It doesn't seem like a surprising result anymore about the Chelsea v Manchester City draw because after all, even though this season Chelsea did not have a good performance but the fact is that Chelsea managed to hold Manchester City to a draw in two matches this season. Honestly it would be a miracle if Man Utd displace Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa from the fourth and fifth positions this is due to the team inconsistency in their performance though it's seem the team has woke up and had improved having won four consecutive matches now, however can the team sustain their recent winning mentality? They would play Fulham and Nothingham Forest in FA cup thereafter play Man City at the Etihad stadium if they can get a positive result from these matches then the team would definitely vie  for top 4, as the league gradually winding up matches would become very competitive because every team would up their game.

Tonight Manchester City will host the Bees at the Etihad Stadium and it will level the number of games being played with the other 3 clubs in the top 4, at least the outstanding will be gone for good without adding pressure on the other 2 clubs (Liverpool and Arsenal). With a win tonight it only be 1pt clear from topping Liverpool and from what I'm seeing Liverpool are not in a very sharp state with the number of injuries they have in their 1st eleven, I believe they'd be hoping for Brentford to do them a favor to at least get City off their back.
Brentford almost got something in the game against Liverpool and if all chances was coverted I believe the Bees would have drew the game because their spirit was high in that encounter but visiting the Etihad Stadium is never going to be easy after the Citizens drew against the Blues. I don't see the host taking any chances and they (City) will make life a living hell for the visitors.
Pep Guardiola's boys haven't found their sharpness in them since the return of Haaland, we haven't seen that player who's hungry for goals but instead we're getting a player who only run round the pitch and waiting for the right moment to shot the ball off target.
Things haven't been going well for the big man and I think it would be better to let him enjoy the bench for a while because I feel this game isn't going to be about him and we'll see much of the Bees causing much damage, it would be a tight game tonight.
