They have same total matches like Tottenham but already played one match more than Arsenal. This means if Arsenal win their match, they will have same total points as Aston Villa.

Other clubs behind those three clubs will have many works to do to reach to these three clubs and I honestly don't consider they are big threats for Aston Villa.

The threat to Aston Villa will only come from Arsenal and Tottenham. And the closest is Arsenal. Because only Arsenal have not competed on Matchday 21. Meanwhile, Tottenham has done so and Tottenham can only get 1 point due to being held to a draw by Man United.

Actually, Aston Villa suddenly being in the top 4 competition was enough to surprise me this season. And I even thought that Aston Villa might continue to maintain its position in the top 4 until the end of the season. But after seeing Aston Villa being held to a draw by Everton, I started to doubt Aston Villa would continue to stay in the top 4 until the season ends. Because I think Tottenham and Arsenal will eventually fill that place.

EPL being called corrupt is one trend that’s been on for years and year after year evidences of corruption still shows up. Well I saw in a news that Everton could be facing another point deduction, I don't know how true the rumour is, but if it's true, I think that's the end of the road for Everton cause they won't miss relegation.

Everton and forest will be on a very difficult situation caused by they must be performing beyond their limit. The point deduction will be greatly impacting the performance from the club a lot. This is also making the situation even worst.

Now Aston Villa, Arsenal and Spurs have points that are not much different and even though Aston Villa is still ahead with a difference of 3 points, I'm sure they can't last much longer if they lose or even draw in the next few matches. West Ham lost against Championship team Bristol City, after playing a draw when playing at home to West Ham but West Ham had to admit defeat when they were guests at home to Bristol City, this is a little surprising but we also have to see overall that the West Ham team did not play at full strength in the FA Cup match.

And overall we can't say that West Ham have declined in performance, they are currently still in 6th position in the Premier League standings and the last 5 Premier League matches they have played have still had satisfactory results with 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat, so The FA Cup match cannot be a benchmark because West Ham was not focused so they did not field all their best players.

Kelvin De Bruyne without doubt is a very important member of the Manchester City team and he really proved his worth when he featured for the club for the first time in over four months after picking up injury in August last year. His performance in that game was simply breathtaking as he came from the bench to score a goal and provide an assist for another to help Manchester City come from behind to take all three points against Newcastle United during the weekend.

But I don't think he's the most important member of the Manchester City squad. Personally, I feel Erling Haaland is the most important member of the team and his impressive number of goals in the last two seasons for the club further proves my point about his contributions to the success of the team.  That being said, the both players compliment each other as Haaland most times needs the creativity of Kelvin De Bruyne to score those intimidating number of goals while De Bruyne needs a sharp striker like Haaland who can always turn his efforts to goals

I really don't like double standards for teams but there is nothing we can do about it unfortunately. Manchester City also faced issues with FFP but they didn't get punished for that. When Everton do a similar thing their situation is evaluated differently. Why do these FFP rules are only applied for smaller teams?

Anyways this season will be really difficult for Everton and they are likely to battle for not to relegate on the final weeks once again. Everton weren't like this in the past but for a couple of years they have been really terrible. At least they haven't relegated yet.

At least, them being in the top 3 or getting into the UCL is something that is definitely very valuable.

Manchester City and Liverpool are the only serious competitors we’ve got for the EPL right now and funny enough these are the 2 consistent teams we’ve got over the past 4 years in the English league. Now any slip from any of both teams will be a big boost on the other and each team will want to try to make sure all her players are sound and injury free so as to always be battle ready.

 The race will be interesting and fun to watch especially for football lovers around as this could probably be one last keenly contested title race between these 2 teams in a while. Arsenal with her injury problems aren’t seen as title contenders anymore but rather as top 4 competitors and they should be careful how they go on because they could move off that spot if they’re not being careful. Aston Villa aren’t a match for Liverpool and City but could probably be giving in a fight to get a UCL spot and this is one team Arsenal should be wary off because currently I don’t see Arsenal being better off than Aston Villa.

I agree with you. Every team from first  to fourth place in the  table has a chance to top the points table. Liverpool  at the top of the table  have collected 45 points from 20  games, and fourth placed Arsenal are now 5 points behind Liverpool. It's not a big gap.
