So far, the user is claiming that their account was frozen and closed after being asked to go trough KYC; and betnomi is presenting some evidence of this user having used multiple accounts to bypass the limits; something that goes against the rules.

Personally i am done with betnomi.

My account had 10 euros limits from the beginning, OP tried a lot to help and my limits increased to normal 100-200 euros but next day my account had 10 euro limits again. This happened 4-5 times. OP helped to increase limits only to being limited the next day.

Yet they paid my balance with no problems.

Yes, system was placing/ restricting your limit because you were categorized as doing Arbitrage Betting. Even after a reset, the system forces your limit back to a smaller limit.
We did not determine you had multiple accounts on our website therefore, you had no problems with your withdrawals or account.

regarding deposit, withdrawal, and transaction fees, we are really taking this feedback seriously. We understand the excitement can be lost when deposits are taking forever to confirm.
Originally intended to use a short cut to solve this problem by implementing our own nodes to make the process a little faster which could take a week or two to set up but after further analysis, we determined the associated risk and improvements not worth it.

There is not really that many methods you can use to make transactions faster or cheaper, sure you can go with lightning network if you want but not many people use it so it wouldn't really be that easy to implement it and get wide spread use.

When bitcoin blockchain (and ethereum and few others) are so clogged that you have to wait even after paying 10+ dollars per transaction (depends on your size) it would mean that you have to wait no matter what and website can't do anything about it at all. What you can however change could be amount of altcoins, you could add ton of altcoins which would at least give people the option to use them for paying a lot less fees and would be a lot faster, but bitcoin is bitcoin so when you add alts you have to add a lot of them to appeal to everyone.

^ I still prefer using bitcoin in my withdrawal since the network as of now was not busy at all. If you are a regular gambler, withdrawal is not in your mind than the deposit. However, I like the betnomi team sid that they will implement their own nodes but I am not sure if they will continue this feature since they stated that this not have a good effect. I think this method is also good by continuing to be active and responding to every complaint so I can discuss it faster than being silent or waiting for support services, many accusations have occurred with Betnomi but it is still denied by him because they are now transparent in providing to their users so the fact that betnomi is now out of the charge of fraud.

I think that you should not promote aggressively in these situations. you have to get the scam accusation resolved. Now Betnomi writes that it is a done deal and that they have sufficient evidence.

When you say "allowed" and then rejected later on, it really confuses people.

2. Pending for review
3. Allowed/Rejected for payment

Do you really believe this? You can win an amount up to you 100.000 but they refuse to payout 3.000
Sadly I can only come to the conclusion that they do not have anybankroll.
If you really allow players to win 100.000 then you should not have any problem to pay the 3000 from the user, but they do not.
The information in the terms looks like to mislead people only, hoping to deposit big and gamble big.

@nasipadang I had a long look at the SA, and sadly so far I see nothing that gives a clean chit to Betnomi, unless they can provide the necessary evidence demanded by the community. Also I don’t think that it’s right to question @yahoo62278 integrity, because from what I can see Betnomi is paying him for the activity’s that’s been conducted by him on their behalf.
