This actually makes me start to doubt who should be the favorite in today's match. But maybe I also think that Aston Villa will try to avenge their defeat in the previous meeting. And now they are playing in front of their own supporters so I think Aston Villa can indeed have a higher motivation to win. But Aston Villa will probably only win by a narrow score.

In this years, Manchester United have won 4 of 5 matches all competition from FA Cup until Premier League matches just hold draw one match against Tottenham Hotspur. Difference with Aston Villa performance, although have close with top fourth standings their performance inconsistency after defeating by Chelsea last match in FA Cup. Had won 1 of last 5 matches all competition is not good result for Aston Villa has motivate with Champion League spot standings in this season. Seems crucial match for Aston Villa and Manchester United want to get three points and make their standings better close to the higher or top fourth position.

Congratulations to mighty Manchester city for the victory they achieved again from their opponent despite some challenges that appeared in the first half, but it was a great moved seen Manchester city defeated Everton 2-0 to embraced the three points in the second half. Liverpool and Tottenham won their match too to defeated their opponent, and Liverpool is still toping the premier league table which I know that Manchester city will soon take over from Liverpool before the end of the tournament and Tottenham will manage to end up in 4th position. But Arsenal has displayed some improvement in their last match to defeated Liverpool who is leading the premier league table, but there are some matches will determine who will win this title, I don't think Arsenal will win this title.

There are 14 games left, so 42 possible points to get, anything is possible, but i think manchester city will win the championship again. After that Pep Guardiola maybe leave, he has said that several times, it could be his last championship. Haaland is back and you noticed it immediately, scored 2 goals. Now 16 goals in 18 games and the top scorer in the league. Liverpool are first in the league but they have played one more game. Today arsenal play west ham united and if they win they will have 52 points just like city.

As much as he's had a staggering performance with Manchester United this season,  Erik Ten Hag should not be sacked. I believe this is also a coach that Sir Alex Fergurson would back. If he is backed correctly,  he would be the name to take Manchester United back to glory days.  If you can do a better job than Erik Ten Hag,  you can take your documents to apply for the job.

Aston Villa lost to Chelsea and people think they'll win Manchester United?
Manchester United seeing that chemistry in midfield is something that makes me happy. Its lovely to watch Kobbie besides Casemiro ad he gradually matures into a top player.  It's a Manchester United win obviously don't be moved by the bookmakers.

Aston Villa's performances are so erratic at the moment, it's tough to predict how this game against Manchester United could end as Manchester plays inconsistently, too. However, United hasn't lost any of the last three games and this game is of significant importance to them if they want to stay close to the top five and keep their hopes alive to qualify for the Europa League at least. I would not talk about the Champions League qualification as I think that is highly unrealistic, but if they can win this game against Aston Villa, then there is at least a small chance for them to make it to the fifth position by the end of the season.

Tottenham has been quite consistent recently and they will have Son back when he is recovered from the Asia Cup and in his best form again.

I also agree and think the same.There is no real room for error for Arsenal during this game otherwise it is really good bye title fight now,they had one direct match against Liverpool which they won but now they don't have again another game like that so for me today is like their final chance to continue to follow the leaders step by step as both Liverpool and Manchester City won their games.

West Ham is a very volatile team so for sure Arsenal should not take this game easily or they risk a fatality here,as a lost game in here would mean their end to the title fight,5 points would be a lot to recover against two strong teams.

although everton has just been able to draw totenham hotspur. but manchester city is very different. manchester city is a stronger team. and manchester city is still in the championship race so the orientation is pragmatic to win and points. and everton is a weak team and has to do an away match at manchester city's home.

We really can't equate Tottenham and Manchester City. Tottenham are doing well but they are not title contenders. They have also been inconsistent this season. City is far superior to Tottenham in various aspects. City are also motivated to win the title this season so of course they will go all out to win that match. Because if they draw then they will collect 50 points and that is still 1 point behind Liverpool. A win would ensure them a place in first place.

Tottenham and Manchester City are in different leagues in terms of form and title chances. City has a great lineup and has regularly demonstrated they're a top contender due to their squad depth and on-field ability. Like comparing a fast sports vehicle to a solid sedan ;both good, but built for different races

Tottenham, though. While they've showed some brilliance this season, their inconsistency and defensive flaws are concerning. Kind of like missing puzzle pieces. I think a top-four finish is more achievable for them. Every match for City brings them closer to the crown. They play to dominate, not simply win

If Tottenham can achieve a top finish this season that's will be a big win for them. Ange Postcogloue is trying to implement his ideology into this Tottenham team and gradually they are showing good sign of improvement. They lost Harry Kean this season who has always been they goal scoring machine. Son left for the Asian cup and Madison spent some time injured. This contributed to their slump in form. When the season started I never really believed that Tottenham will be this good and at this position in the league after losing Harry Kean.

