It's good for Arsenal to start the season with a win. The harmony between Saka and Havertz is very good. Raya made a very important save when the score was 1-0. Arsenal finished the match with a clean sheet. There are positives against Wolves, we will see what will happen against stronger opponents. There is a more difficult match next week, against Aston Villa. Liverpool and Manchester City also started with win. The competition will be exciting again.

Arsenal's performance in the last few seasons has been quite stable, but unfortunately they always fail when the season is almost over. It's kind of funny you know when everyone expect Chelsea to win Manchester City, not like Guardiola has been changed as the head of Manchester City coach, not like the squad were reshuffled or some players were sold and they think Chelsea is going to perform a miracle or some kind of magic when everyone are fighting already for top of the league, maybe not today but Chelsea doesn't has what it takes to win the league or perhaps I'm the one not yet convinced about them.

There is going to be another run up again like last season. Manchester City mean business and they are not yielding to any motivation to Chelsea and they don't want to allow them win the Premier League but I'm skeptical if there is any serious team in Premier League that can put Manchester City to their place. I mean that team Manchester City will be afraid to face anytime they have a match because there is none right now.

I can't stop laughing at this Super Sunday game between ChelseavsMan City, like what in God's name is Jackson doing on that pitch? Is it not better for Chelsea to play with 10 men than having him (Jackson) running and making a mess of himself, even if the ball was an offside call he can't convert it, is a shame. Honestly the guy is not fit to be the striker of Chelsea and it pains me that Enzo Maresca knows all these things but always have him start this particular game. What happened to Broja? Bring him back to the senior team. At least he can do better than this runner Jackson.

I don't agree with all you have said because Jackson is not as bad as you are presenting him to be. If there are people who have made attempt from the Chelsea side, he should be at the top of that. If he were that bad, the coach would have removed him but he is still very much in the game and other players are changed and not him. I think you are being biased about him maybe you are judging from previous performance and definitely not today's match.

I don't need you to agree with me about Jackson, you can as well watch the replay again and maybe you can see what I was talking about. Help me answer this question, if you remove Jackson does Chelsea have anybody you can say he's good to play that number 9 position or replace Jackson? Chelsea doesn't have any player to even cover that position, to me he's just there to fill in the space. Jackson is not a striker that can help Chelsea get goals so you can't say I'm being biased on this player, I believe you're a fan of the Blues but take a look at how awful he was on the field of play. Last season he only scored goals but aside from that he's a waste of fund, this season Chelsea will suffer to get goals if the rely on the Jackson.

If you are following the second half, you will realize that Chelsea is mounting more pressure than they did in the first half. Check attempts and see how well they are doing and from the 60th minute, the ball have been on the Man City side.

What pressure? They pressured Man City and they couldn't get a goal. I can't imagine how impressed you were with the performance of Chelsea but what's wrong if Enzo Maresca brings in some of those guys who he thinks did well in the friendly games they played like Madueke, Mudryk and the others, why didn't he bring them in this game? Of course, Chelsea's excellent performance at Manchester City was good, but their loss was normal. Because we know Manchester City is one of the toughest and strongest team who are most successful now. And the game Chelsea saw against them was good but they will surely look for better performance in the next matches. Of course, we can assume that the Chelsea team will play well in the next matches, although they did not play very well against Manchester City.
However, Manchester City won this match and they are in the fourth position of the points table with three points, but they will play better in the next matches to stay at the top.

Chelsea started the season in a bad way. They were very active in the transfer window but strangely they made no effort to sign a classy striker. Their attack was actually quite good, but that wasn't matched by a neat finishing touch. If they only rely on Nicolas Jackson then it will cause their front line to become bogged down. Last season they were really lucky to have Cole Palmer but it seems like many people are wary of him this season, so I think it will no longer be easy for Cole Palmer to move and score goals.

I was shocked to see Enzo Fernández wearing the captain’s armband for Chelsea after his racist chanting in the Copa América. Despite the supposed “show of support” the club and his teammates have given him, Enzo gave a terrible performance today. This was his chance to prove his worth in the team and he flopped badly. Overall Chelsea was playing like it was a preseason game. This is not the performance I expect from a club that has spent loads of money signing new players.

Chelsea couldn’t win or draw today's match, but they tried their best in the match. I never expected such a performance in the match. Chelsea gave Manchester City a difficult moment in the match. They had opportunities, but we all know the kind of strikers Chelsea have, they wasted them all. Jackson had some pretty opportunities in the match, but all were wasted. If Chelsea played against a weaker club today, I am sure they would have won the match, but unfortunately they lost to Manchester City.
 
Chelsea coach is still trying to test some players, he’s trying to discover a appropriate player for each position. I noticed he made so many substitutions in today's match, but let’s see how Chelsea are going to perform in the subsequent matches that they are going to play.

