Sometimes a transaction is held up for one reason or another, but those issues get resolved. The thing is when a Service provider requests KYC - you have no choice but to provide it. It's usually really easy... Can't say I've ever failed... even more so when you are given the opportunity to correct "spelling and dating errors"

Hell the minute they do someone could claim their privacy is being violated... same as any service provider. Us the public just have to be told "We think you are in violation of out TOS, please submit "x" documentation"

It doesn't matter what site you go on or what their TOS says, that's what we agree to when we participate. So as long as it's in there that KYC can be requested, act as if it will be applied at some point.

What evidence does a company have to show the public?? I thought it was stupid to post that information. That's what actually brought Betnomi to my attention. I reached out to them explaining the forum and what's acceptable. That's when I briefly provided on forum support for them as they developed their live support. Weird how you want them to post more private information publicly though now to prove someone is fraudulent. It was more like 3 months ago.

It's also not the reason people don't want to undergo KYC when requested. It's because they can't come up with real documents. If I truly valued my privacy to the point I wouldn't provide KYC I would never deposit on a site that could ask for it, which is clearly stated.

As soon as somebody makes a deposit, and lose money with gambling, there are no problems on this platform.

But, when somebody wins and wants to withdraw the money, then they tell you there are fraudulent acts and they even write they can confiscate the whole funds.

They only give the deposit back to user roonlagoon, while he should receive his winnings in full.

I am pretty sure that there are no fraudulent acts, and Betnomi just writes this to make sure they cover themselves when they give the deposit back.

I also advise to start an accusation topic against this scam site. They bought many DT members in the forum to make sure they do not get a tag, but let this not confuse you.

Since then I have contacted live support and sent a follow up email yesterday again requesting the return of the deposits. However I haven't received a reply to my emails or the return of the deposits.
