Since the coming of Ten Haag as a manager the performance of Manchester United has been very volatile to say the least and what is worse is that has been in deteriorating form since he took over.I think his choices were all wrong since the time he put Cristiano to the bench and applying his radical ideas which in the end didn't pay out and the fact that he is still coaching them I see no way how the management of Manchester United still keeps him in power.I would have fired him since some time now as he had some really bad lost games.I see no improvement whatsoever under his leadership and if they continue with him most likely a single damn thing won't change.
I believe Manchester United management must have a reason why they are still giving Ten Hag a chance they may see it from a different perspective and we as fans only see this team from the outside without knowing the internal problems. So far Ten Hag best achievement was bringing Manchester United to finish in 3rd place last season and this achievement cannot be ignored, meaning Ten Hag has the ability to handle this team but for some reason their performance declined again and was unstable I remember one of the obstacles was the injury of several players thus hindering Ten Hag in implementing his strategy. Regarding Ronaldo, I agree that he left Manchester United I'm not saying he played badly but from what I saw he was inconsistent in every match and sometimes he prioritizes his selfishness, that was the reason why Ten Hag ignored him. We also heard that most of the Manchester United players don't like him this means that not only Ten Hag has this opinion but almost all the players. Apart from that, his salary was not commensurate with his contribution so Ronaldo had to be let go.

Since a few days ago, we have actually discussed this here and it would be Liverpool's success if they could win the Premier League and UEL titles, but it would be a disaster in the next season to lose Klopp, who has provided good achievements for Liverpool for a long time but had to be forced to part ways and Liverpool couldn't stop it. We all here talked about the candidates that Liverpool would recruit and some of the coaches seemed like Xavi would be more suitable because he has good experience with Barca and I think Liverpool would be better if they had coach Xavi. I'm not sure it's a good idea, would Xavi want to leave his hometown club and start coaching Liverpool straight away? I think it will affect not only him but also Liverpool. It's a completely different league and the competition here is too high to go straight into coaching such a team.

It is really difficult to understand Marcus Rashford. He has been inconsistent over the years. For example he had a wonderful season previously. Under Erik ten Hag's management Rashford also played a significant role in Manchester United to start fixing their problems. His performance played a really good role in his team to join the Champions League as well. But now we see a Rashford who has lost his way. He doesn't look very keen on finding it either considering his general performance level so far. While he is one of the most crucial players for the Red Devils this is making a bad impact on the results. I'm not sure what the problem is, but you're right that Rashford is one of the most inconsistent players so far. Last season he had a proud record for goals and assists, but this season he has none. Who knows what the problem is, but a change in strategy and a different approach to the game may be the cause of Rashford's decline in performance. In 20 appearances in the Premier League, Marcus Rashford only scored 4 goals and 2 assists. That's not a great record for a player of Rashford's stature, so he may need to improve his form and get back to his best. Marcus Rashford is one of the players who was touted as a star in his era, but his inconsistent performance made him dim. I see Rashford's problem because he is comfortable as a center forward and can score a lot of goals like the previous season. Now he is positioned again on the wing, instead of returning to his best position, on the contrary his performance is actually getting worse, perhaps because he is too eager to score goals so he often looks very selfish when playing. So it's not surprising that he played badly, apart from that it was probably because there was pressure from his impressive record in the previous season which made it difficult for him to recover. Now Rashford and Martial can be said to be the main problems at Man United in terms of players. They have done nothing for this club. Man United should not get that new contract, I really hope Man United will sell him because I never rated those two players well at the moment that Erik ten Hag could benefit from.

I don't really follow the news, so I hope you can provide information here. If we talk about the previous season, of course his performance and achievements really helped the Red Devils to get a place in the Champions League. Now he has declined and finds it very difficult to adapt in every game so we rarely see him contributing fully to the club. I think there are times when a player seems to experience instability and maybe he should fix it before it's too late and the possibility of being sidelined by Erik Ten Hag becomes greater.

