side note on price stable coins: Nubits/Nushares already created this product >> the $1 coin
but apparently no trustless solution
Gustav is right they are trolling anyone who prefers to use words to transmit definite meaning, you know people with a brain.
it's provocation of a controversy. I am against letting coindesk dictate what the discussion should be about. It's subtle manipulation of public opinion - as usual.

I observed UNO's hashrate hit 35 ths yesterday. Currently at 21 THS. A fair price for Uno keeps hash on it.
My 250 gb of hash at Genesis mining produced a little over 1 Uno last week, typically bringing in about .15 to .17 Un/day. I'm earning about 1%/week on my Genesis-mining hash investment when it's on Uno.

Hey guys, for those of you who don't want to spend so much on a pure silver strike Unobtanium bar, good news as I have reduced the silver plated bars to just a flat £10 (that's 0.04071BTC as of writing or 6.5261 UN (including postage) for wherever you order from Unobtanium Silver Wallet (and plated)

i gratefully received my 100g 'NADIR' silver bullion bar from coaex today. (paid in uno on 27th) i have not taken a digital image as of yet but i am somewhat concerned as to its authenticity. not only is it scratched & scuffed on both faces but there are a few deeper scratches that reveal a rough, dark almost black subsurface. i would appreciate everyone having a close look when i get a chance to put an image up.i have contacted Serter Gunay and am awaiting his response. i may well be mistaken and genuinely hope i am. Senor Presh You are 100% right. That's an unusual thing and I had a serious debate with Nadir Metal officials for these scratches and product quality in November dispatches. However, I decided to send the products to our customers no matter what the quality is. You can be rest assured that these are 100% authentic products but it seems these are second market ones. They were providing us new products since 2013 but I, later, discovered that they started to provide us second-market products. This happened in the past 2-3 purchases so far I noticed and I'm calling back these products, now. It's also great that you took the photo. I'll directly submit this discussion to Nadir Metal and let's see how they react for the future. I was considering disabling their products permanently and replacing it with Istanbul Gold Refinery's silver products as IGR have been providing a solid service for the past few years. I understand your concern and offer you with some alternatives. 1) Exchange this silver in your local market. Tell us your loss at exchange and we can compensate you this amount in BTC. 2) Exchange this silver in your local market. Send us the amount you receive in BTC. Order Istanbul Gold Refinery's silver product. By that, you replace your Nadir Metal's silver with Istanbul Gold Refinery's silver product and check their quality. If you are also not satisfied with IGR's product, we can, of course, offer another reimbursement. 3) Send this silver back to us. We can replace it with IGR's silver product or offer you a refund in BTC including the shipping fee you pay when you send to us. Additionally 4) If you would like to use the product as is, you can determine a compensation amount and we can transfer that amount in BTC. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Rest assured we are on your side and I think it's a great case to show everyone how we do business. I'm open for any questions or comments. Final note: Please provide us your order# so that we can identify you.

@preshpresh have you done acid/magnetic tests on the bar? Also put an ice cube on it and it should melt fast if it is pure silver.

Using Thermo Scientific portable x-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers, now with Thermo Scientific AuDIT gold-plating detection technology, you can find out in just a few seconds, with fire assay-comparable accuracy, the exact precious metal content in jewelry, gold, coins, and other valuable products. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Fu8uLBdgcEA local coin shop I use has one of these to determine metal content.

Selling it on is not an option for me so i would choose option 3, however i will be away until after new year and this piece was intended as a gift. @ sertar - to be quite frank i am more disappointed that you were aware of it and still sent it - blemishes & all. if you are able, please provide a return shipping label and i will do my utmost to get it sent back before i leave.

I'm genuinely sorry for this. I'm sending you the original purchase price amount (in USD converted to BTC) + 10% for our fault and poor quality control. I think you'll receive much more UNO with it. Please provide us your wallet address by email or PM. If you receive less UNO with that, I can compensate even more. Same applies to rojan, who had purchased Nadir Metal Silver during November. It seems 3 out of 100 orders are like that and therefore, we removed Nadir Metal silver products, as of today. Their gold products are okay. As for gold and silver, Istanbul Gold Refinery products are more reliable. We will publish an announcement in our blog, soon, with the details. Bear also in mind that we are talking about big investment companies which has entered LBMA's good delivery list, couple of years ago and by receiving these negative feedbacks, I'm pretty sure that they will learn from their mistakes, just like we do. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This will never happen again.
