This is impressive, even by Wolong standards.

I don't see how your get out of Uno successfully for less than 002's. Thats why I've been buying in the 006s and 007s.

Those of us in the UNO community knew we would get here eventually. The turtle crawl was underway.  Thank you for your help, but its been almost too much, too fast.  People are getting a little concerned.  Thats why the gap is opening.  Thats why the UNO alt markets are seeing a slowing. That's why the buy orders are shrinking.

The UNO community lived under the weight of a 15 ton wallet for a year, until the Cryptsy situation was resolved.  It hurt.



Why replace one Cryptsy wallet with another?  Why re-introduce that uncertainty that will weigh heavily on price?  The last to pump UNO on Bittrex about a year ago ended up dumping down to 00005, and lost probably 20 btc.  

We believe in UNO. We think it has unique characteristics and potential that has been unrealized.   Let Bitcoin split in half. Let 10,000 other altcoins fail.  Uno will be the one that survives if for no other reason than we are stubborn idealists.

But we are looking for a way to sustain UNO, to fuel it's alt markets and move this nearly 4-year old coin sustainably into the future.  If you can help us, thanks; we want to work with you.  If you're just looking for a quick exit, well... good luck.

Yes, we may be naive, but we've labored hard for nearly 4 years to keep UNO vibrant. It's not just a coin listed on Bittrex and Cryptopia... it is the currency of a strong community.  While we love see the price where it belongs, and we rejoice to see UNO take its place among the coinmarketcap elite,  we need to know that a sustainable exit is part of the plan.

Come on King. Are you serious? Guys this is a group of one or more artists manipulating the market. They are done probably with this pump and this tons are ready to be dumped. I don't think this will continue 2 or 3 days more or it's going to finish with fast loosing exit. 15 tons are good chunk,but if the boy got big balls and some brain better go exit slowly.
But who knows? They maybe just started. We don't even see .01 marker. Remember we was keep that.01 for  a year. He wants to steal from the community and we want to steal from him! What a game a! Nice. Very nice.
I already dump my load on him so now can wait for the cheap cheap Uno to be back and reload again....

there is another phenomena
the BUY bids in many of the ALTs are deep
even if BTC and LTC supports collapse ... there still remains a wide range of support.
in 3 years i never considered this dynamic, but UNO has some very unique properties.

also ALT market is in mode CRAZY, and if [when] BTC does a leg down, "the market" still doesn't know where to flip into, .... see bytecoin see XBC .... massive irrational moves .... but that is where we are .... check the date .... we'll see some obscene things in the next 7 days;)

I don't know. According to the biggest wallets the cryptsy cold storage contains 15% of the supply. Did the buyer of the 15k uno double up with another 15k uno from the markets? Whuuut? If this was a pump and dump they failed miserably because there is no chance the markets could ever sustain that.

Which leads me to believe they have some sort of endgame in mind that is something greater than a lil p and d.

Am i being overly optimistic, sure! Did i find 130 Uno in my trex wallet and afford others the opportunity at some Uno, you bet i did! Am i still sitting on 10x more than that? Yer gawt damn right!

Ya...admittedly some strange things have happened in the UNO markets in the past (i.e. the most recent pump to 0.03 & subsequent dump to near-zero), and it's possible that the same person just accumulated 14,000 UNO on Bittrex.

A few important things to note:

a) If it's the same person that drove the extremes of the other 2+ bizarre UNO pumps/dumps then it doesn't seem like they're profiting a whole lot from these moves, so why would they keep doing it?

b) Although I know there are plenty of unintelligent wealthy people who found themselves in that position through some variation of luck, I tend to suspect that someone capable of spontaneously spending $100,000+ on UNO has some kind of plan.

Combining (a) & (b) I arrive at a few possibilities:

1) They actually are profiting from these moves. This person is highly involved in UNO trading all the time, the extreme high prices are just to encourage people to buy at the medium prices. They've accumulated tens of thousands of UNO and these weird moves are to throw people off or set the scene.

2) They have a decade long plan for UNO. If they are a millionaire who's spent years accumulating UNO and intends to pump it to 0.25 BTC in 2-10 years, then random pumps to 0.01-0.03 are actually accumulation disguised as absurdity.

Alternatively, this is a new actor on the scene, but even then there is very little chance they amassed 10% of supply blindly expecting enough liquidity to dump it all in a day at 0.01 (either way, I haven't seen any evidence that they've tried to sell a single UNO yet). Judging by some recent posts, the mood has shifted somewhat from excitement and validation to suspicion and annoyance. I can say, in regards to Sirsmokesalot's post, I don't think it's the Cryptsy buyer, since if I understand correctly, the Cryptsy buyer was FK and I think he has implied he's not behind this new Bittrex mega wallet.

In summary: I don't know who this person is or what their intentions are.

Most of you are assuming the worst when it could just be someone who has ran into money and has a long term goal for uno, until we have more information which we may not everything is just speculation, like natmc said multiple different scenarios could be taking place so it is wrong to start attacking whoever it is yet.

I assume you mean "not profitable" since UNO mining has been super strong lately, so it's definitely possible  Merge mining with bitcoin allows UNO to maintain high hashrate despite not being profitable on its own, it acts as a supplemental block reward to bitcoin mining.

I don't mind what people try to do in the markets, they're all playing by the same rules. I applaud anyone who decides to buy 14,000 UNO, how they get rid of it is between them and the markets. Deception is practically a property of any markets to some degree; nobody will announce ahead of time the intention to buy 7% of any crypto or stock, unless it's a company doing a buyback or something.

Unobtanium is an SHA256 coin AND is merge mined with Bitcoin, so a) GPUs are hopelessly out-classed, and b) the difficulty is off the scale.

Finally the block reward is only 0.00195312, so you'd need the equivalent of 512 and a bit blocks to get one UNO.

Well, there's currently ~0.94 UNO produced per day at a hashrate of 3 PH/s. So divide 1 by the fraction of 3 PH/s that your device outputs. I don't know anything about mining but I'd guess the rough answer is months or years.