The issue with Manchester United is that there performance is very unpredictable especially meeting a small club that they have the quality of wining because I have watched so many of there matches this season and they have lose to so many smaller clubs they are not supposed to, so actually in as much as it seems that there chances of wining this match is high but I'm still a bit skeptical because of most of there previous performance and considering the position of Aston Villa on the premier League table you will no that they also have a good performance and quality players as Manchester United so perhaps considering on there both position on the league table is obvious that the match will be a challenging one for the both teams, however Manchester United really need the wining for them to secure more better position on the premier League table.

But the truth is that the formula will barely hold true. How about Aston Villa > Manchester City > Manchester United ==> Aston Villa > Manchester United. Does that count as per your theory?

It really doesn't work like that as all of those teams you mentioned above are unpredictable. Chelsea is so wildly performing that you never know whether they will beat a top four team or lose against a team from the relegation zone. It's all possible. I remember before the turn of the year they were playing crab and then they beat Tottenham away from home 1-4 and then tied the game against Manchester City 4-4 only to then lose against Newcastle 4-1. I don't know what's going on there, but Aston Villa is the same now. And Manchester United is again the same.

it is very much possible because Arsenal doesn't look like a serious club if not for the poor self how would a club like West Ham be winning them that is why I don't count them among does that can win the premier league because they don't have that kind of players to be able to carry that out, and the only person that have both the players, and the experience and everything is manchester city just yesterday haaland scored two goals for us and we just have too many excellent players talk of de Bruyne, Foden and other which other club can boost of having a squad like the city. even if arsenal should win and reclaim there trophy as you said arsenal will still not win if it is arsenal that i know, we should give it too does that deserve it. and the game has started let us see if Arsenal will collect the credit.

Having son is helping the club a lot. Totenham might not make it to get three points without the help from son at the end of game. he has been able helping the club to get another point when the game is only having a few seconds left before the referee was stopping it. This is also helping the club so much. Totenham is still only having the defenders as the main problem caused by these defenders is sometimes doing blunde. Totenham needs to improve its attacking line. Im not saying it was bad but so many times totenham were missing golden opportunity to score against brighton.

It was amazing for totenham to score another goal at the end of game. It's also destroying the mentality from brighton which was almost stealing 1 point from totenham. The blunder from the defenders coz he was going upfront is giving totenham advantage to win the game.

I can't really sure about what you were saying above. In my opinion that if manchester united has not yet made significant improvement. Westham is just playing so badly in the previous game. Manchester united is still having very good attacking lines and this is the main reason can keep still to win any game.
The problem faced by chelsea is much more complex caused by it has problems with all of lines. Im also thinking that if it's still possible for manchester united to bottling the upcoming gme against aston villa. Villa is much more structured even though it was losing against chelsea in the last game.

Manchester united needs to strengthen the defensive line. Im only seeing that if this is the biggest problem owned by united. Onana can still perform good enough sometimes but this si also rarely to happen. I do support that manchester united to get new players to join in the squad soon.
I was expecting at least a new goal keeper to come in summer cuased by the performance from onana was also very disappointed right now. Onana is a bad player. Im only wondering some people who called him good enough.

In the last English Premier League game that Arsenal played last year, they lost to West Ham in their own home ground the Emirates stadium and that's why a lot of people are of the opinion that they stand a good chance to win this afternoon as they host the Gunners but that I don't think is gonna happen because Arsenal have been very impressive in the last four league games they've played.

Who would have thought that Arsenal would be this fierce and they didn't show any mercy to West Ham. I think Mikel Arteta's troops are still full of enthusiasm to return to the EPL title competition this season and if they can close out today's victory with 3 points then Arsenal will have the same 52 points as Manchester City. Of course, in the second half, Arsenal must maintain this advantage and they must not survive and must dominate the match more to avoid conceding unwanted goals.

Arsenal's victory today is due to their ability to demonstrate to West Ham that they are not inherently stronger than Arsenal, only that Arsenal's performance against them in their previous meeting was subpar. For this reason, many people think they will defeat Arsenal in today's game. To be honest, the way Arsenal played in the first half makes me really proud of them tonight. Because of how West Ham played them in their most recent game, Arsenal is unable to control this goal, which makes their performance strong. Arsenal worked really hard and scored four goals to dominate the first half. Given how poorly West Ham is playing already, I believe they will put more goals in the second half.

Aston Villa vs Man United
The match will be at Villa Park.  Of course, at this time Aston Vila is above Man United. There is quite a lot of their points difference. 8 points of distance is quite wide. As much as I want Villa to win, I think United could surprise, especially if they score first. The mental game is crucial, and surrendering first may scare United or inspire a comeback. These games really test a team's resilience. I'm on the fence, expecting a close game with any team capable of winning, three points. Hope it's a decent game for neutrals like us, right?
