That's the thing about "giveaways", there are rarely any requirements or at least there should be. Because when you ask people to do additional stuff when they are earning something, that should be called a bonus, bonus means you do something and get a bonus on top of that, that's the meaning of the word and when you earn a giveaway, the meaning should be that it's yours forever.
