The last 2 seasons Arsenal have no changes and for me nothing is better.
Arteta can actually give a special title for Arsenal but his ambition is too high to continue to pursue the EPL title and also several other titles such as the Champions League and the FA Cup.
While Arteta does not have much experience and players who may still not be ready to face all of these challenges.

Not that it is bad but as long as Arteta is able to maintain this consistent, Arsenal will certainly increase their performance and can win the title they want.
Most importantly the club continues to provide an opportunity for the coach.

If I were Stan Kroenke, I would fire Arteta now.

Arsenal is top 3 team in terms of highest market valuation and Arteta joined Arsenal since 2019, after 5 years and managing the top 3 richest team, but he can't bring the team to win either Premier League or Champions League.

It's enough for Kroenke to trust Arteta, he need to find better coach instead of having a coach that only bring the team to finish as a runner up.

If you consider just the last two seasons then clearly Arsenal have improved. Because at least, in the previous season Arsenal experienced a decline in performance towards the end of the season but last season, Arsenal were able to be consistent until the end of the season. Where were the stronger clubs when they were getting to that spot? I'd agree with you that they are being quiet with their transfer plans because they've added to their squad the likes of Ross Barkley, Enzo Barranechea, Ian Maatsen, Amadou Onana amongst others. Even though they sold off Douglas Luiz and Diaby is making a move to the Saudi pro league, I feel the squad at Aston Villa will be strong nonetheless.

Well, I think you've nailed it, as you've said all that should be said. As long as they are not like a certain club in Spain that knows how to keep a good team for years, I think arsenal and also their fans needs to keep trusting the process. The current players we see now are all different from what wenger and emery used as far as I remember. Arteta made some good signings, had to send some on loan so they could get the experience, while others became top players under him. Players like magalhaes, Saliba, saka, Ødegaard, etc were not playing at this top level when they arrived. But with time, they were able to make improvements. I can't mention top 10 best CB in the premier league without mentioning saliba and magalhaes. You can't also mention top 10 creative midfielders in the league without mentioning Ødegaard. Sadly to say, Arsenal played better than United last season, but united won a major title (fa cup). So I think mikel needs to know the players he is working with, and the players who will be giving their all for every single competition. Premier League isn't the only title to be won. There are other domestic cups they should try to compete for.
