The most important thing is that losing money in this situation might not even be the worst outcome. Its important to double check the site address and URL, even if you're connecting it via the gambling site ANN thread or by searching through google or even from your browsing history. Some people trust their browser history and connect the site to the already saved in address but if there is any malware in the system it may even change the address stored in the history.

Based on their ToS, the tournaments and promotions are intended for truly loyal customers on the platform. Those who mostly play just to take advantage of these promos or tournaments might have their participation restricted, or even lose their winnings entirely.

However, if you're an active player who regularly wagers with your own money it doesn't make sense for Duelbits to restrict you just because you win often. I'm not even sure what kind of loyal customer they're referring to because from what you said you're already playing fairly. IMO, Duelbits should create a fairer and clearer policy, it's unfair to restrict players who are actually supporting the platform.

I’m not aware that you still doesn’t received your pending rewards since the last time I check on your issue here you are still waiting for the representative reply to your case.

I agree that you deserve that bonus because you already wager to earn that rewards. It’s not part of the tournament so it’s your benefits for wagering in the casino even without tournament participation.

AFAIK user @roycilik is the one with the involved user together with @bitinity while the user that you mentioned just defending the 2 user for have an unfair settlement with their tournament rewards and rakeback bonus from daily, weekly and monthly bonus.

That is what I thought too when I bring up this topic here. I thought they ended up with getting their bonuses and just restricted to participate on promotion which they are already excluded.

Yeah, 'ryzaadit' hadn't faced such issues at Duelbits. Apart from those two users, we have seen similar complaints from another user here. The user had created a scam accusation here, but the user (kalexsuao) was accused of using multiple accounts by the Duelbits team. This thread was inactive for a long while after those complaints and after the end of Duelbits signature campaign.

For my case, yes I was paid from the last tournament winning although they excluded me while the last tournament I joined was still on going. The thing that I was complaining is about that they block me to claim the daily, weekly, and monthly bonus. Since I got no reply from them, so I decided to close my account since there is no more benefits for me to keep playing in duelbits. I would not do it if they still allow me to enjoy the claim other bonuses so I can still play here although I can not join tournament because I am also in the progress of levelling up so there is still at least a good reason for me to keep playing. Unfortunately their decision seems to be final to not allow me claiming daily, weekly, monthly bonus so better for me to move on and find other place to play.

Winning promotions in duelbits can be a dilemma because if players win it frequently and make enough profit, high likely the players will be banned/excluded for the future promotions like what roycilik and I have experienced.
