Well, I have checked email I registered with on duelbits and only emails I have got from them are "[Duelbits] You’ve started a new session" spam Previously, clicking login would immediately get me to index page, now I see spinning animation for tens of seconds and nothing.

I dont know why casinos would suspend an account with history. It would be understandable if I have never played there, never deposited or did any activity. I had 0 balance there, but I think I had level 6 or 7 account there (not hell of a success, but not a newbie ). Its a bit disappointing to not be able to access account without any warning, after wearing their signature for 2 or 3 years straight.

This morning I finally got an email from them. Turns out I am perma banned for ToS violation. They name two rules I have violated "1) If we determine that you have used the Website in a fraudulent, collusive, illegal, unlawful, or improper manner. 2) Duelbits is directed to do so by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or a court, or if Company is unable to verify Your identity, profession, or source of funds as required by applicable regulations".

I can only recall using VPN once or twice to access sports betting section. They did not as for KYC. Deposits were made from exchange. Had been using duelbits only to take part in UFC free prediction competition last year. Participated in their Xmas box-with-task-opening (made deposits to be eligible to participate, and that is where I wagered to level up account). Pretty much it.
