Agree on this, Duelbits stop promoting their casino on the games and round section. Maybe this due to their boost on their signature campaigns budget which makes participants quantity expand a lot. They focus on signature campaigns nowadays and use social media to create a contest outside the casino.

I won’t blame them for focusing on their signature campaigns since it’s really work well for them since it’s running for a very long time.

Never seen a casino have a separate topic for customer support, the ANN thread is the one used for such kind of information if I am not wrong and scam accusations will be utilized if the user feels the casino scammed them and they got convincing proof for that. And also forum rules don't allow one to have more than one active thread for a particular platform.

The casino cannot open an official customer support centre on bitcointalk as they do not have full control over it. The ANN thread for the gambling site can serve the same purpose where an official representative can answer the people's queries and also handle the issues reported.

Since these ANN threads aren't controlled by the gambling sites themselves, people are free to give true feedback about the gambling site and their experience while gambling on the site. Hence they can serve as the best way to know about the gambling site.

Duelbits does not need to create any other official thread, as this one can be used for all purposes.

I agree with that, they have one of the oldest and largest signature campaigns here, they stayed live for almost 157 weeks and have 112 active members wearing their signature and getting paid weekly for now. They have a great budget and more than any other signature and I believe it's sufficient for them to be the leading promoted casinos here. But it’s also nice to see some contests from them once again, especially challenging ones among members rather than the usual luck based raffle contests we see lately.

Duelbets is one of the few casinos that has maintained high quality over these years. Many casinos are only good in their early days with extensive marketing but once their budget runs out, players face various issues and many scam cases appear or lack of support and contact. I'm not saying this just because I'm wearing their signature but based on my personal experience with many casinos.

There’s a way to this through the use of self-moderated thread which gives power for the casino support to delete all unnecessary comments or off-topic that post on the specific thread. But this kind of thread for customer support is already redundant thread which admin won’t allowed because ANN thread can be use with this same use as you already mention.

Besides, Duelbits customer support on the casino reply promptly to all questions which is far more convenient than to post here. Most of the accusations here are from users that either impatient to wait on result or they are proven scam and want to get sympathy from Bitcointalk community.

there customers base is not just only in the forum and I believe the step taken by duelbit using social media to create their contest and not in the forum is just another laudable strategy to keep their customers on the other side thrilled and engaging too.  Just as the popular saying goes " you can't put all your eggs in one basket". But somehow am sure if they feel a need to return the contest once again to the forum they won't hesitate.

We have Services, Service Discussions and Service Announcement for this, but Duelbits is a casino which belong to gambling board so I wonder if the forum moderator will approve posting on those mentioned board if Duelbits create customer support topic in the forum.

This is a bad idea since the mods wouldn't approve it due to various reasons that some of the posters above already pointed out. Anything pertaining to the site should be discussed within this thread itself.

These ANN threads serve as secondary customer support since the primary customer support is within the sites themselves.

Have missed the Qualifying matches mate because I have had a super busy schedule since 3 days ago so  I temporarily not visiting my gambling activities but hopefully net week will be another free days.

I really wished that they had a better Logan and Fury win bet, that really required some big boost. I mean it was obvious from the get go that Logan was better, and yes I understand that they couldn't afford to hire Logan, that dude is much more famous and with this fight taking Dillon to 3+ million followers on instagram, that means that Duelbits did an amazing boost to their marketing along that as well, it is a good idea, but in the end just because you are sponsoring someone, doesn't mean that you can't put decent odds for Logan neither.

I completely understand that which is why I brought it up. Social media is obviously the place which the majority of potential players hangout since not everyone have a Bitcointalk forum account while social media cover everyone including non-crypto user that can be converted to crypto user by playing in the crypto casino.

Duelbits really know what they are doing in terms of marketing strategy especially their special treatment for Bitcointalk forum since they are spending huge amount of money on their marketing here more than the social media since their social contest usually have a minimal amount prize except for major events.

There is still no need to create self moderated thread for the casino ANN threads. Even if some newbies post wrong scam accusation on their ANN threads, the casino representatives will give answer to them with valid proof that the person claiming charges from the casino is wrong. Since all this is done publicly, it further enhances the repute of the casino instead. Only those casino that are guilty would avoid these scam accusations.

Also, if the casino make a self moderated thread, to delete the unwanted or unfavorable replies, the person can still make a new thread in scam accusation section and report about the casino. So this tactic of using the self moderated thread may not work.

I'm not too interested in casinos that shut themselves down by limiting posts with self-moderation and ultimately they delete user complaints which should be important but they don't care about it because it's to maintain the reputation of their site and that's a very dirty way, avoid casino threads like that because it's not really doesn't look like a good casino. Instead of using that method they think they can avoid the reputation of the site but they forget that anyone can create a new thread for accusations of fraud in this forum.

This is not true. Self moderated or not the interest on posting in the topic is still there if the casino is trusted and not censoring any post that is a valid concern.

Bitcasino ANN thread is the best example to prove that your statement is wrong. Their ANN thread is very active and many user still discuss in there since they provide legit service and tons of giveaways. They are not censoring either all the post except for the obvious spam. Self-moderated thread type of thread is really the best on this kind of business since spam and trolls can’t be avoided completely since their business revolves on dealing with loser player.

The only time self-moderated thread is discouraged is when the OP is not interested on hearing public opinion aside from his point of view.

It can be from new casinos that see many sensitive news against their services or scam casinos but can be from legit casinos too.

We only can know quality of a casino after it operates for a while and there are casinos with self moderated threads but still have good reputation. I don't name it here but I am sure you know it. It's not good to name other casinos in the announcement thread of Duelbits and I respect the team so I don't mention any name here.

They have started some process I guess. In the last discussion I have seen an announcement where they were talking about the Duelbits Halloween promo. I am not sure when exactly they will start it but considering others have already started with their Halloween treats Duelbits might just start it when others end. This will give more visibility to the users since there are many of them underway.

But yeah I am the one who always trying to check if Duelbits has come up with something new or not. After the version 3.0 I think everything is silent. But as said about you never know when the contest might be incoming. Let’s hold on.

correct , because there is no way that they need to create new thread to be self moderated , and also correct that new gambling sites must put that restriction from posters so their thread will remain cleaner , we have a sub forum for all their problems , that is also the reason why those sections are not being the place to face each issues because of they are tackling here in gambling sections than in proper forum.
