But you can see that the teams from the bottom of the table aren't as weak in most of the games as the table would suggest. It is not like upper third vs. lower third = win for the team from the upper third of the table. It is just now that Sheffield United could beat West Ham United as they are in the driving seat. Of course you are not wrong that this game should be a win for Liverpool, but drawing conclusions early went wrong a couple of times for me this season.

It just came to my mind that Liverpool had this game against Luton Town when they were only able to get 1 point from it and that was only possible because Diaz scored a goal in minute 5 of extra time.
