I also share the same sentiment as you bro, because as it stance, the  only team among the big  six in England that I can confidently beat my chest and say that in the next seven to eight seasons they can't win the English premier league is Tottenham Hotspur, because when it comes to winning something, their mentality is very poor, the only time they went close to win something is during the days of Mauricio pochettino, that they went to the UEFA champions league finals and lost to Liverpool, and before then, they have already lost an opportunity to win the title the season before to Leicester city, so for Tottenham Hotspur to be able to challenge again, they really need to rebuild their team, because this crop of players in the team, wouldn't take them anywhere due to poor quality in the team presently.
