Yup, here is what they say:
"First and foremost, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the website downtime that we have experienced for roughly the past 12 hours. Due to a hardware failure in our data centre, our website was temporarily offline. During this time, arbitrage trading continued as per usual, however users were not able to access their accounts. We have pinpointed the point of failure, and have taken steps to ensure that it does not happen again."
lol I just posted and I asked them probably some of the same question's I am sure you did. My biggest question is why they don't have any kind of a marketing guy on any forum keeping people in the loop. I mean of they are legit they have a great service that can make alot of money, so you would think they would be trying harder to get people to join. On the other hand if they were going to pull a runner why not do it during this downtime? It's like they are just kinda sorta trying to run a business but not really.....lol

Yes, I think this adds a bit more to their credibility. If they wanted to run, this was an excellent opportunity. However, the website is back online and business seems as usual.

April 17, 2014 trading update:
BTC-arbs: +0.6%
Bitcoin trader: +1.18%
The price gap between 2 major BTC exchanges is HUGE today, almost $20 per BTC or close to 4%. This should brings us a really good arbitrage result. Does anyone have any idea why is this price gap so wide?

I am thinking of investing in Bitcoin-Trader. I kinda like their website.
I wanna ask whether I can withdraw all of my initial deposit (& earnings at anytime).

btc trader is 120 days. btc arbs can be withdrawn at any time........ I asked for a withdraw yesterday evening from btc arbs and I am still waiting for it to show up today. I also sent them this support ticket and this is what they had to say From administrator Sent on April 18th 2014 Please read our daily update. ---------------------------------- gentso1 on 17/04/2014 18:51:55 Hi, I have been having problems with your site being down here of late could you please let me know whats going on? I have been VERY happy with your service so far but as I am sure you are aware there is a lot of questions about the legitimacy of your site. My personal experiences have been great thus far (other then site being down. Do you guys have a forum presence anywhere? I, like many others would probably be willing to invest much more if we were kept more in the loop about the site being down or just being able to ask and have simple questions answered. If you do not have a presence anywhere and are looking to develop one I would be willing to help for a reasonable wage in btc of course. Please let me know you thoughts. Reply Once/if I get my coins back from these guys I am staying away. There response to me does not sound like a company that needs or wants any customer's at all. My initial deposit was for over 1btc, I will update if the withdraw goes through.

btc-arb seems to be scam. Send them a small amount BTC today, many hours ago, has 20+ confirmation in blockchain already, still not on my account, no answer from support, nothing.

yup but with high risk comes high reward....... Locking btc for 120 days is a HUGE risk Well I use Bitcoin trader for about 2 months and I am VERY satisfied. ROI is above 20% per month, their support is quick and responsive and I have not been able to find a SINGLE proof about them not paying or scamming anyone anywhere online. That being said, yes, arbitrage is potentially risky. But tell me this, what BTC related investment is not risky? Is putting your money into BTC risky? Is placing your money on any BTC exchange risky? Who said Mt.Gox. Is buying cloud hashing/mining risky? Yes, yes and yes. We are involved into a risky Bitcoin ecosystem. So, people, pls use your head and do not invest anything you are not comfortable to invest.

BTC-arbs deposit takes about 12-24 hours, usually gets credited late evening European time.

It doesn't matter if it is a exchange or a arbitrage account either way you are giving another party your coins and hopefully they give them back. With the above being said I am still waiting on my withdraw from btc arbs from yesterday. In fairness I think it say up to 36 hours so only time will tell. I am going to give btc traders some coin though and see what happens.

Next day, my 0.1 BTC send yesterday to btc-arbs still not arrived, support dosn't answer. SCAM or minimum incapability! From administrator Sent on April 19th 2014 Hi
As noted in our daily update and in our mass message sent out earlier today, we are working on a reduced schedule this weekend. Our support staff is out of the office and we are only responding to urgent requests.
If you have a pending deposit that has not yet appeared in your account, we ask that you wait at least 24 hours before sending a request. In most cases it will be added before that time comes.
Adam

I'm interested a lot into the arbitage system. What's the minimum amount i can invest into each site? and which site has the highest overall ROI?

I'm interested a lot into the arbitage system. What's the minimum amount i can invest into each site? and which site has the highest overall ROI? Bitcoin trader minimum investment is $20 and BTC-arbs 0.05 BTC. Currently BTC-arbs provides higher ROI but somehow I personally trust more to Bitcoin trader. I differentiated my investment to both websites, so its up to you to decide.
