I agree with you! the first four teams in the Premier League have arithmetically the same chances and ability to win the Premier League, but in my opinion Arsenal and Aston Villa are the ones who have the least chance on a tactical level and we will hardly see them fighting for first place but rather for get a place in the Champions League for next year

In my opinion, Mourinho would be ideal to become Liverpool's next coach. Liverpool's management is not stupid. They build their squads by spending a lot of money. They certainly won't hire an inexperienced coach. If the coach is inexperienced, it will be very difficult for Liverpool to dominate the Premier League.
 
If Klopp announces his retirement soon, or is not interested in staying with Liverpool, it is possible that the Liverpool management could offer Xabi Alonso or Mourinho to become Liverpool's coach. They can also try to hire an experienced coach like Zidane. Right now I see these three as the best options.
