Yeah, peeps are going to be fussy about this all the time because they are not really thinking straight when they want to do it. As long as I know and as my own experience, VPN is allowed to bypass ISP block only or to bypass the block by 3rd party providers but I dont think it is allowed to bypass countries restriction as per terms. In the past I used to use VPN anytime I played in duelbits in order to be able to play some providers such as relax gaming and no limit city.