Apart from that, his salary was not commensurate with his contribution so Ronaldo had to be let go. Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe officially acquired 25% share ownership in Man United, Ten Hag is no longer completely safe from being fired. I am sure that if he fails to bring United back to finishing in the European zone next season then United management will fire him. It was reported that before Ratcliffe arrived, no one had the authority to fire a coach, so Ten Hag was not fired even though he was eliminated early in the UCL. On the other hand, I feel that if in the next few matches United still often lose points, it looks like his chances of being at Old Trafford until the end of the season are very slim, Ratcliffe can fire him sooner. United never-ending storm of player injuries has been a factor in their inconsistency this season, their new recruits have also failed to meet everyone expectations. Regarding Ronaldo, I think he already understands that it is not easy to consistently contribute in the most competitive league continuously, considering that age is his main obstacle, even though we understand that his departure from United to the SPL was preceded by a conflict with Ten Hag. Ronaldo existence has a big impact on the club income, I consider it equal to what he is given every week.

While he is one of the most crucial players for the Red Devils this is making a bad impact on the results. Maybe since Marcus Rashford played well last season and started to be seen as one of United's dangerous players, his ego started to play out so he neglected his discipline a little. we can refer to his statistics several times Rashford only played him starting from the bench. Ten Hag deliberately gave him punishment, perhaps so that he could return to discipline. however, what happened was that Marcus Rashford's performance fluctuated and sometimes even underperformed. United lost teamwork, especially the lack of cooperation between the pure striker and Marcus Rashford as a winger. in fact, there are several other United players who are just as undisciplined. also, ignoring teamwork and wanting to appear alone to be the best. So, the problems faced by United are quite complicated. apart from the main players who suffered long injuries, the team's performance declined, the egos of several players began to become obstacles to the series of problems that occurred at United which Ten Hag had to fix. but now, Martinez has returned, Luke Shaw, Casemiro and Eriksen. and, Antony began to be given confidence again by the coach. it could be said that Erik Ten Hag's team is almost completely reliable again. even though Mason Mount is still injured. But, he is scheduled to return soon this February. so does T Maciala. thus, I am sure that Marcus Rashford's performance will improve again and play well again. well, now Erik Ten Hag's core team can almost be relied on again. and I am quite sure, United will start to appear with a performance that leads to improvement including Marcus Rashford.

I'm not sure it's a good idea. Would Xavi want to leave his hometown club and start coaching Liverpool right away? I think it will affect not only him but also Liverpool. It's a completely different league, and the competition here is too high to go straight into coaching such a team.
Xavi did not succeed in his former team Barcelona due to financial problems, and maybe because the management is not yet satisfied with his work as a result of the pressure he is having due to a lack of positive outcomes, that's why he is leaving and not because he would like to come and join Liverpool. Liverpool management might not hire Xavi because he can't coach and lead his former team Barcelona to victory. How can he lead Liverpool to victory in a tough and competitive League like the Premier League? If Klopp leaves, Alonso or De Zarbi will be his perfect replacement if they agree to change teams, but others will just come and give it a try. In fact, Liverpool's performance will drop as it will take time before they recover.

You first say that he couldn't succeed in Barcelona because of financial troubles there and then you say that he couldn't succeed because he wasn't coaching the team well enough. Well, if your first point is true then there is nothing a coach can do about it and hence it wouldn't have an impact on Liverpool's decision to hire him or not. Because if Liverpool has the money, Xavi could do a good job. But I think that your second point is more true than the first. It's correct that Barcelona has financial troubles, but Xavi is an overrated coach who doesn't understand how to improve players and how to promote the younger talents and give them the right advice and coaching support to make them play on their highest level possible. I would be shocked if Liverpool were to decide to sign someone like Xavi. It would be disrespectful towards Klopp, who was a great coach with skill and passion. Xavi doesn't have the skill.

Erik Ten Hag have an outstanding team, he's keen on motivating his players to produce good results for the team, in that way, his job is secured at Old Trafford. Manchester United is an elite team that's concentrated on good results, there's definitely no better way than grabbing major awards, winning titles with good streak winnings. I'm acquainted with just one Manchester United player, Marcus Rashford have lost completely, he's facing his own challenges, he's keen on making a rebound but I think its definitely going to be difficult for the englishman.
Motivating the players to getting the best results from them is something ten hag may be trying to do buy may have not gone about it rightly as he should because if he has rightly then his team shouldn't have been suffering this much humiliation they have been subjected to this long enough. The coach ten hag is also one of the reasons rashford isn't performing well as he used to be when he was known for his brilliance across Europe but then if has happened that as at this time he's facing some challenges personally which has affected his performance so bad buy he will definitely get back again on his feet with a better form where he becomes sound., Personally I don't see the much good to ten hag is doing to Manchester united so it will be fine if he leaves and give way for another coach who can do better to come take over, because Manchester united has got a good squad to work with.

