IMO the rituals are nothing when the gamblers don't have control over themselves.
However, out of these five rituals, there is one ritual I have done many times in my life, and that is to knock on the table loudly, but ultimately the day I could not control my emotions and tried to recover by chasing losses, I lost my entire fund very quickly.
So I think even doing some rituals we must not forget about the self-control while doing the gambling, rituals won't gonna help you if you face losses by losing your self-control.

I never did any gambling rituals and most likely will not start one also. However, if I get lucky on a casino, a certain in house game or slot, I will always be tempted to go back to do exactly the same (same bet size, same strategy, ...). But I guess it is also not uncommon to keep hoping you will get lucky in.
