Even though they still send me promotional emails lol. That is really sad because I wore their signature I think for 2 years or more, and got such a surprise from them. I remember some users were banner for mysterious reasons as well, and all the time I though it was dur bug (or something of that kind) in duelbits system. Now I dont think like that

After years with them, its difficult to just leave and forget them, so I kept monitoring duelbits from time to time. Ive noticed great decrease in number of tournaments lately.

Welcome to the Duelbits banned users club! I was also banned when I tried to withdraw $12.50 and was required to complete KYC if I wanted to receive this huge sum of money from them. I already wrote about this once in the Russian section of the forum, but not here yet.
Naturally, being banned from the site doesn't affect their ability to send us spam or participate in the forum signature campaign.

I can guess that the reason of you being banned was wins that you withdrew What kind of business is that when if you are losing money Their ability to send emails or notifications indeed works strange. Whenever I try to login, I got "request time out message, pls contact support" error message, email notification "You’ve started a new session" even though I am banned.

You made a good point here but there still exist a problem in the area of chosing a platform that will handle user data responsibly. I don't know if there is a criteria for choosing such platform because every one of them will claim to do the same thing and there is no way to verify if they actually do that. I think it's a helpless situation since security breach is something no company is completely protected from.

It looks like the support agent didn’t know the correct answer or maybe I’m the one who misunderstood what a mirror link means lol. As far as I know, those are official domains, not mirror links.

Yes, you’re right. KYC simply cannot be avoided, and as you said, that isn’t even the goal. In the case of large winnings, KYC will have to be completed anyway. If I’m already deciding to play on a platform and be a regular player, and that platform requires KYC while also being verified and well rated, i would complete the KYC process right at the beginning ...

The point is, the main domain is .com and other than that domain is considered a mirror so it's clear they only have two domains, if for example there is a new domain that is not .com or .io then make sure to ask first or it's a scam site.

If you can share any post from the OP or Duelbits team member or their manager about mirror sites of Duelbits.com casino, it would be better.

I believe in your information but it's better for othe readers in this thread if you can share the reference post as strong confirmation on this information. Verify, don't trust, and I trust your information simply because I only visit Duelbits.com, with Duelbits.io I need a reference link. I see your screenshot of your chat with Duelbits support, that's good but is this information shared in any other posts in this thread.

Even those small casinos that are not doing the KYC will not small like that forever and they are striving to be big one day. When a business is big it attract large number of people. The first people that use the place would make some recommendations to other and people would be coming until the place becomes large.  There are time government officials know that you business is there but since you are just starting they might not bother you but once your business grow, they must visit you and at that they know that you would not let go of your business and dance to their voice. And you pay then KYC will come to play. And documentation of KYC would start from that day and new update would be given to customers. Things started changing. No KYC to KYC now.

You can't fault them. Some are usually not too technical plus English may not be their native language and may pass to you, substandard information, but it does not mean that they are not helpful. I don't know how many times I have tried to get help from Live customer support of different casinos and their answers sometimes they would not be accurate

I can agree with you on that, I’ve experienced it myself. That’s why when it comes to disputes, it’s really hard to rely on support replies to prove that what we’re doing is correct and doesn’t violate the TOS.

At the end of the day, support staff are still just humans. They might not fully understand the whole operation, especially the technical side. That’s probably why some casinos are starting to replace them with AI anyway, same function, less cost, saves them salaries.

Sorry for dragging this to disputes thing, I just wanted to emphasize the support side of things.

That’s just how it is. If you don’t like to play, you always have a choice. And not all casinos actually require KYC the first time you play. Even me, I’ve been gambling for years and I still haven’t been required to do KYC.

So there are actually plenty of options. You can choose a casino that allows no-KYC accounts, especially if you’re not betting huge amounts.
In some cases, they’ll even give you an exemption.

That is to say that I do not fancy prediction market but it's absolutely awesome to learn that duelbits wants to or have intergrated a prediction market in their platform, this is a win and a welcome development because personally, I've always believed that a prediction market shouldn't exist separately outside a casino because any form of prediction is part of gambling.
I will one day try the prediction market out but maybe not very soon.

By integrating prediction markets it means that there is a lot of demand for Duelbits or indeed Duelbits moves quickly with new trends in betting so they don't want to miss out on the current hype.

I have no person knowledge of how the prediction market looks like but it seems that this is beginning to be a traffic jams in that aspect of betting or gambling since not only dualbits talking about it, I have seen a casino on X (twitter) ask if it would be nice for them to shift towards such innovation and it seems like the fans or users where not too in support of it that's why it has not been in existence that much but however if the market is making a turn on prediction market then dualbits having it's own will be nice and probably like to see it as time passes by.

Casinos being online gives the service providers the freedom to combine different betting options that are of interest to gamblers. You do not have to add extra physical infrastructure as you would in a physical casino, you just need the right software added.

I checked the prediction market and it is very stacked with options going as far forward as 2028. I caught one about if Ronaldo will be shown crying at any point during the 2026 world cup along with some other odd ones which is what people are looking for with such markets.
