Manchester City are currently finding it difficult to break Brentford's defense, Brentford's defense is just too tight, but Manchester City is not a club that any club is supposed to be playing a defensive game with when they are not winning yet. Manchester City have a dangerous striker, which they will end up finding their way to break their opponents  defense. We are just in the first half of the match, but am sure Manchester City will do everything possible to win the match.

But I still believe that Man City will win this time. They can't possibly waste any more chances to just draw. Unless there is something wrong with them.

City failing to win last week definitely caused a lot of trouble and they will get a win easily here because they will want it more. Sometimes the worst enemy of a good club could be complacency, they just realize how good they are and stop playing all that well and because of that they end up not getting wins all around.

I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be just focusing on how we could see City playing with 100% again. That Chelsea game made it possible for them to have a wake up call and because of that I honestly believe that they are going to be great again. This is why I believe that the best thing to do here would be betting on them to get a win, it would be quite possibly the only outcome.

Well I didn't expect a draw in the first half of play but it seems Brentford have also had their fair share of involvement and chances also in the game. But I think the second half should be the done deal for Manchester City or Brentford because as the game tempo stands the both team anyone can win the game and I expect Manchester city to win but you know football anything can happen.

The second half has started and I think the journey in the second half will be even more interesting because Manchester city is playing at home in this match so it will be quite a loss for them if they fail to get full points. Manchester has been looking for ways to penetrate Brentford but it is just not working out for them because Brentford is paling a defensive game against Manchester City and I was shocked by the kind of shot foden and akanji are landing on the goal post of Brentford isn't fear any club you are supposed to be scared of manchester city I don't want them to win so that it will be an added advantage to us arsenal fans and am already having a feeling that this game will end draw because Brentford is doing very well in defending and manchester city wants to win by all means, and this second half Brentford is already leaving there house and they also want to school.  and that is what we and Liverpool have been praying for the same thing because the moment they get to that first position it will be a problem for everybody, so we can only hope on brentford not allowing them to win this evening.  and brentford are attacking from the left wing and they might get lucky.

Now i have two thoughts in my head that i feel may have cause Manchester City to not score in the first half no matter how had they tried. First i say the Brentford goal keeper is doing a very good job. Look at all those saves, very astonishing. Not only that, the defenders are as well defending properly. During the 40th minute Manchester City almost had it but unluckily the ball was pulled out by the Brentfords defender.

Then the second fact is that, i feel Brentford may have learnt how Manchester City plays from their last match with Chelsea. So it is possible that they may have stolen that pattern to use it against Manchester City today. However, ill still stick to my prediction that Manchester will win in the second half and will lead with 2 goals.

It is great to see that Haaland is slowly getting back to his old form and he once again scored the can opener in this game and probably the winning goal. Haaland is still leaving out a few of his chances that he would usually convert into goals, but still he deserves to be on the pitch. It is too bad when injuries take him out. It would be sad to see this amazing player spent half of a season as a visitor in the stadium.

I am looking forward to March as that will be an amazing month for anyone who is following the Premier League. So many great games with Manchester City against United, Liverpool and Arsenal and the FA Cup and the Champions League of course. Those are the months that Guardiola loves.

It was a very fast counter-attack scheme and yes, Haaland scored. Brentford is too eager to get points in their away match, but if Manchester City can double their lead then Brentford will definitely not recover. I hope Manchester City's defenders don't make silly mistakes that give Brentford a chance even if it's a free kick, that's very dangerous.

The intensity of attacks needs to be increased without losing concentration on defense. Pep Guardiola must win this match so that the points gap with Liverpool becomes 1 point. Unfortunately, Haaland's second goal was disallowed because Kyle Walker was caught offside.

I am so worried that Man City couldn't score any goal again and would end draw in this match. But, after the first goal by Haaland, I am so excited again to watch it. And believe more that Man City will win the match. they are dominating all lines and they must score more goals again. Brentford shouldn't be the biggest obstacle for Man City to get the full 3 points here.

At least, Man City can return to take over the runner-up position again in the future if they can win this match. Their focus is quite divided, but it shouldn't be a big problem for them as long as they can be that optimal and that effective in their attacks, not wasting chances again and again.

In my opinion, there is a possibility of a draw. And Brentford's game was very good playing at home to Manchester City and Halland scored a goal in the 71st minute because the Brentford defender failed to guard Halland well, he slipped when he wanted to approach Halland which gave Halland the freedom to score a goal.
And according to existing facts, when Halland only faces the opponent's goalkeeper, there is a small chance of not being able to score a goal and a big chance of scoring a goal. And this match is an opportunity for Manchester City to continue competing at the top of the standings with Liverpool.

Maybe Manchester City were not so bad, Brentford defended very well and if not for the defender that fell, I do not think that Haaland would have scored the goal because he has not been looking sharp in these recent games. Brentford at least deserved a point from this game. It is a crucial win for Manchester City making the difference between the three top teams to just be a point. Ivan Tooney for Brentford is good player, although he is not very fast, he has a good technique of using his body and strength well against defenders to win balls. Manchester City now in second with more important games coming.
