Minimum rank and minimum earned merits in last 120 days.

I don't think this is a great idea since earning merit is complicated in this forum and this would place legitimate newbie gamblers at a disadvantage. This would probably drive them towards rival sites.

As long as the user didn't shit posting , earning merit on newbie account is much easier than high rank account. If minimum earned merit is sound too strict, how about loosen the rules to be only account created before the predictors event can participate?

Betnomi can build and integrate a detector and instant announcement after one account is registered and log in. If that account is detected as multi accounts from one person. The first log in attempt after the registration will cause a message that the account is permanently banned on Betnomi.

That's good idea.

But we will see many complain about new account get wrongly banned for not doing anything, because no system is perfect to detect which is cheater and which is real account.

This is a better idea in my opinion. I would allow accounts created 1 month before the event to participate in it to make it completely fair for everyone.

I have participated in several similar events in the past who implemented such rules which successfully minimised scam attempts. This critical rule could potentially drive down the number of scammers trying to take advantage of such promotions.

The problem that playing with VPN represents is that if you have any kind of problem, if you are looking for support to claim and if your IP is from restricted countries, it will not be possible, sometimes there are SSL that quickly detect if it is from a prohibited country, sometimes not it is the policy of gaming sites to prohibit, only that the regulations for their licenses make them follow those restrictions. I am not very sure if Betnomi's terms and conditions may require some kind of identification to proceed, but sometimes it can happen as in the Exchanges.
