The last 90 minutes of the game are over with Arsenal still leading 1-0. Man city is a great team but losing with Arsenal.  Arsenal are almost certain to win this match. The match was very hard fought. No team could score any goal in the whole 85 minutes but suddenly Arsenal scored 1 goal in 86th min. It was a fantastic goal. Man city came under heavy pressure at the end of the game. I don't believe that Man City can score any goal in return. Man city took the ball 3 times and went to the penalty spot and Arsenal failed to score 4 times and completed a goal in the 5th time.  Congratulations to Arsenal as they win a tough match

Smile: Football this days does not go well with the great terms and the tactical and skillful players team win always. When I entered the sports bet hall when the first has ended, I told them that Arsenal would win the match with 1-0 but the fans of Manchester City disagreed with me and even was trying to bet with me to win but I left them go on my way. I had the time to watch today's match between Arsenal and Manchester city from the beginning till the end, and trust me when i say that this is one of the best matches for Arsenal when it comes to performance, in fact, I have never seen or watched Arsenal play this good against a bigger club like Manchester city.

It was a wow game for Arsenal, I was actually expecting the game to end in a draw, but Arsenal got lucky around the 80th minute of the game and scored their first and winning goal. Manchester indeed performed very badly to be honest, in as much as I did not pray for them to win the game, I was not expecting them to perform this badly, I could even count how many times Haaland got hold of the ball.

Over all, I am very happy with the outcome of todays match, once again, Arsenal have made their fans proud of the team they are supporting.

I find this match boring. Manchester City vs Arsenal expected to be the most competitive match in the Premier League. But both teams seem to be trying to share the points. I have rarely seen such defensive gameplay from Manchester City. In 70 minutes this team made a total of 4 shots and only 1 of them was on target. Arsenal  are playing better in their home matches than Manchester City. They had several  good attacks. But  they could not break City's strong defense. I thought this match would be very competitive. And we will see several goals. But this match is most likely to be a goalless draw. We don't expect such defensive gameplay from a strong team like Manchester City.

You seem not to understand how important points from this match is to both managers that's why you think the both teams are playing a boring game. These are two most competitive rivals for the EPL title last season and coming to this season same coin is flipping itself and both managers are cautiously avoiding errors that could cost their team the 3 points affecting their position on the table because for both teams every point means a lot as they progress in the EPL competition. Unfortunately the match didn't end a goalless draw as you had predicted, Artheta was able to by chance steal the 3 points winning the game 1-0 proving a home advantage against the Gardiola side. But I'll have been well pleased if the game had ended a goalless draw.

Manchester city are a team in crisis with the absence of their star men Rodri and De Bruyne with both of them out due to suspension and Injury respectively. Although city dominated the game in the first half but they lack the final ball to Halaand who most of the game was kept in check by both Arsenal center back. The second half also started the same way with Rico Lewis causing little problems for Arsenal in such that if it were a more experienced player Arsenal would have been in trouble. Arsenal later grew into the game when Martinell came on and was more direct than the other attackers. The game was gotten hold of by Arsenal immediately they had Partey on the pitch, he brought balance to the team and his brilliant over top ball set up the goal.

Arsenal were lucky to take the three points but my concern is they definitely need a striker because both Jesus and Nketiah were wasteful and if it was another day Manchester City would have punished them

Yeah, Arsenal beating Manchester city today indeed proved that the draw Tottenham had against Arsenal was indeed out of luck, Arsenal really played well, and the fact that they have not lost a singe game this season even makes everything so so interesting for them, all the games they would have lost, they drew them.

One thing is certain now that Arsenal have managed to beat their toughest competitors since last season to win the EPL title and this is an absolute good result for the Gunners.

Back to back EPL defeats for Pep Guardiola and City, i know Pep is a tactical genius, but i don't think he got his tactics right this time, it was almost like City were playing for a draw at some point. Arsenal were more daring and i think they deserved the win, i know the match was somewhat 50-50, but i think they controlled the game better and had most of the desire to go on and win the game, which they did.

