Mate, did you try to contact them on X? Discord? Telegram? They are actively tweeting on X. It's very sad but the last time they were active here was 2 April, so that's why they are missing your complaints on this forum. I hope they'll come here soon and start actively posting in this thread. Sadly, there isn't much that I can do. Did you contact Little Mouse? I just checked your scam accusation thread and came here to see if you posted here as well. No matter who is guilty, I believe the casino representative should respond and post their official reply to address the matter. I believe they have a reason to block your withdrawals and close the account. They should not leave you in the dark without telling you anything.

The casino usually blocks you if you are value bettors or involved in arbitrage betting. They usually do not disclose these things, but cooperate with the 3rd party mediator services. Even if they do not respond here, they should be able to cooperate with the mediator.

Most of the forum member doesn't show neutral view when a newbie user comes here with an accusation against their sig campaign casinos. I liked that you aren't one of them. Chips.gg representative hasn't come to the forum for almost two and a half months. Chips.gg casino is in the process of regaining the reputation in Bitcointalk forum. I was expecting more professionalism from them in this period. Currently here is two active accusations against them

- Chips.gg stole 1300 Usdt
- Chips.gg confiscated $2000 in winnings (video proof)

Those users might have done something wrong. Still, they deserve to get a better explanation about the whole situation. Chips.gg team isn't on Askgamblers. So, those users can only expect to get some help from Bitcointalk as their issue is related to sports betting. @Little Mouse, can you ask your Chips.gg contact to get back here in the forum?

I checked the last 3 recent complaints against chips.gg in casino.guru, there is no reply from chips indeed. I did not check the other complaints as I think 3 recent complaints is enough to know the recent situation about how fast chips.gg respond to complaints in casino.guru. I do not mean to say that I'm supporting the users or blaming chips but it will be nice if chips can be more responsive in dealing with complaints.

I always try to stay neutral regarding scam accusations. If I am promoting a casino that has a scam accusation against it, I become more curious about that because I have to know what I am promoting. I have criticized Chips before, and I think you have seen that before and commented about it. As I said, everyone deserves an official response from the team, no matter who is guilty.

I don't know about this information on Chips.gg like whether they have representatives on AskGamblers but if they don't have any, the user and AskGambler can not do anything there. For example, if Chips.gg does not have any representative account here, in Bitcointalk.org forum, the user can not complain about them with hope of getting reply or support from Chips.gg.

But for sure they are aware about that site existence since somehow that platform is another place where gamblers ask feedback about the casino they are interested to gamble.

I assume since the casino representative is not active, they were not notified about the case yet. As you can see, Mahdirakib mentions LM to contact the chips to address these accusations. I would expect them to come and say something about it.

I have seen that they solved previous accusations very well. The problem is, a business cannot always disclose the reason why they banned some users, which is actually sensitive information. I remember they shared some information with casino guru a few years ago and casino guru said we had to make the post private and the player found guilty.

They have a business and its reputation to protect at any cost as it is important for their business operation and survival in future. I think different and further than you, as their business reputation if is damaged, will be damaged in general, not only in Bitcoin forum or Ask Gambler or only one place.

Like this forum is not where the issue appeared initially, assuming that issues actually existed, while it originated from Chips.gg platform. Therefore, the team must resolves issues on their own platform to serve customers as best as possible. It's not like looking around and try to do something at AskGambler, CasinoGuru or this Bitcoin forum. This is written with an assumption that there are actually existing problesm at Chips.

I don't know why they are blocking you on all platforms but one thing is for sure, that they aren't a scam casino and there aren't many complaints about them either. When we hear such complaints, it's hard to believe whether the gambling site is at fault or the complainant is on the wrong side himself. Hopefully chips.gg won't waste the good momentum they already gotten here and if they don't pay attention on those accusation then provably that many would doubt to gamble in their casino.

They are spending thousands of dollars promoting the platform here. So, it does not make sense to ruin their reputation here. I assume since the casino representative is not active, they were not notified about the case yet. As you can see, Mahdirakib mentions LM to contact the chips to address these accusations. I would expect them to come and say something about it.

I have seen that they solved previous accusations very well. The problem is, a business cannot always disclose the reason why they banned some users, which is actually sensitive information. I remember they shared some information with casino guru a few years ago and casino guru said we had to make the post private and the player found guilty.

The casino representative are active but I think the manager is active enough to forum any complaint that seems to be an issue because I believe he talks to their reps on either weekly or monthly basis and can just forward the complain since their Bitcointalk rep isn't that active on here and also other places, but am a bit curious what about the chips casino customer support on the website can't complain be labeled there.

They blocked me on Discord. They don't respond on Twitter. They don't respond on Telegram. They don't respond to email. I wrote to Little Mouse. He doesn't respond. They also ignore all complaints on Casino.Guru. I think the casino has become a scam.

I'm not trying to bring down the casino, but they should at least respond to this user. I mean why does it take weeks for support to reply to a message like this?
I’ve actually experienced this with other casinos too, and it’s really annoying.
Sometimes, they do respond but then they disconnect the chat if you don’t reply right away. It shouldn’t be like that.
As long as the person who made the inquiry hasn’t ended the conversation, it shouldn’t be disconnected unless it’s been more than 24 hours.

Hopefully chips.gg address this issue also in some of the accusation in scam accusation board. There's some thread that he can't find any response from chips.gg

If you don't have a problem doens't mean other will not having problem.

Each user having different situation, the problem in the case is "communication" some of other casino having the same but if there has some communication should be not a problem. Meanwhile if you see, the communication is none is making the user difficult.



What, I can tell. Chips casino probbaly use third service or someone who working remotely as support, I can see some live support chats come from PH. Since the support is coming from third parties / someone working remotely they need to ask with the team. If don't have suitable answer, they mostly ignore user chats. But that's the problem is "communication".
