As far as I remember, this thread was almost always active in terms of discussions about the Betfury platform or its BFG token. Moreover, it was active regardless of whether a signature campaign from Betfury was active or not.

Totally agree—unless the token gains real utility beyond gambling, listing on a CEX feels like burning funds. The cost, plus the token reserve demands, makes it hard to justify.

i agree, and adding BFG to CEXs won't have the impact one might expect on the price or adoption.
BFG is a platform specific token with basically no utility outside of betfury, so spending a ton of money to get it listed on shity CEXs would be a huge waste of money imo.
that money is better spent on marketing to bring in new users, which would naturally increase demand for the token.

It won't contribute anything especially if there's good thing happen yet on the exchange where it was listed. So better for Betfury to focus on marketing their casino and doing such nice activities for BFG. Since if they succeed in future for spreading word about their token and make their casino became more successful, there's good chance that price of their token and demand will rise together then maybe that's the time they might think about adding it on top CEXs.

For now lets enjoy what are those things we could do on their platform and if they have BFG and want to do something with it they better stake it to earn something from their platform.

Although, I have to be honest and say that I haven't really paid attention to that country. I am more focused on countries in the EU and you will always find the same ones being banned: France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK (not EU anymore, but still), etc.

It is funny how in the US some casinos are still banned these days. I wonder why they do that, even though they have casinos in some states, this probably has to do with taxes and because it is online? some day when fully decentralization exists, then there will be plenty of options.

The US is a legal nightmare when it comes to gambling so online casinos tend to ban US citizens altogether because it's the easier thing to do. Each US State has their own gambling laws. Gambling isn't necessarily banned but you often have to physically be in the State whose casino you are playing at. Since that isn't the case with offshore casinos registered all over the world, you can't play there.

There are also laws banning payments to online casinos in certain instances. Not sure what that law says. But if you can't deposit money into your casino account, you also can't gamble. So even if you don't ban online gambling per se, you get the same result by not allowing your citizens to send money to casinos.
