Tottenham hasn't been in their best form after they lost to the blues before the international break, thereafter they have suffered two consecutive loses which make me feel their confidence has drop a little resulting from their recent performance as compared to their performance earlier.

Tottenham happens to be one of the teams who has scored at least a goal in all their premier league game's this season. Aston villa which they will be facing today bis just a point behind them and has recently showed some strength in their performance just before the international break, I think it's going to be a tough one for the Spurs regardless of the fact that they had the home advantage because the villains are in a good form.

I say that beating Luton and Fulham was quite easy for them as neither of those teams are having a great season but today they do face Everton and this team is having a very bad season so far but they showed great signs football in the last 2 games of them so maybe they will find a way to take at least 1 point from United.

Spurs vs Villa should be a better game to watch than United and probably we get see more goals as well.

The problem is, Everton suffered a points deduction penalty so yes, now Everton is back in the degaradsi zone. Man United has the opportunity to get 6th place in the standings, but for that, they have to be able to win against Everton. 20 minutes have been passed and totenham missed so many chances. Glad to see that the deflected ball from celso's shoot has been helping the lily whites to lead the first half. from what i can see that if totenham was using all of its stamina during the first half. I can't even believe how song was always missing the golden chances. The scores might be more than 3-0 if son would be able scoring all of his chances. He was not lucky enough in this game.
Aston villa is trying to go all in after it was conceded 1 goal by totenham. The tempo of this match is going to be even faster when it will be even closer to the late game.

I didn't quite understand what happened between Chelsea and Newcastle United. I followed up the match from the first minutes even upto the second half. When Sterling did his magical pull to get the equaliser for the blues, it was a wonderful experience and that made the match more competitive. But I was surprised when I left the screen for a out 15mins and came back to meet a very different and unexpected score line.

Changes in the points table is a very normal thing, if a team performs well it is normal that it will move ahead of the other team. It was not a very difficult equation for Arsenal to go to number one in the points table, if Manchester City does not get full points, on the other hand, if Arsenal gets full points, then Arsenal can go to number one position in the points table. Before the match started, but Arsenal got 3 points.  On the other hand, Manchester City shared one point against Liverpool. Liverpool and Manchester City had a tough competition and the points shared between the two teams is why Arsenal managed to secure the number one position in the points table.

The match started 30 minutes ago and Tottenham managed to score first in the 22 minute, it seems that Tottenham does not want to waste opportunities when playing at home they continued to attack and control the match if they keep playing like this then I'm sure they can score 2 or 3 more goals, they did not provide space for Aston Villa to attack lol. With an additional 3 points Tottenham will replace Liverpool in 3rd position With an additional 3 points, Tottenham will replace Liverpool in 3rd place or the same points as Manchester City with 29 points it's just that Manchester City scored more goals.

Many times people were always predicitng Man u to win against the weak club like everton. In fact, so many times manchester united was unable winning the game against the weak club as well. Just because it has better quality than its oppoentn meant united would be winning the game without any pressure from its opponent. Everton is still under pressure after its position goes down from the middle to the top. It makes players must have put more efforts in getting three points.

I didn't expect Chelsea to concede a humiliating 4-1 defeat to Newcastle. Chelsea have performed very well in the last two matches. I thought at first Ange would be able to maintain his surprising performance this season by continuing to maintain a strong consistency in his squad but apparently they failed which as you said their initial failure began when facing Chelsea with a very bad and embarrassing defeat and after that they lost again against Wolves, both of their opponents are far below Tottenham and maybe I would say that Tottenham's achievement at the top of the table is nothing more than luck.
