Chelsea did their best, Manchester City is one the biggest and toughest club in England premier League that is always very hard to crack, the both teams performance was nice though Manchester City is the team of the match irrespective of their 2 goes to zero against Chelsea, they played massively well and will do even better in their subsequent matches, Chelsea tried and conceived only two goals probably because it is their home, and I wonder what will happen when they are going to play in Manchester City home, thou we can conclude yet until then.

Chelsea indeed fought very well in that match. In fact, I think their performance is not that bad. Losing by 2 goals without reply by Man City is normal considering that Man City has been the strongest club in the Premier League in the last few seasons. Meanwhile, Chelsea, which is full of young players, is just a club that is trying to get back on its feet. Because on the other hand, Chelsea is a club that has been in decline for several seasons. Chelsea just keeps on buying players who flops right after joining Chelsea. And moreover, they are selling one of their best performers from last season, Connor Gallagher. Mudryk, Nkunku and many more signings have just been disappointing. And now there have been talks about signing Osimhen. Honestly, I don't think signing more players would make any difference in this squad.

Chelsea is likely to struggle in many games this season, and I can’t afford to bet on them losing. I didn’t see any new patterns of play today in fact, the style they played today was disappointing and made little sense.

Well many in the new Chelsea management thought maybe they would change their game a lot but they didn't change their game that much. But if you were to bet Manchester City would definitely win, their style of play has improved and the carmaker continues to play a significant role. Of course manchester city have improved their game and they are trying hard enough to win the title again in premier league, but chelsea team played a very disappointing game, but i also think they need to improve their game or else they will lose the next matches.

Chelsea's main weakness is their management. The performance of Chelsea team is poor now because the management is not experienced enough. It is not possible for any coach to transform a team into a strong team very quickly. It is a long term and time consuming affair. But Chelsea management wants to improve very quickly. They are not interested in giving any coach more time. So if a coach doesn't perform as expected, they fire the coach and hire a new coach. If the new coach does not get the expected results, he is fired again. We have been seeing this for the last 3 years.

Pochettino should not be sacked by Chelsea management. Because he was able to make this group strong enough. If Pochettino had been the coach of Chelsea this season, we might have seen a stable performance from Chelsea.

I think they will suffer more dearly from Conor Gallagher, the Kovacic goal against Chelsea was really wonderful see how he walk his way past the midfield and defence with a shot which Sanchez couldn't stop, actually Sanchez us still unreliable to me.

Well said about the management. Chelsea still have a lot to improve this season if they want to compete better in the Premier League, because if they don't improve their way of playing in every game, it will be very worrying that they will have to fight not to be relegated this season. I thought Chelsea would at least give us a more interesting game and give Manchester City a tough one for their time but unfortunately the visitors beat them in their own home field. This is just the new season and Chelsea are with a new coach which he’s suppose to show how good he is in this first match while playing with a big team, it’ll increase his prestige in the eyes of other coaches and also the team’s management. I don’t know how Chelsea are going to farewell in other matches but I’ll have to wait to see how they play before one can start making more assumptions or conclusion on how the Chelsea team is going to be this season.

I am also disappointed by Chelsea that how they played against Manchester City. Their new coach had chance to show how good he is but they lost at home which is really bad for them and this is disappointing moment for fans too. This is problem because teams need to do well at home in Premier League. But here is one more thing that we should not judge them yet. New coach and team need time to work together and figure things out. Let's wait and see how they do in their next games before deciding how their season will go. And I hope they will do well in future.

This proves that Chelsea's effort to buy someone who has Pep's blueprint is not working well. The truth is that Pep is the one who can fully understand what he is doing. Well am not that surprised on how Chelsea have been in the past few yesterday now, they have practically fall from grace to a mid table team under the leadership of Todd boehly and co, and they are the brain behind it all, why Chelsea have now became a mid table team, it's really sad thinking that upon all this things going on, they are still attempting to sell their best performers last season in the persons of Conor Gallagher and Trevor cholaba.

Secondly, if you look at the attacking department in this team, it hasn't been addressed and they have left the goal scoring responsibilities on the wasteful Nicholas Jackson just as they did last year that cost them so much, we haven't talked about how Thiago Silva haven't been replaced since he left the club, they are now putting their hopes on an injury prone fofana and unproven colwill and badiashile which is a very terrible decisions to take, until all this pressing issues are address, I don't see Chelsea even qualifying to the UEFA champions league again in the next 7 seasons.
