There are new speculations that Chelsea have reached an agreement with Pochettino for the job but let's wait until an official announcement by them of course. Pochettino can be one of the right people for managing Chelsea maybe who knows. It is better to have a manager who knows the league and teams very well of course. It speeds up the adaptation process a lot.

After that Pochettino will need to make the right moves for Chelsea in the transfer window starting by a striker transfer. Osimhen has been a target for them for a long time and hopefully Pochettino would support this transfer. Maybe he can have an intention to sign Kane too as he is his old player. But it might be better to spend an amount more than 100 million euros on a younger talent in my opinion.

Just one game and it is all over but I feel so much anger to know that all that the Gunners have been fighting for since the beginning of the campaign has been for nothing. Imagine when everyone was tipping Arsenal to fail before entering the second half of the season but they [Arsenal]  proved them wrong, not until when we have like 6 games to go before they started falling apart. This is so shameful to me, with all those dreams of lifting the EPL title after so many years, all gone like that. Hmm.
Well like they said it is not over until it's over, can the Blues shine one more time for the Gunners to have a little hope? How possible can that be for Chelsea to beat City when they meet on the 21th of this month. Anything can happen though, I have this hope that City will lose to Chelsea after getting into the UCL finals and draw one or two games on the EPL then who knows, Arsenal might come back and win the remaining matches  to be Champions, I'm just saying but I just wish Arsenal get to be Champions this season.

Basically Arsenal have to win the other two games vs Nottingham and Wolves. Could that be guaranteed? I doubt. At the same time, they have to see City losing all their 3 games vs Chelsea, Brighton and Brentford. That's quite impossible. Manchester City will be declared champions by Monday 21, at the end of Chelsea match.

My appreciation for brighton to destroy arsenal in emiratest stadium. King city is winning EPL right now. It's a big shame for arsenal fans to yelling EPL trophy before the end of season. Just because it was leading the standing at the from early to middle and it doesn't mean if arsenal would be winning it easily. What a great performance from brighton. I put a lot of respect to this club. Mc allister played so well against arsenal. De zerbi is also a phenomenal coach that can change brighton in a short time.

Arsenal have done a fantastic job compared to the squad they have. I don't think anyone would have expected such a performance from them at the beginning of the season. If they had been a little calmer, maybe they could have finished the season better. Anyway, at least they're promising everyone hope for the upcoming season... Manchester City have three games left in the league. Even if they win just one of these matches, they will be champions regardless of their opponent's results. I think they've completely finished the league now. Now is the time for them to focus on the champions league and the fa cup final.

I wouldn't call it a shame if fans yell and show emotions. I am not saying you are wrong and it is certainly not smart to scream that you are the next champions when in reality there are still many miles to go. But calling it a shame is probably a bit too hard. Now the game between Arsenal and Brighton was kind of a shocker. I knew that Brighton is strong and not to be underestimated, but 0-3?

Manchester City's achievements are very good because they have won in their last five matches and they have to maintain their best position to win in the Premier League this season. Manchester City don't underestimate the strength of their opponents and still have to try to win in every game. In the match against Everton, Manchester City succeeded in showing the strength of their defense, which was difficult for Everton to penetrate even though they had tried several shots at goal but none of them managed to penetrate Manchester City's goal.

I'm really angry at Arsenal's performance today. You just can't let this kind of a game slip through your fingers while you are in a title race. Brighton were in a vulnerable state actually after losing to Everton by a big score. But Brighton are still playing magically against big teams of the league. This was one of the examples for that.

But this was still a very heavy loss for Arsenal home. What were they thinking in the first place? You had only the Premier League title chance left in hand.

Its 4points difference between them @Manchester City  @Arsenal and a chance for Manchester City to easily push that point gap to 7points. So, should Manchester City even get to lose the rest of there games afterwards, they'll still have a point that keeps them at the top till the league ends. The EPL title is decided already, Arsenal made that decision in there series of draws/loses and its a big lose for Arsenal's plan A. At least, they've got to settle for a plan B where they get to qualify for the UCL next season.  Pep could chill now while setting his eyes on the one title that matters now, the UCL.

I can't wait for the next game between the two teams in the Champions League, but in the Premier League Gündogan has once more delivered a great show against Everton. His body control when he scored the first goal was impressive.

Yes, it was impressive on how he scored that goal. He didn’t have to look to know where the goal was and succeeded to flick the ball towards the goal without having to turn around. An inexperienced player can’t successfully pull of that move without some sort of luck. Gündoğan Is an experienced player.

I particularly liked his goal scored from a free kick position. That goal too showed a player with skills. There wasn’t much pressure on the shot yet he was able to very precise and had the ball go over everyone’s head and into the goal. A very good goal. He was impressive in scoring both goals in this game.

