How can you use this screenshot below as evidence that the team promised you a reward? The support cleared stated that they will send you a promotion once there’s available for you. It’s not a promise but rather just an FYI for an upcoming promotion if there’s available for you. It’s a general reply to tell that there’s no promotion available for you.

Your case is quite peculiar and very hard to prove if there's really improper handling since your concern is about promotion reward. Many user will surely gangbang you here because they are promoting this casino while your issue is not a clear case of scam attempt. It's more prmotion restrictions if I interpret it properly.

I made a negative review about them on Trust Pilot back in Jan, and ever since then, they removed me from the list and even nerfed down my bonuses. I have given a comparison of players who play similar games like me, with less wagering they have received more rewards. Their head support is aware of the irregularities and that's why he states I have unsubscribed from the bonuses on May 25th, and that's why I didn't get the rewards. For the same deposits and wagering, I would have easily had 3x more rewards on stake and would be plat 3.

Yes, had a long conversation with their head support which resulted in nothing. I don't want to be on good terms with them, I have wasted enough of my time already. They have licensed to operate which you can verify through the Curacao website. It’s your problem if you can’t prove your source of income. You will only put on this kind of security check if you done something suspicious that will make you looks like doing money laundering in the casino.

The support screenshot you are share, there is no single word about promising you a reward. He just responded to you with a basic response about reward "(If they wish") and stated in the chat that currently there is no reward available for your account.

You are mad because the bonus ? you should realized gambling is not chasing the bonus right ? it's just like privilage and they can offering you as they like. If you don't like it, you can always choose other casino who give you a better offer.

I didn't know what a rakeback was so went to search, posting it here since other users may have the same question than I did, making it easier for them to understand

I hope you don't miss to read their terms and regulations regarding KYC for users, if you are asked to complete KYC you should complete your KYC because that way your account will not be marked with anything by this site, I have never had problems with any casino with KYC maybe because I'm a small gambler so I never complete my KYC for gambling and making withdrawals.

It seems it will be late as we dive into weekend trivia. Not sure but usually most of the mods must be taking weekends off so it might be late for the assessment.

Just to make a refreshing change in the ongoing KYC discussion I would love to point out the upcoming promotion that is supposedly breathtaking.

It can take a 2-3days when they process is quickly but it can be a week of waiting if they are busy. If your account doesn’t have any issue that involves violation of ToS then rest assured that will be quick. duelbits is a cheap company that cannot withdraw $90. I do not advise anyone to contact them. If more loyal companies that have no problems with withdrawals and do not check your documents for 3 days
