I switched to BetFury from Stake because of the KYC regulations and i'm quite happy with the website. 

What differences are there between Stake KYC requirements and BetFury ones? (I've never played at Stake)

Only thing i think it's not good, it's the deposit bonus with too much wager requirements and then live casino options are blocked.

The main difference is that now KYC is mandatory at Stake, players wont be able to play without KYC at Stake while at Betfury, players are still able to play(deposit/withdraw) without KYC. About the requirements, I believe most KYC are the same (for the basic) which is about uploading personal document such as ID card or passport.

I don't know where you see the difference. I asked about it explicitly in the chat and you can't bet a single satoshi without having filled in your data level 1 KYC on BetFury. What you can play before are the free spins, but nothing else. I see the KYC requirements the same on both sites.

All casino that has license to operate is obligated to required KYC to the players as this is mandated by the law. Some casino just doesn’t enforced it strictly however they can ask you to do KYC anytime including Betfury.

Any casino claiming they are anonymous while operating under a legal license is not actually anonymous. You should play on decentralized casino if you want a real KYC free experience but the risk of scamming is high since they don’t have any legal documentation that will make them committed to their casino once they decided to run.

That's why i play on BetFury now.

I haven't played at Stake much, I have always preferred BetFury, probably because of BFG and the ability to mine BFG through wagering... In the last year, I have played poker at Stake, nothing much, but I didn't open Stake in the last few months. So I don't even know what's going on with that KYC verification, and I don't plan to find out either... there are good casinos where KYC is still optional.

I have been playing at BetFury for years and I have many deposits and withdrawals with just a basic registration, email and that's it. But that doesn't mean they won't change it one day... I don't think anyone can say that for sure.

If you switched from stake casino to Betfury simply because you are avoiding KYC, KYC is still required here as well as a common requirement that all casinos these days have, and it is unavoidable if you wish to gamble on a crypto casino.

You should find a way to come to terms with KYC requirements because what if Betfury changes and then all of a sudden asks for the same details that you were required to submit in the level two verification on stake? Are you saying you would leave Betfury as well?

Sooner or later you should leave all gambling sites because all licensed and regulated casinos have the right to ask you KYC at anytime.
Optional KYC is indeed better than mandatory KYC (at least for me) but the time will come later when you will be asked for KYC.
If you value your identity much, take your current opportunity until you cant do it anymore in the future because I predict that KYC will be something mandatory in all casinos in the future.
Once it is happened, what will you do? Stop gambling completely or will you start to accept the terms by the casinos?

I will not surprise if you can keep playing in a casino without KYC on previous years since most of my casino account is still not KYC verified ever since I start gambling since 2016. I only do KYC verification voluntarily for the sake of rewards and promotion but the rest is still not KYC until now.

You have low chance to ask for KYC if you are playing just a regular gambler without doing shady trick that abused casino bonus and ToS.

However, I doubt you can still keep up this anonymous gambling with the current regulations.

See? That's why I was asking HugoPT. At the moment maybe he has not been asked for the documentation but as the regulations are and being someone who bets large amounts, at some point he will cross the threshold that will force him to be asked for the documentation. But it is not that it is Stake or BetFury, it is that we are in 2025, not in 2017. Unfortunately this is going to go further, and cryptocurrency casinos are going to lose one of their main attractions, but I think this is going to be just a bump in the road.

I have been notified that My IRS account was hacked by un named hackers.

If the IRS can be hacked and info for more than 100,000,000 people is compromised what good is kyc.

In general in casino ToS, KYC level 2 is not triggered until you exceed a certain amount, which can be around that figure but sometimes it is lower. In any case at least until recently even if it was lower, like $2,000, they usually turned a blind eye but the way things are going it seems to me that we are heading towards KYC of what is currently level 2 as mandatory upon registration in the future. Hopefully it will take a while though.

If you're concerned about getting scammed, Betfury will never scam you or be careless about any document or details you submit for KYC because the casino has been long standing and built on a very good reputation. And although I understand your concerns, I also think that you are refusing to accept change, which is something that must happen.

Sad to hear that something like IRS can get hacked. That data breach can be really dangerous, as it contains networth and addresses of people.

Quite crazy victory with only a capital of $ 36 and ended with $ 33k+, things that I have never felt in any casino during my gambling, my luck may be very bad and not talented. LOL

Of course it must be paid in full with the total won, unless there is a victory tax in his country which requires gamblers to pay PSJAK if they win, I hope he can use his victory money well, maybe to make the family happy or open a new business for him, or He could just throw his money back to the casino because he was still not satisfied enough with his victory.
