Actually i still didn't understand why Ten Hag still insist to make Bruno Fernandes as the striker because he is not good on that position and when the match against Fulham it showing Bruno looks didn't comfortable to playing as the striker and i thought in this match Ten Hag will find other solution with placed again Bruno on attacking midfielder because honestly Bruno is very good when placed on that position and i thought Ten Hag will be played Garnacho or Zirkzee for the striker yesterday

Yea, this have been the major problem of Manchester united, and at first, I initially thought that they have have fixed it, but they have not,  the problem I am talking about is their defense, they are too light at the back, and they concede too many chances, and sincerely speaking, any team that really want to compete in football in this 21 century must possess a good defense, but due to how porous Manchester united defense is, I don't see them winning anything tangible this season, unless their is a major improvement from them as the season goes by.
Lastly, I believe that the few new faces that arrived at Manchester united defense would have improved the team better than what I saw yesterday, but I was quite disappointed with their overall performance at the back, because they concede too many chances, and if Brighton was that clinical in front of goal, they would have scored more than two goals just as you rightfully said.

I have no idea what kind of team Manchester United is right now, but it seems like the defense forgot what they were doing at the back, they seemed to be focused only on Simon Adingra, forgetting that there are other players in the back, Manchester United's defense is still not as strong as it was last season, they were unable to defend throughout the match, and nobody in the squad played well, unless Amad Diallo, who scored goal yesterday, we cannot hold Onana responsible for their loss because despite the defense being there, they were unable to stop their opponents from scoring goals.

Ten Hag has always bothered me because I don't understand why he started the game with Mount and Rashford instead of Garnacho, Rashford hasn't been as good as he once was. This condition did not surprise me. Brighton is a good team, I think Man United is not at the best level of the game. Ten Hag's decision to replace Bruno Fernandes with Scott McTominay and Maguire in the 79th minute was not right. I think if Ten Hag wants to get 1 point, De Light comes in and Bruno goes out. So they will have 3 central defenders and I think it can strengthen Man United's defense. Even Rashfor should have been replaced, he didn't have a good role at that time.

Ten Hang seems happy scoring one goal not realizing that one goal doesn't always win games and it's not even safe week in week out. Zirkzee deserved a start in United games after scoring in their last match. You can not play premier league matches without a natural striker on the pitch and Rashford is too lazy in the front to relied on.

Garnacho as well is one of the brightest player in their squad who deserves a start too but Ten Hang probably doesn't like him. Imagine substituting Mount and leave Rashford in the game who contributed absolutely nothing to the game. I don't think Manchester united is ready for the improvement we all were clamoring for from the attitude of the couch in the last two games played.

No one is surprised by United's defeat, but still, before the game, the chances were about equal and United were a slight favorite. It was something like 35% - 28% - 37%, a very small advantage for United and, in fact, a random game.
