Why should there fans be so happy just because they won against Southampton, they should be ashamed of themselves that their performance have dropped so low, Manchester United which we know to be competing with top clubs before are the one’s winning weak teams and they are happy, seriously that’s really a bad. Their next premier league match will be against crystal palace, let’s see how they are going to perform in the match, crystal palace performance have been so poor, they haven’t been able to win any match this season, let’s see how Manchester United are going to struggle to win them in the match.

We know Southampton is a promoted team that Manchester United should have won easily but the fact that it happened and it was really easy for him, it doesn't matter what matters is that fans are happy Erik Ten Hag will have no more pressure.

Over 70 minutes have been played at the Molineux stadium with Wolves still leading with a goal to nil. Newcastle were more impressive in the first half of the game than they've been since the start of second half. Wolves have had more chances of doubling their lead in the second half than their visitors have had to equalize. That being said, I think Eddie Howe's Newcastle has all it takes to come back into the game and get a at least a point from the game

At this point it's agreed that Wolves just need to go back to relegation. I can't understand how a team who had the lead since first half would succumb to pressure in the late minutes of the game; 75' and 80' and conceded two goals.
 If the scoreline ends like this of 1-2, this will be the second time in a row for Newcastle and honestly they deserve this three points because they didn't back down despite being a goal down.

If you can't imagine this then it seems you don't watch football that much because I believe this is something common especially when the team losing are very persistent and are keen on scoring, I have seen cases where teams even come back from three goals down and win the match even when the time of the match is remaining 30mins of play. So I don't blame wolves but they should just hold on tighter and try harder to overcome pressure.

This must be an important lesson for Liverpool where it was seen in yesterday's match that they were too rushed and too absorbed in attack so that they made a little gap for the defense when a quick counterattack was made.

This is definitely a pretty big blow at the start of the season because after all even if this one defeat will not have any impact on the standings because we are still very long for the end of the season and can still fix this in other matches but in the end this can also be more serious where their mentality is a little disturbed especially losing to an opponent that i don't think they expected.

Arne Slot needs to make some emphasis later so that situations like this do't happen again because after all, when the match is easy, it doesn't matter when they do something new but don't let this become a disadvantage for them at the end of the match just like what happened this week.

It was a disappointing defeat that all Liverpool players must have felt. They never believed with their eyes that Nottingham Forest would win them at Anfield since their last Europa League defeat to Nottingham Forest in 1969(55 years ago). As it's very is, Liverpool's unbeaten streak under Arne Slot has ended by Nottingham Forest, as it turns out to be things of the past for Liverpool. As Liverpool looks forward to their next upcoming away Champions League match against Milan. They can't dare to have another disappointing defeat again. Instead, a draw match will be a better result for them, if not win.

Liverpool's defeat was really  tragic for the team because no one expected it and that broke their unbeaten they were setting up. Coming from Nottingham Forest its quite unbelievable, and I believe  the game brought  about many gambler losing their bet. However I believe this is another reason to set our minds to always  accept  the worse from football, as there is no guarantee  that  even a team in good form would win the game. Their pre-odd was about 1.2 and yet it went sideways, a draw would have been preferable but let's hope this is not the beginning of their flop this season, because they are the favorite competitors of Manchester City this season with arsenal this season.

Tottenham Hotspur have every means to get an equalizer with the midfielders Arsenal had, Partey and Jorginho are not fast when tracking back and with the absence of Rice I was expecting Spurs to capitalize on that but they didn't. The second half was a bit tough, no Saka with the special skill even Martinelli was absent not until we saw Sterling and Jesus came in, they added a little force with the time remaining and the Arsenal midfield was going down without gaining control of the ball like they did in the first half and the attacking department of Spurs isn't something you use to play against Arsenal, Spurs need to do better than they did today. The Gunners have all 3pt but they need to do better when they did against a team that is completely not fit, that's a narrow win but a win is a win, let's see how Arteta manage his team in the next game against the champions Man City.

Arsenal's performance was not very good, but they got the three points that mattered and are now in second, just behind Manchester City pending their game next week. If Tottenham could not win Arsenal in the condition Arsenal are in, I doubt that they would be able to win them when they have every player fit and ready for selection by their coach. These kinds of games where Arsenal wins are the games where the hopes of the supporters are really kept high in expectation that this is the season.

