Totally agreed with your opinion. People were always overhyping this club in any season and this has been going on for so many years but arsenal was always unable in winning EPL trophy. It looks so crazy to think that how people can still stand on their opinions for so many years while manchester city was consistently winning EPL trophy. Even city was making EPL becomes another farmier league like  bundesliga. This proves that if manchester city much more capable to won the competition without even getting talked by a lot of people.
I do believe that EPL lovers were also watching how consistent city in winning the competition in any year. No improvement for arsenal and it's still the same to bottling the EPL again. This is why people weer always disappointed at the end of season caused by their expectation was way higher than what can be achieved by arsenal.
