It is surprising that Duelbits thread was completely inactive for the last two months! Duelbits has lost the interest from this gambling community for their steps. I haven't watched UFC much. I think the last time I watched it was when I was still a teenager (around 2013 - 2015). I enjoy sports betting. It's more reasonable if Duelbits sent you email for notify you about your account issue, like freeze, termination by any reason. Did you check your email yet?
And did you contact Duelbits support as they suggested you to do so?

How strange is it that your account was suspended? Is it because you haven't accessed Duelbits for over a year for example? How about an email notification?

I didn't open a Duelbits account for a long time and it wasn't any problem, even when there was a balance in the account Duelbits notified in the email that the balance was still in the account and until now I haven't experienced any account suspension problems.

Now I don't know if there is a new rule that anyone who does not access the account for a long time will be suspended.

I think that is not the reason on why his account got suspended. Since for what I know they don't automatically suspend the accounts of their users for that reason only. But they have right to do some action under specific condition like account misuse for illegal things that they found or for regulatory compliance.

I guess the only thing he could do to know the reason on why that situation happened to him is follow the recommendation to contact their support. For sure they know the reason and can explain on why his account got suspended.

I have had my account in the past get closed by a casino that I won't mention here for inactivity. At first, I was shocked about it, but later on I just discovered new casinos that I could use. I think you should do what was suggested and please sure with us about the outcomes or reasons for getting locked out.

I think that's pretty common, a few weeks back a casino emailed to me saying that I am been inactive for quite some time and after a month or so, my account will be deleted including my $0.xx balance on my account. I think most of the casinos do this as it might take some storage to their system (not sure) and as long as they've given you a notice and not just locking/deleting your account out of nowhere, I don't see any problems with that.

I just don't know what will happen if you want to go back and your account was gone, do you need to signup again or contact the support to reactivate it?

I dont know why casinos would suspend an account with history. It would be understandable if I have never played there, never deposited or did any activity. I had 0 balance there, but I think I had level 6 or 7 account there (not hell of a success, but not a newbie ). I access now my account after long inactivity. Just like you I stop using the casino after parting ways with them on signature campaign which is more than a year already.

Successfully login my account without any issue so it’s definitely not due to inactivity probably someone try to access your account while you are inactive that trigger the security of Duelbits to temporarily freeze your account for safety purposes.

I’m also not very active in deposits and playing here at duelbits like I’ve only made one deposit in the past 3 months. But I’m very active with the free2play features on their platform and I’ve never had any issues with my account.

I did not have such experience with my account and I doubt if such can happen without any reason. Have you tried the option of forgot password and see if the password recovery email will be sent to you, at least that will tell you if your account was closed of it was a mistake with your password. If they said that your email was not found, then you will know that your account would have actually closed.

I just checked my account and no problem, also found my last deposit history was last year but my last betting history was last October and yeah the most appropriate step is to confirm it via email, at least you know the reason. Recently I have heard of 2 similar cases at different casinos, the first one is because of local government regulations (india) so some casinos suspended accounts from that country, 2nd case because of inactivity for 2 years so the user was deleted from the system/database well, another possibility could happen to your account so just wait for confirmation from Duelbits teams.