I couldn't agree more. I like this type of player. They are working hard for the team, are never too focused on looking great themselves and put the team's success above all else. The times come when they can reward themselves with an outstanding goal like that. As you said, an unexperienced player can't do that, but it is not only about experience. It is a lot about space orientation on the pitch and a well functioning memory of the game situation that a player noticed right before receiving the cross ball. If Gündogan didn't know that the goalkeeper was standing where he stood, he wouldn't have tried to softly ship the ball into the left bottom corner. You can tell from the power that Gündogan applied that he perfectly understood the game situation in that moment and exactly knew what would be needed to take the ball into the back of the net. Too many players go too hard in many situations. I love to see smart scorers who know that just a slight touch and decent precision is enough to beat the goalkeeper because you can tell from his positioning what he will be speculating on. That is next level soccer. No doubt that a 30 yards shot into the upper right corner is nice to watch, but the smart goals are as well once you understand what it takes to develop that ability.

They won it earlier than expected with a shock defeat from Arsenal under Everton hours ago.

However this win of Manchester City is not perfect as in late minutes, they got a bad news with an injury for Rodri. Pep said in the press conference that Rodri will be fine and ready for a semi final match with Real Madrid next week but we never know what will happen with Rodri injury and his recovery.

Gundogan just have an outstanding match with two fantastic goals for Manchester City. He again scored two goals in a single match and still chase for a hattrick in his career.

Arsenal are growing and maturing in the past three seasons. This season they actually make Premier League more exciting with very hot race between them and Manchester City. I think they dominated later than expected. I thought they were going to take the lead by December last year and just run away with it from January to the end of the season. They were meant to win if you look at the depth of their squad right from the start of the season. Kudos to Arsenal for making it difficult somehow.

Although it's bad for Arsenal to lose the title after many hope and impression they made in this season, Arsenal can use this season and what they harvested from it to move forwards and become stronger. At least what they have achieved from this season, gives them enough belief and confidence that they are strong and competitive enough to compete with Manchester City.

They can improve themselves to become stronger, more stable in their performances to compete better against Manchester City. In a next season, maybe Haaland will have more troubles when clubs in Premier League and their defenders will be more familiar with Haaland style and will constrain Haaland better.

After the first half was over, I no longer continued to watch the second half because I wasn't really interested in seeing how Arsenal played. This defeat further proved that Arsenal was not strong enough to compete in the English Premier League as champions. Maybe we can congratulate Manchester City because they will be sure to win the English Premier League this season, and the next match against Chelsea seems like there is nothing to worry about because Chelsea has only been a mid-table team this season, they have only been able to draw at Stamford Bridge against Nottingham Forest after the previous match raised hopes because they could win with a landslide score from Bournemouth.

I don't know what happend to Arsenal because in this match their defender were displayed poor coordination and Arsenal players did some fatal mistakes which make Brighton can utilized it to scores goals especially second goal for Brighton it's pure from Ramsdale mistakes and after this result i think race title has been ended because if Manchester City win from Chelsea this Sunday which mean they will have 7 difference points above to Arsenal and automatically Manchester City will being an the champion of this season

Manchester city really prove to people that they have what it takes to win this premier league title again because they were able to defeated their opponent 3-0 to have a long gap that will make people to conclude that Arsenal don't have any opportunity to win this title. Many people predicted for the favour of Arsenal to defeat Brighton 3-0, because they believed that Arsenal know how to use home advantage to play their opponent but Brighton never allow such thing to happen than to turned the match in the second half to defeated Arsenal 3-0 without allow them to score a single goal from the match. Arsenal coach was not happy the way his team was defeated in this match, because his hope is that they will win the match to be in a good position to win this season title.

This is a team that was abandoned by Graham Potter and I thought the club will go to relegation because of his departure. The club had less financial backup and few well-known players. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine Roberto De Zerbi was jobless after leaving Shakhtar Donetsk, Brighton was fortunate to get him. This Italian has changed the fortune of Brighton making the club a top contender for the Europa League group stage. I just hope this wonderful coach will not get the same experience he got in the Seria A when his club Sassuolo lost out on UEFA Conference League qualification to Roma because of goal difference.

Poor defending, weak midfield, and wasteful attackers contributed to this show of disgrace. Arsenal just surrendered the league title to Manchester City dishonorably. We have stopped seeing the masterpiece passes and runs from the Arsenal midfield. Relying on Chelsea to stop City is like hoping on the brake of a car to stop a moving train. Even if Chelsea beats City there is no guarantee that the Gunners will defeat Nottingham and Wolves judging from Arsenal's current performance.
