He is not a bad coach quite alright because he was able to manage Ajax well and got an interest from top teams but he is not capable of transforming Manchester United to glory days. He is very poor in managing players and i think leaving United is the only best option for him. The truth is that there's nothing you can do at the moment to stop the backlash your club is receiving as the only solution to it is your club improving their performance which o think is very unlikely under the current manager Erik ten Hag.
