Chelsea management made decisions too quickly, Todd Boehly should have given Pochettino more time to develop Chelsea as he hoped. Finishing in sixth place is not a bad achievement, he is trying to build a stronger Chelsea squad because competition in the Premier League is very competitive. Chelsea was sitted around the 8-9 position on the table not sure of participation in another league away from the premier league by next season but pochetino was able to get the team to their feet and they dis finished at the sixth position ahead of Manchester united who was ahead of them and did looked like their top rival in the league this season so I think he gave enough reason to show that he could improve if given time.

The Blues board doesn't hesitate to sack managers, they are always in for the very best results but there was vividly nothing to worry about because everything is absolutely under control. Chelsea are scouting for new young manager, atleast he will learned to apply technical skills towards his players. Chelsea picked up their good form at the end of the EPL season. Although this particular improvement didn't change anything because the owner, Todd Boehly was unsatisfied with the current position and performing stats of the club.

Everyone have target and winning was the ultimate priority for Mauricio Pochettino but he failed woefully. Why on earth would a club management want to remove a coach that has just built a solid team that in the last games of the Premier League produced the best of results and they are ready for next season to improve,this coach now knows the key to improve further this team and boom it comes this stupid decision,Chelsea the team of wonders  .

How many coaches have they sacked all together in the last two to three years? Lol. That club cracks me rib's up completely. Mauricio Pochetino right now have been linked with clubs like Manchester United and Bayern Munich immediately after his exit from the club.  They have sacked Frank Lampard, Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter and now  Mauricio Pochetino. They the management of Chelsea have them own reasons and we don't know what that might be. They must have had some levels of agreement with what he's to achieve and that if he fails to get that, he'll be sacked. At the beginning of his appointment, I can remember calling him a failed after thr loses he's had with Paris Saint Germans and also Tottenham Hotspur.

Roberto De Zebri has also been reported to be interested in the Manchester United Job. I believe in my heart that there's no other perfect name for that club other than Erik Ten Hag. Did you see how Bayern Leverkusen good former never worried Atalanta today? It's same way Manchester will do against Manchester City.

Felt really bad after getting the shocking news of Pochettino leaving Chelsea football club after a very busy season he had, both players and fans maybe some fans won't be happy for this decision made by the board. I think coaching Chelsea has been one of the challenging jobs since he started coaching, they would have left him to at least take care till the end of next season and I believe he'd do better than he did this past season.
 Who's going to fill in the missing gap, taking over the managerial position of the club? Is best to bring some one who has the experience to take the job because if they do the club would find it hard to adapt, is like starting all over again which is not good for a team that have pass through hell. This time the owner should be careful in decisions he makes if not he might be kill the club.

Well, Chelsea is a very big club, we have to wait and see how things go, maybe the president will say that this club has so much potential, with such good players that the only one who could be failing is its coach, a change is a must. Not a Chelsea fan but this is a disastrous decision taken by them. The Chelsea team this season would definitely struggle under any manager, the team was filled with many raw talent coming into the premier league for the first time, a league that even the best players usually find themselves not able to perform at a higher level in their first season. Pochettino did well considering the availability at his disposal to me, he was trying to build a team and yet got struck multiple times by injuries to mostly his consistent players, towards the end of the season we all saw how a fully fit Chelsea team can cause havoc.

People say he doesn’t win tittles even in his days at Tottenham and I said how many finals did Juergen Klopp had lose before been at where he is today. What baffled me was that Chelsea were already aware with the lack of quality coaches on the market but yet they had to part ways with this man. I don’t see the future but he is certainly better than the coaches they are currently linked with.

Manchester United are on the verge of making such mistake too by allowing Ten Hag leave with not so many high profile coaches around. Yes both have had a similar bad season but I will definitely give them time. Arteta has now competed twice in row for the Premier League title after finish 8 on his first two seasons which shows that patience is a virtue sometimes

That's what makes me wonder, why management made a very blundering decision where they fired Pochettino even though his performance this season was certainly quite good. Pochettino succeeded in making Chelsea finish in a better ranking compared to last season. Yes, all those hopes seem unreal, but what can it do for Chelsea management to always make a scene in their every decision.

We'll see who the next coach will be appointed as Chelsea coach, can he continue the good trend set by Pochettino next season. Sometimes a coach performance is not appreciated at all, as has been experienced by Pochettino this season. Currently I hear 5-6 main candidates to take over Chelsea as coach but I'm not too familiar with these names, do you think Xabi Alonso will come to Chelsea? he is a coach who is included in the ranks of top coaches this year and the Premier League is a suitable challenge for him. I don't know who else could best fit in to pochettinos space as he leaves Chelsea, he was already at the verg of redemption for Chelsea moving them from the struggling State to a progressive State but then it appears be isn't moving quick enough for the Chelsea management and so they dimmed it for to relieve him of his job which I hope it doesn't get to be detrimental to them as I doubt if there's actually a perfect replacement for him at the moment.

A few have been say they feel pochettino isn't showing a winning mentality which is what they desire for the progress of the team but then a careful look at his performance this season and you will agree with me that he's done so well for a coach who's trying to get a team back on their feet and is more like one at the building stage of the team but they aren't seeing it in that light, he managed t get a very productive results in all his encounter with all the top 6 teams in England and this was why he has been able to finish at top six and not nine or eight.

Even if Chelsea get a new coach I doubt he will be able to take them to glory next season such that they will be able to lift a trophy, they would have had better chance with pochetitino but they don't seem patient enough with the stage he has gotten to so they would want to get a machinery who's probably faster with the building stage to getting results and probably impressing them well enough.

As it is I don't think the new manager has what it takes to make Liverpool contenders for the EPL title and they can't be as brutal as they were when Klopp was the manager.

I hope so but many fans will boo him if chelsea will be back again to the below 10th positions under a new coach. It's not yet clear which coach that is gonna be chosen by the club. It's kinda stupid if chelsea will pick ipswitch coach. I can't even imagine how garbage chelsea is next season if todd boehly will recruit a garbage coach to handle the club.

Look at the potential names listed by sky news above. Mostly of them are coming from the garbage club. I don't know what's gonna happening with chelsea if club is trying to recruit one of them as a successor for pochettino.

Overall, long holiday will start or break for the change of season and of course the matches that are available are just test matches or can be said to be friendly matches, there is nothing interesting and we may very rarely be able to watch our favorite teams play with great excitement.
But the transfer window will open and we can follow the development of each team to prepare all the line-ups which may have many changes due to players who may be sold or brought in, this is one of the most interesting things when the season break arrives.

I don't know why Chelsea management don't use to exercise patience with their coach, to know if the coach will going to improve or not before taking such action to sack the coach, the coach they sacked before bringing this new coach to handle the team this season, he is doing well in Bayern Munich and he has made the team to reach semi final in the champion league competition.If Chelsea management sack this new coach, I think it will going to affect the team next season, because the coach that will going to take over from this coach, he will like to change so many things  that will make the players not to understand themselves like the way they understood themselves in this few matches. He is a bloody business man who has no concrete knowledge of football, he should stick to his strength and allow those who knows how to do this footballing affairs with Chelsea do it. He should maintain his place a s a CEO and all that should be done is only to view the club from above and monitor how they move positively and negatively. Even though Klopp will no longer coach Liverpool next season, Liverpool's performance will certainly remain good. But the problem is, Liverpool's performance will definitely not be as good as when Klopp was still there. So it seems that the assumption you convey is correct, bro. The possibility of Chelsea exploring next season is intact and 100%. Watching their performance was stellar and with the likes of outstanding players, relating to Cole Palmer, equipped with special abilities to enchanced games.
