Arsenal are currently in their best performance and when they faced Brentford they appeared confident and won the match with a goal. havertz and ball control were very good and I think if Arsenal can maximize their performance I think they can win at least 2-0 against Brentford because at that time there were quite a lot of opportunities for shots on goal.

but Manchester City certainly wants to move Arsenal's standings because the points difference between Arsenal is 30 while Manchester City is 29. Am I the only one who thinks Arsenal's performance was better last season than this season? They played better football at the beginning of last season, but I am not really certified by their performance this season yet. Even with the signings that Arsenal made, their performance was still better last season. Let’s just hope there is a difference in Arsenal's performance this season. Let’s hope they can maintain their current position till the end of the season, which I am not really sure will be possible yet. But since everyone is expecting improvement in Arsenal's performance due to new signings, let’s just wait and see.

We are yet entering the middle of season. Don't rush it. Arsenal has better performance last season as it was not even losing during first 33 matches. Arsenal never faced a lose last season since the early season. I must say arsenal's performance is far worst compared to the last season.
I think that this doesn't even matter and im concerning about the mentality owned by arsenal and the way of it's trying to win the trophy this time. Manchester city is having very good motivation at this moment to win EPL again and recording a record as back to back treble winners .

What's happening in the last season can't be the measure for the same thing to happen now. Although Arsenal failed to maintain their position in the previous season, doesn't mean it must happen in the current season as well. I think Arsenal squad is better now, they has a better capability to do a different thing. Sure, Arteta must take a big lesson from everything happened previously. So, he must have a plan to avoid the same thing to  happen in this season.

They may have had problems in a few matches, but I still think Manchester City is one of the most consistent teams. Great teams and goals can happen one after another. So true. Between last season and now there is clearly a difference. It's just that the decline in Man City's performance is not that much. They are only weak in the midfield. Maybe last season Gundogan and De Bruyne were also always fit. But this season Gundogan has gone to Barcelona and De Bruyne is also still recovering. Losing and winning are both parts of the game which we totally understand but we still go ahead and carry our phones and check online, but it's consider abuse and I personally do not want, exactly what the club needs to survive and continue winning. Pep Guardiola knows what he's doing and he's steadily to surpassed his oppositions this season. Arsenal experienced good performance in some matches now, but their major challenge is that once they are approaching the end of the tournament, they will begin to experience some challenges that will make them not to maintain the first position till the end. If you watch very well, you will know that Manchester city still have the opportunity to return back to that first position in the premier league table if their players that had an injuries return back, and it will help them to recover from their losses. Arsenal will end up in third position in this season, because Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are still showing some signs that will make them near the first position before the end of the tournament.

And I think that is quite a positive result considering that at the start of the season they experienced a little difficulty. But unfortunately in the UCL, Man Utd still seems to be having difficulties. In fact, in the last match I really hoped Man Utd would win against Copenhagen. But Man Utd had to be willing to lose points at that time. You know why Manchester City has not experienced a significant blow from the exit of some of its players from the past seasons, also to also add to that, is the injury that some of the players have went into in this season, yet the club is still standing on its feet and performing with the best efforts they can, it is simply because they have the best manager who works with whatever he has as a team and have value for teamwork.

He's a team player and doesn't underrate talents and is not tired of getting more talents into the play. He's none other than Pep Guardiola. I love Pep for one thing, he is focused on the goal and doesn't nag out of complains for the misfortunes they may have passed through but look into the woes and work hard to ammend the mistakes. This is why Manchester City kept progressing without that magnificent squad depth you might have expected.

I think Arsenal have all it takes to win this trophy with Mikel Arteta. When he was with Manchester City, he took two Premier League titles for the club, one FA Cup and two EFL Cups for Manchester City. Now that he's in Arsenal, he as also worked out two trophies for the club which includes FA Cup and Community Shield since 2019.

All he needs to do is to use the squads at his disposal efficiently. Saka is promising, Trossard is promising, Gabriel Jesus, and Martinelli have also been promising in the forwards, as a matter of fact, Saka assisted with the last goal Arsenal scored Brentford while the goal was netted by Havert. At the midfield, Havert, Odegaard, Declan Rice and Fabio Vieira have been promising and delivering too. Zinchenko, Tomiyasu, Williams Saliba and a host of other defenders have not been doing bad as well. So, I think the club have the chances and the strength to win this trophy with this crop of young players.

Man City spectacular achievement yesterday was a huge contribution from the coach and what I know is that Guardiola is a very intelligent coach, he always looks at his team weaknesses and sees the opponent weaknesses so naturally in the first half Man City had a little difficulty scoring because Haaland was always blocked by Leipzig defender but after halftime Guardiola discovered Leipzig weakness and attacked with a better strategy and was finally able to catch up with the defeat and end with a win.

I am sure in the first half many bettors thought that Man City would lose, but I was always strong enough to maintain my bet because I still believed that Man City still had the desire to win the prestigious UCL title.