Marcus Rashford will take himself to doomsday honestly, he has got to be his own problem. He's gone nowhere achieved nothing but yet he feels like he's on the same levels as that of Kylian Mbappe who has won the Fifa World Cup Competition and also countless league titles with As Monaco and also Paris Saint Germany. I don't think Erik Ten Hag has done anything wrong, right now he hasn't score good goals and has still decided to be yet another pussy oñ the pitch for Manchester United. There's nothing to talk about him, I'm only hoping and praying players like Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund keeps on score.

I'm not sure who is going to take the place of Klopp in Liverpool but this can't be easy for anyone to take his place and have this good performance because in the nine years of Klopp has been working in Liverpool, he had an amazing performance in this team and he is famous in the fans of Liverpool which means this can be an extra pressure for any coach who takes the place of him in Liverpool.
In this case, there are advantages, because Klopp will leave behind a very strong team, and there are disadvantages, because after such a great coach, it will be very difficult for any coach. Liverpool is a great club, it achieved great victories before Klopp, with him and will continue to do so after his departure. I would like the club not to compromise, and to choose an equally experienced coach for this position, and not try to replace him with someone young without great achievements. I see that Alonso could be one of the contenders, but I don’t know if he can be considered an experienced coach. It was very sad to hear about Klopp leaving Liverpool because he spent so many years here and formed such a great team that it's pitiful to see him going, it was like a family with him. He is leaving such a good team that his influence and his built team will last for some seasons to my mind. I think it will be very hard to buy a good and experienced football coach because many of them are occupied and have contracts with other teams, the market doesn't look very good right now to my mind but it will be amazing if they find even a new coach like Real Madrid found Zidane in 2016. There were rumours that Xabi Alonso wanted to take a managerial role in Liverpool to take the place of Klopp. Does anyone know if that's true or not?

I'm surprised Klopp announced he won't extend his contract with Liverpool in the middle of the competition. I think he must keep the secret although it is his right to announce it or not. When he announced it, we are afraid that it will ruin the focus of the players. Liverpool is joining the race for the title in few competitions, they must focus on the matches first.
Well, it won't be easy to get the replacement of Klopp. He is an experienced and reputable coach, there is no many coach at the same level with him in the market. If Liverpool expects to sign Xabi Alonso, it seems hard because Xabi still has a contract with Leverkusen. Besides competing with Real Madrid, they also must wait for until 2026.
I was surprised to hear this. Kloop has just turned 56, he still has a long career in football as a coach. It seems that he is tired, so he made a statement about wanting to quit after the end of this season. Kloop is not bad, for more than 8 years he has given 7 titles including EPL and UCL. There is no news where he is going, but I read on social media that he will not go to a club or country this year. There are rumors that several names such as Mourinho, Unai Emre, Gerrad and even Xabi Alonso are candidates to replace Kloop.

He has been at Liverpool for a long time and he has also been a coach for a very long time and that certainly makes him feel at a point where he is already thinking about a short break from the hustle and bustle of coaching. This has been a decision for a Klopp and that doesn't mean he won't coach another club because I'm pretty sure with his current age he will definitely return to coach but for next season it looks like he will take a break for a while. But on the other hand it could also just be the same reason as Splaletti did for Napoli for the reason of wanting to relax for a while, he returned to coaching with a more comfortable situation for him. Although Klopp may not be that naive but something like this could happen because we won't know after he leaves whether there are impressive offers from other clubs or not. Unai Emery could be a good option with Xabi but for SteveG I am not sure he can to take Liverpool in a good direction.

But at least, Marcus Rashford still has goals this season although not many but yes, at least Marcus Rashford can still score goals and that's not bad at all when compared to attacking players who can't score at all. Because after all, the reality is that Manchetser United have experienced a decline in performance this season and we also cannot blame Marcus Rashford completely for the poor performance and results for Manchester United this season. Because yes, basically the Manchester United squad this season has decreased in performance and thus, Manchester United is still stuck in the middle of the Premier League standings until now. Manchester United is in a bad situation with Ten Hag and he can't have a good performance in Manchester United while we're in the winter and some coaches ae losing their jobs, I think there are many interesting options for Manchester United to fill the place of Ten Hag and that's why I guess if Manchester United wants to get Ten Hag fired from the team now is the good time for it to find a new a coach.