That's the Rice effect, he wasn't there and no player can replicate all he has been doing to cover up those open spaces and upfront no player to give those killer passes like Martin Ødegaard and if you observed Saka wasn't much in the game, I think they were all trying to be careful not to let the Tottenham players to have that clear chance like a one on one situation and that's why they didn't play well like they (Arsenal) used to couple with the fact that the Champions League is by the corner. I wish Arsenal have a way of using their fans to intimidate opponent like Liverpool fans does when hosting any team at Anfield, it would have affected the Spurs players no matter where they (Arsenal Fans) are, home or away.
For me the table and teams that are in whatever position doesn't matter for now, this stage I see it as a test run for all clubs in the top 6, by the end of this month we're going to see who's going to take the position they are occupying serious, let's allow those Brighton and the other ones to enjoy their position till when the rightful owners are ready to take their spot.

I seem to have noticed something since the international break ended. It's concerning the number of yellow cards that has been given so far. The referee that officiated the arsenal game literally gave 7yellow cards in the first half of the game, breaking a record of the most yellow card in a first half game(as stated by the commentator). Anthony Taylor, yesterday, gave a total of 15 yellow cards, making it the most yellow card in a single game in the premier league. What's really going on?. Are these referees in a yellow card competition, or they are just being strict this season?. If we are to count the number of yellow cards for match week 5, we've got 63 so far, and we haven't played the entire 10 matches for the week.

I think some of the rules have been changed relating to officiating and has given way for referees to be a bit too strict with players. It is my opinion that “trigger happy refereeing” is affecting the flow of the game. I feel the referees are a bit too strict this season as we can see with the stats how many cards are being issued out in a single game. I know these rules are meant to mitigate the level of fouls and intentional bad tackles but they should also be applied with some level of leniency and common sense.

After many weeks of complaining about Ten Hag and his team, it seems they are getting better and better in Manchester United. Unlike the last season, so far Ten Hag had a good performance in Manchester United and won the game against Southampton recently. This game was not hard for them but I think one reason for Ten Hag to win this match was definitely their goalkeeper Onana, he saved the penalty kick, and because of that, they won the game.

This game should be one of the best games Manchester United have played under their coach as they played so well and wanted to win the game from the begining of the game. Onana penalty save was when I knew that Manchester United aren't going to go home empty handed from the game. Onana also had one of his best games for United. I didn't see any thing to complain about and I enjoyed Manchester United game for the first time in a very long time. The last goal from Garnacho after he got substituted in after there were rumours that the coach is angry with him for liking a post criticizing him, I was happy seeing him play and hopefully there's no problem between the two individuals.

I have to give huge credit to the team, this is that level performance any fan would want to see their team playing. Not only winning games on comfortable days but also striving to win even on those tough days. That’s what Arsenal showed today. Though it was a very difficult game without Declan and Odegaard but the team showed good spirit throughout. Spurs pushed hard and a couple of times they came close to scoring but the defense was superb and held on until Arsenal took the lead and secured the win today.

Nobody knows with their wild performance fluctuation and with uncertain choices of Ten Hag in tactics and players for his squad. This big win is good for Manchester United in result and helpful for them to get rid of negative sentiment at least temporarily, but there is a minus point with an injury of De Ligt.

Manchester United is not a team that when they win a match or two you’ll begin to give big hope on, they need to remain consistent for them to be trusted in the future as the league is going. They did well against Southampton but don’t be surprised that they’ll not do as much as they did in this match and will lose the next match. The fans have already gotten use to them so, with every small win they get, they tend to jubilate as though they won a trophy. All they need to do now is to be consistent in the games which will give them an edge over other teams in the league when they start now.

In another match just ended, Arsenal won against Tottenham in a London derby match. It's a difficult match for Arsenal but finally they got a maximum point from Tottenham and went through a big test with good result to continue a tight race with Manchester City.

I was so impressed by Arsenal’s performance today, they had a lot of big name injury players but they were still able to win the match despite all the obstacles against them. The header from Gabriel was superb and there was no way their goalkeeper could stop the pressure the ball came with before entering the goal net. Arsenal are very much aware of what is ahead of them, I just hope they don’t fumble in the end like they always do towards the end of the season.