City have missed Rodri immensely, they have lost the 3 games he missed (vs Newcastle, Wolves and Arsenal), this just goes to show how important the Spaniard is to City. After he lost his head and got sent off against Nottingham Forest, the question was if City would pay for it, which they did. Rodri would be available for their next game against Brighton after the international break, but City are going to have a tough run of big games in the next couple of weeks and we'd have to see how well City react.

Arsenal finally managed to break their bad luck when they met Man City, everyone knows that Arsenal have never won against Man City in almost the last three seasons. A positive result that deserves appreciation for Arteta squad, because they have luck like Wolves, because they managed to beat Man City. Of course we enjoyed the game, and we know that the statistics for both of them show that Man City only won in possession of the ball, while Arsenal outperformed in other aspects.

Rodri absence from Pep main squad has had an impact on overall performance, the one thing Pep misses the most is De Bruyne. What is clear is that City will try to recover in the next match, Pep certainly won't want to lose points when they meet Brighton. After twelve head to head game won, Arsenal and Mikel Arteta finally got a win at home to impress the fans. You see the signature of Kovacic from Chelsea has got to be the worst deal done this season. Still don't know why he barely bring the lad Kalvin Philips to play.
Kovacic is not productive and Creative and that has cost Manchester City midfied lack of ball flow forward.

Not just Rodri was missed, Erling Haaland was rendered useless since he had no Kevin De Brunye to assist him. Pep Guardiola should fix himself and the squad better when they return from International games and break.

As a supporter of the Gunners, I am very happy with their victory on matchday this week. however, referring to the pattern that Pep uses, I am confused about why he also uses the 4-3-3 pattern. In fact, Pep can apply a 4-2-3-1 system, or maybe a 3-2-4-1 pattern in this match. In fact, as far as I know, Pep doesn't hesitate to speculate and experiment with the system and rotation of some of his players. However, in this match Pep chose the same pattern as Arsenal. Now, Arsenal is in 2nd place only on goal difference from Spurs. however, both teams have the same 20 points.

Initially, I expected both teams to tie points but After that, I saw 3 draws coming from the results of the early games before the Arsenal vs City match, It became certain to me that the Arsenal-Manchester City game would be a no-draw game but I was hoping that Manchester City would have won in the game.

Kelvin De Bruyne's absence was felt very much in the game and Manchester City's side couldn't create much of a chance, leaving Haaland unfeded with passes that resulted in a city not performing as expected in this game.

Yeah what a sweet ending for us. Substitutes shining at the end but throughout the whole game the whole team really were strong and managed to held City's press. A hard earned 3 points and very 3 points against the main title contenders. Apart from Rodri who is banned from playing and De Bruyne who is injured, Man City and especially Pep Guardiola are having a bad day in my opinion. Arsenal managed to break their negative trend during their meeting with Man City, and Arteta achieved his first victory over his teacher Pep. Now Tottenham is at the top of the standings because Arsenal managed to beat Man City, and Arsenal is in second place even though they have collected the same points as Tottenham due to the difference in goal statistics.

Regarding the course of the match which looks boring, I think that's very natural because losing points will have an impact on the position in the standings as I mentioned at the beginning. On the other hand, Arteta success cannot be separated from their transfer market movements last summer, so they were able to create a solid and unbeatable squad so far in the EPL.

I'm really in anticipation as to what the out come of tomorrows game between arsenal and Manchester city will be because these two teams have really been doing well this season and have such good form that one will want to wonder if anyone is going to win, I can imagine how the two forwards they are really strong will be playing against each other tomorrow and how well Harland will perform amidst the defense arsenal will put up tomorrow.

Another game I'm anticipating tomorrow will be that between Liverpool and Brighton, after the win gotten over the week in the Europa I think Liverpool is in a good frame of mind for another win, this happens to be their eight premier league game, do far the have suffered just one loss in the premier league against Tottenham, Brighton may want to put up a good resistance against Liverpool since they will be playing from home.
