea is worse while Liverpool still has hope to stay in the Europa League zone which is still being fought over even though it's not the Champions League because it's really difficult winning Liverpool's problem is in terms of players who have experienced several injuries which made it difficult for Klopp to manage it.

IMO Chelsea is performing badly because there is no problem from the management in terms of the players and that is the most important thing when the manager has different views from the others it will be difficult to set the strategy/tactics, if you often fire the coach it is not something that can revive Chelsea because it will take a long time to return to its stable path.

Well, I've known Tottenham to be one hell of a team that know exactly how to turn every opportunity presented before them as an advantage to them, they are always patient in the play, looking for opportunities..
I think what destroyed Manchester united in their game against Tottenham is that by first scoring the 2 goals, they felt relaxed, before that they already won the match, if you watched the March, you will discover that Manchester's performance dropped significantly in the second half of the match, I believe this what Tottenham capitalized on, to end the match in a draw, by scoring their two goals in the last minutes of the game.

Tottenham Hotspur has been in a good performance all through this season even though they messed up in the early stage of this season making them start the season on a bad note and that has resulted in them struggling through this season trying to make a big difference in points and that is why there have constantly battled to either walk away with a win or draw in most of the recent matches but even at that, it is too late for them to make any significant changes in the remaining days of this season.
Tottenham Hotspur will be meeting with Liverpool in this weekend and this will also be a match that will further expose the club to possible more points accumulation since Liverpool's performance will not be up to that of Tottenham in this season and there can easily defeat Liverpool in the Sunday game.

When it comes down to this one single situation, everyone would bet on Manchester City. This year is their year and I wouldn't be surprised at all if they take home all three titles. At very best , chelsea could earn 57 points in total if they get 3 points for each of those 6 matches , which yeah unlikely happened given the fact that they are winless recently and the next match also is against arsenal the one who really need the 3 points as well to keep the title race till the very last match of the season.

I predict chelsea might finished 8th at tops and out of the european competition next season.
