even though initially Man United was ahead 1 score in the first match I wouldn't worry and that's what I expected because Man City has often used this strategy to see how much strength Man United has and will respond in the second half.

To be frank, Manchester united were lucky to even get a goal in that game, the goal scored by Rashford was more like a trial shot after all options has been exhausted. From start of the game United were clearly playing without tactics as though they were prepared ahead of the game, when playing against a team like Manchester City you have to be out to charge them, play with aggressive intensity and pressure as to destabilize them from having possession of the ball, but rather United cowered back into their shell mainly in the second half despite leading with a goal, while City took the initiative dominated both the midfield and United eighteen yard box forcing them to conceive 3 goals in 45mins which could have been more.

It was indeed a very telling match for Manchester United. United had one shot on goal in the whole game, though it ended with a Rashford goal, but the final statistics show us that City and United are from different divisions.
Without Heylund, McTominay, Mainu and Martinez Manchester United seems to be a team from the bottom of the standings and most importantly it is obvious that the rest of the players do not want to play, even if it is a crucial derby.

Now it seems that the resignation of Ten Hag will not change much, we need to kick out players like Marcial, Anthony, Rashford and other players who have long contracts and recruit players from the youth team who want to play.

I have to disagree, you're really underestimating Hojlund even though Manchester United isn't a strong team in this season. The last few matches, Manchester United weren't not lose in any single match when Hojlund is playing, so Manchester United might able to brought this match to draw instead of lose.