After being hailed earlier he became big-headed this season and this made his performance decline quite drastically. However, we must be aware that this season he seems to want to stand out more and prioritize dribbling rather than club cooperation which is actually a boomerang for himself. Currently, Rashford's performance is not like the previous season and he seems like a different type of player from last season if we make a comparison. Apart from that, some internal problems must also be disturbing the player as a whole so that this season Rashford does not look too prominent. But it's not just Rashford actually because some other players at Manchester Unitred are also almost all like that. We can see how this season Lisandro is not playing too well, there is also Antony who is just a scandal this season that looks prominent for him but not with his performance.

But the mess that ten Hag is creating in Manchester United can also have an impact on the decisions of other coaches. Depending on who that coach could be to replace ten Hag, many of them want to play in the Champions League. Manchester United won't qualify for anything this season and that again means they will have issues convincing other stars to join the team and build something great in the future. The best players in the world won't be available for Manchester United if they can't present themselves in the most exciting games. Those decisions have to be made with the future in mind as it can have consequences on nominations for the national teams if players decide to play for a team that is not represented in the Champions League. Ten Hag is destroying the club.

Kloop seems to have a fairly harmonious relationship with the players and also with the club owner. And his decision to resign could be said to be because he was tired of always working for a long time and could also be because he was burdened by a lot of thoughts. For this reason, he might choose to rest and enjoy time with his children or wife. If you look at Kloop performance with Liverpool, of course he was brilliant in producing star players because under his coaching we saw that Liverpool became a strong team with many quality players in their team. Apart from that, Salah name became famous thanks to Jurgen Kloop because he was able to see the quality that Salah had and was able to provide good game direction in improving Salah quality so that Salah became one of the players who shone quite brightly under his coaching. This season Liverpool have quite a big path for them to get trophies, one of which is in the Premier League, European League and Carabao Cup, Fa Cup so I am sure Liverpool will succeed in winning trophies in 4 tournaments this season.

I saw that the odds is not even worth with the risk. I think that liverpool will use the same line up as the previous games. The only thing that will make it different if liverpool may be trying to rotate some players. Im only thinking that if betting on the 1x2 can be considered as easy win but it is not even offering worthy odds. I would prefer to take under 5 rather than it caused by im sure the total from this game will not be more than 5. Over 3 is also offering a high risk bet too. Liverpool is going to win this game easily but the hardest thing to predict which score that is going to happen soon.
Norwich was a mediocre team and seeing btts looks like impossible to happen with this club. Im only saying based on my experience. Liverpool is now offering the good chance to get easy money but i prefer to took the risk by betting ont he different option. I think that i will take under 5 for this match. Im sure that liverpool will not score a lot of goals against norwice city. Winning with three points will be good achievement by the club. The team needs only to target FA cup.
This match was an easy one for Liverpool as they proved to be the better team even with the scoreline and the stat. This has shown the strength of this Liverpool side without Mo in the team. No Mo, no problem as Jota and Nunez get on the scoresheet again in this match. They play comfortably and score key goals and now they’re through to the next round of the FA cup and this is a boost as they’re are still in all competitions and have shot at every title. Liverpool alone had over 3.5 in this match and this shows how small of a team Norwich is and they’ll real need to work on themselves though they weren’t expected to be a trouble to Liverpool for an inform liverpool, with Klopp that's hoping to achieve 2 trophies before the resigns from the club, well I think it's possible cause they're still in about 3 different tournaments.

He was appointed as Liverpool's manager in 2015, so it's natural that after some time, especially after achieving pretty much everything with the club, he's looking for other challenges. The similar scenario happened in his previous club, Borussia Dortmund. He served as the manager there for about 7 years, during which he turned the club to be highly successful and then moved on to a new club, Liverpool. There aren't very many successful managers who'd be willing to dedicate their entire career to just one club, unless they have some very strong ties to it. The impact on the players and the chances of Liverpool reaching for the title doesn't have to be negative. If the players respect Klopp, maybe this will give them an extra motivation to make the title "goodbye gift" for him.

We all mustn't be impressed with the timing and decision of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp to announce his proposed departure from the the club at the end of the season even when it doesn't sit well with us because I think the German coach perfectly knows why he chose to do it at this time of the season. There's no doubt to the fact that Jurgen Klopp's spell at Liverpool was actually a very successful one and if he wanted to extend his contract with the club, he would've also done that but for him to decide to leave after so many consultations and considerations, I think Jurgen Klopp definitely knows better than we all do so his decision should be absolutely respected
