About another thing you shared in the post, like you sent them entirely history of your bets, no proof you shown to us. I understand that it is private information and surely you can keep it for yourself and I have no rights, as well as no interest to see your bet history. Another thing is the casino actually has your bet history, and you don't need to sent it to them.

Arbitrage bet is a severe violation of ToS on casinos and if you actually did it, your chance is zero to appeal for anything.

I haven't posted here about my winnings in the games and the bitcoin price prediction contest sponsored by chips,gg. I won two consecutive on that bitcoin price contest and I managed to withdraw both prizes with little profit. I know it's a wager free prize, but I still tried to play it hoping to make some profit and yes, I did. The withdrawal was smooth.

I spend alot of time looking at Bitcoin price and Dollar price and many other trends, I should enter as often as possible in that case though Im never sure enough to call an exact price I certainly guess of course  


Arbitrage bet and using any promotions is usually refused by most casinos, if that detail was included then it might explain the actions.  I'd agree with anyone that an explanation is the ideal of the conversation with support but your own knowledge of how much you used promotions, that might explain matters also.

It takes zero effort. You just make a prediction and just like that you’ll get a chance to win a fairly big prize. It can’t get any better than this tbh. Also don’t lose hope. You’ll never know when it is your turn to win the next round. I’ve seen people making crazy price predictions and win before. Just because your predictions don’t look like other people’s predictions, don’t feel bad about it. The winner is usually the one that thinks different than the majority. That doesn’t mean you should go full crazy with the predictions though.

I can't judge based on one-sided evidence; I have to look at both sides. It's possible the customer service representative contacted customer service beforehand and explained the problem in detail.

To support any complaint, it's best to provide all evidence, not just screenshots of the conversation, as that's not strong evidence, although it could be a criticism of the casino's service.

I did not make arbitrage bets. Let the casino check my every bet and show me what I did wrong. I was simply accused of arbitration without any evidence and my money was stolen.

I believe he didnt share that screenshot as an evidence to prove that he didn't not participate or engage in arbitrage betting as he was accused by the casino, but he shared the screenshot to prove or show that indeed; the casino's customer support has been ignoring his messages, which from what I see, the customer support has indeed been ignoring his messages so long as the screenshot isn't doctored.

Anyways, a genuine casino cannot or should not accuse a customer of wrong doing without providing evidence, when a casino does that, that is, accuse a customer without proving that the customer did what he or she is being accused off, it leaves room for doubt as to whether or not the casino is being genuine and trustworthy..

I agree with some of your points about CS being more transparent and responsive, but I don't think this analogy really applies in the context of a business and customer relationship. For instance, let's say they cheat the casino with multiple accounts and there is proof of their wrongdoing. Should they be allowed to continue using the service after they said they wouldn't do it again? I don't think that's gonna work. Not to mention there's ToS, FAQs, etc.

Anyway, improvements for CS and responsiveness in general are always a good thing (if not mandatory).

I did my test today on Chips. At first I thought that their Web3 was like Metawin but it's different, they accept Web3 wallet deposits through swapped.com. You can't link your Web3 wallet to casino account. I tried to deposit from my Web3 wallet to Chips but I wasn't able to do that because I use Polygon network on my wallet to save on fees and when I scanned a QR code, it said that Polygon is not supported by Chipsgg.