Arsenal managed to defeat Wolverhampton at home with 2 goals. 2 players had a goal and an assist in the match. For the first goal, Saka assisted and Havertz scored. The second goal was the opposite scenario.
Brighton, on the other hand, managed to win 3-0 away to Everton. Everton have a general problem that they still haven't solved. Brighton are picking up where they left off. They will probably buy Ferdi from Fenerbahce.

Chelsea's defeat to Manchester City can basically be considered normal, but Chelsea should not have let Manchester City win with a clean sheet. There were several wasted opportunities throughout the match, players failed to maximize them. The referee disallowed Nicolas Jackson's goal because he was in an offside position, he was still unlucky.

In the next match, I think Chelsea must win 3 points. They have to work hard to win and that is mandatory, but if they lose or draw, then of course they will be even further behind. Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool will make won each match, so Chelsea needs to maintain a points gap with all the teams above so that the gap doesn't get bigger.

Chelsea will always do their best but this season will make a difference so they should keep improving those who were expecting Manchester City to lose against Manchester City and those who gave Chelsea a straight win would have lost their ticket, I can not even imagine my self giving Chelsea straight win when I know that  Chelsea is not stable betting on them now is very risky, this is the period you make your choice of clubs you want to bet on. the fact that Chelsea was unable to score makes it more alarming hope Chelsea is prepared for this season because they have spent money and have even gotten a new coach, things might be new but they still have a lot of recovering to do and that is what they will do exactly because, everything needs to be intact for efficiency. for them to want to rush things they won't achieve anything.

Chelsea has made a lot of signings that even Enzo Maresca is complaining that he is having headache picking out of over 40 players. It is obvious Todd Boehly isn’t listening to the manager and has signed so much that I think they may have made some mistakes in their signings. In all their signings they could not sign a proper number 9. Truly Chelsea are the definition of bad financial decisions. Sacking Pochettino was another mistake. Bringing a new manager with a different philosophy and tactics will only upset the team and cause them to struggle even more

Nottingham Forest, on the other hand, held on to the league last year, but this season their relegation potential will not be as high as before. I can say that with Nunu espirito santo they will climb up the table. In the first game of the league, despite playing well, they couldn't win, but they will give their opponents a hard time in the coming weeks.

Even with 10 men, you can be rest assured they wouldn’t lose against Southampton, a win however would have been difficult but, they managed to seal it in this one anyway. Chelsea has not yet ascertained the level they are supposed to be, can't tell they performed too bad neither did they play badly just alone there are more rooms open for improvement, team spirit improvement and per player. Much was really expected from Enzo, but then he failed to deliver, falling too much and unable to handle opportunity passes in the opponent box which should have been converted to goals. Mancity continues to prove what it takes to hold the Premier league title for four consecutive seasons, they had the points at last but clearly it wasn't an easy victory.

If I count correctly then Jackson missed three golden chance, one was an off-side trap, he was careless to stay alert. Imagine someone else in his position with the same opportunity. Chelsea could at least draw the match. It turns out after the 2nd goal Chelsea lost all their enthusiasm to score. City started as they were suppose to start.

Nothing different from Jackson of last season and this season, first game of the season yes but still this guy hasn't improved in any way, those chances be it offside or not as a striker convert it first and wait for VAR or the ref to make his call but he just played the ball with no form of seriousness. Back then when Chelsea had Didier Drogba, you can see the seriousness in him off or not he must make sure he finds the ball in the back of the net but now we have clowns at Chelsea making the effort of the midfielders go in vain, I'm just angry when I saw those opportunities being wasted by Jackson.

Arsenal managed to get 3 points when they faced Wolves and I even predicted that Arsenal could score more goals in this match because they played quite well and were also able to make lots of attacks. Of course, looking at Arsenal's performance in this match, I am quite sure that they are very favorites to become champions this season. Saka played quite well where he managed to record 5 shots and one assist and scored one goal. He was an important part of Arsenal's victory in their first match this season.

So, looking at their rivals, Manchester City also managed to win at Chelsea's home ground. Haaland is still a frightening specter for the Chelsea defense because he played quite well and managed to immerse the enthusiasm of the Chelsea players in this match. Chelsea are still having difficulty showing their good game even though they are playing at home but they are not playing very well.

Arsenal usually start the season well and in high spirit but along the line, they become overwhelmed. Last season was their golden opportunity to lift the EPL trophy but we saw how they allowed Man City came from behind to snatch it from them. Therefore, I'm not raising my expectations this season even though it is exciting seeing the beautiful performance they showcased yesterday. I will only wish things are different for them this season because they have really tried to remain in top 4 almost every season yet no major trophy.
