Man United won, 2 penalty goals all came from Garnacho's efforts to bring the ball into the penalty box. Interestingly Garnacho did not take the two penalties. But it doesn't seem to be a problem, because Bruno and Rashford are used to taking penalties. Because Manchester City has managed to score first then yes, I think the match will still be won by Manchester City. Because indeed, Liverpool's problem is only about the number of key players who are still injured and therefore, Liverpool do not have enough resources to be able to beat Manchester City even though Liverpool are playing at home.
