I'm very excited about UNO being added to Blocknet Dx!

Decentralized exchanges are the future.  Uno has had so many near misses in it's 5 years from centralized exchange scams.  Embrace decentralized trading!

Here are some of the exchanges that UNO has been on since 2013:

Safecex.com,  [ scam  ]

Btcpool.exchange, [ scam  ]

Altquick.co, [orderly close]

Bitebi9.com, [ scam  ]

Cryptsy.com,  [ scam  ]

Coinbroker.io, [ scam  ]

Coins-e.com,  [ scam  ]

Allcrypt.com,  [ hacked]

MintPal.com, [ scam  ]

Atomic-trade.com,  [orderly close]

Comkort.com,  [orderly close]

Coinedup.com, [orderly close]

Coinex.pw, [ scam  ]

CryptoRush.com [ scam  ]

Bittrex  [ass hats]

----

Unobtanium is now ready for cross-chain dapps with the Blocknet Protocol!

Now that UNO is compatible with the Blocknet Protocol, it can be used in cross-blockchain dapps and traded on beta Block DX!

You can read more about Blocknet, the Blocknet Protocol, and Block DX here:

https://blocknet.co

https://sites.google.com/view/blocknet/directory

To get started with trading on Block DX, follow this setup guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ciwLFSXwv6CXd3QEvVW88lHXo9CSIlweYOoSbDHkies/preview

The setup is in the process of being automated/abstracted so it's much easier and streamlined to use for beginners. In addition to that, in July we are planning to release SPV support which will allow for the creation of litewallets so whole blockchains will not need to be downloaded

I think UNO has reached capitulation around the .015 level, this is the time of uncertainty now to see if we rise from here or not? *patiently excited

....and now we're over .021

Never bet against UNO!   Too rare.  Too fair.

longevity? how many days of chain? oct13>>now
low inflation?  is it 4kg per day? (see cost of operations/cost per TX)
how are you going to put it into practice? HELLO MCFLY!  nearly 5 years of putting it into practice, note the exchange scams listed, note UNO survived goX after goX, note the focus to be TRUE to decent-TRa-lized.
where can I read more? like the entire previous 777 pages of this thread, and then filter out to the last 5 years of Talk on this entire forum.  But TLDR; read the chart.

in a word;
INSTRUMENT  Grin
now lets atomically swap chain 2 chain

....and now we're over .021
Never bet against UNO!
Too rare.  Too fair.

You will only need ONE.

No Joke; consider this;

BTC @ $10M
$uno historically rides .033-.021 (in a constant channel)
= $330k $uno

&
I think $uno can rise to BTCdime or BTCquarter level or even BTCplus.
And BTC will trade well above $10M by 2030.

how the heck can you access uno with an old wallet.dat file...
seems as if it's tough to do/not possible with the electrum 2.6.2 wallet and the QT wallet on the Uno website doesn't work...no block source available (nice upkeep there). any ideas or solutions?

why doesn't the wallet on the website have these nodes in it already?  is there anything else i need to put in a .conf file or simply cut and paste what you posted and save as a .conf file and place in my appdata uno folder?  cause I am still getting zero active connections.

I'm not the developer so I can't comment about seed nodes, but all I did to get it to work was paste those addnodes into unobtanium.conf and save it in the Uno folder. Maybe your firewall is blocking it?

Nubies interested in Uno, start by using Coinomi wallet. Get it for Android on Google Play, and for iOS in the App Store

For more advanced users, use the UNO Electrum wallet from Unotanium.uno,  but understand that you will need to update the Electrum nodes to electrum1.unobtanium.uno,  or electrum2.unobtanium.uno  or nigeria1.unobtanium.uno or nigeria2.unobtanium.uno

Don't think the Coiniomi wallet will allow you to import an old QT-based wallet.dat file.

No, for that use the Unobtanium Bluechist wallet.

Are we dealing with Pre-merge mining fork wallets here, like 2015 and earlier?

yeah - my wallet.dat backup is from an old (maybe the first!) Uno QT wallet?  I was hoping I could download the v0.10 QT wallets on the website and import my .dat file into that.  But even with those added nodes it is not connecting.  Even if I get a connection not sure my old .dat is compatible.  Is an old .dat compatible with bluechist?   Why don't any of these wallets have the current nodes?  Users should not have to manually be changing/adding them.

Your old Wallet.dat file will work even in the newer QT wallet.

Are you running Windows?
Do you know how to copy a Windows.dat file to the %AppData%/Unobtanium folder?

What is your level of knowledge about such things?

If might help if you download the UNO bootstrap from https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/cryptochainer/blockchains/Unobtainium_blockchain.zip
But then, you have to know where to copy this stuff.

You'd get help faster on our Telegram channel,   https://t.me/Unobtaniumuno

If you run out of options, send me your wallet.dat and I'll send your Uno to a new address. Really, I will.

Depending on your ISP and/or OS you may have firewall issues preventing you from talking to the wider network. Check to ensure uPnP is enabled on your router if you are unsure.

Wallet finds peers on it's own if connected long enough. Check this using `getpeerinfo` in console.

At first glance, the total amount of Unobtanium is really small, and the team is doing a good job, which is really low inflation.
